It is a hassle to cancel a membership in this spa, they make you write an email cancellation to corp. They also left me on hold for like a while to see if I would hang up and forget about it so I had to call again and thats when they did pay attention to me and then wait until the next month so I could can cancel it. I think as a customer as long as you do not owe any money to the spa you should be able to cancel your membership at anytime with a simple cancel my membership. It is like they make it hard for you so they can keep charging the monthly payment to the account and you do not leave. The staff is really nice and friendly and the services are good but I did not like their position when it comes to cancelling.

Carolina is the best. I was never really into facials until she did the hydra facial on me. Wow. I have no way to describe how great my skin felt and looks. What a great experience and my skin looks and feels completely rejuvenated. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Also their botox shots. Completely erased my lines on forehead and eye area. Thank you!!

Amazing MedSpa at Dadeland Mall. I’m a mom of a 3 year old toddler and I needed a time off to take care of myself (during the pandemic). After watching a live on instagram from Bloomed, Caroline the esthetician convinced me to do a HydraFacial.I got there and was greeted by Clare (awesome receptionist) and was introduced to Caroline who did the HydraFacial. She explained the benefits and i choose to add a booster. After 45 mins, I almost fell asleep. She is so caring and knowledgeable! She also recommend me a microneedling and explained me the benefits of being a member!After my facial, i was introduced to Sasha the Nurse Practitioner and I got a complementary underarm laser hair removal (i tried for the first time!).Bloomed you wowed me! Definitely the owners and management did a great job with this place. I cannot wait to “disconnect” again in this wonderful place.PS. I used to wear makeup 6 out of 7 days a week. When I suddenly found myself working from home and staring at my plain face I found that my skin was looking dull and missing vibrancy. I did a little research and determined that I wanted a laser facial. Enter Bloomed. I made an appointment which they were able to accommodate quickly. Once I arrived my appointment was kept right on time and I received a face scan called Visia which gave me some great insight on the health of my skin, even showing an age progression which was the coolest. The laser facial itself was no more than 20 minutes and painless. The results that I see after just one laser facial are amazing. I found that my everyday skin care products are now working at a completely different level than before. They are able to penetrate and do what they are supposed to do. My pores are smaller, my skin is more vibrant and fine lines are plumped. I will most definitely be back to get another facial and cant wait to see what my long term results will be.

Taylor Pelaez has been extremely professional and very sweet towards catering to my laser needs. She walked me through the entire process in detail, she was extremely informative about the services they offer, and helped ease my worries from other disappointing laser centers in Miami. Bloomed offers a great membership package that I highly recommend you purchase because it is very affordable. The facility is gorgeous, the laser machines are top of the line, and the laser technicians are the best! The experience was excellent, very organized, clean and respecting all CDC guidelines.They provided me the Covid-19 antibody test complimentary, before performing any other procedure or service.Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, all procedures were explained well and in detail. I went today for my Hydrafacial, since I was there Ive got done a laser hair removal session too. It was like a one stop shop, excellent service and facilities, my time was respected and the convenience of getting a couple of procedures done in one visit was even better.Ive got their membership as well, I truly believe it offers a lot of benefits for the price. Wow! Where do I start?! I absolutely love Bloomed. I have been to MANY Medspas in Miami but none of them compare to Bloomed. The customer service is absolutely amazing. They pay attention to every detail and ensure the best results. I love how they take the time to consult with you prior to any service. Most places just rush you and take your money. Not at Bloomed! The entire staff is so welcoming and loving. I recently did my lip fillers there with Maria and Amanda and they are amazing! Not only did I not feel a single thing, but they made sure I was comfortable and happy the entire time. I would and have recommended Bloomed to anyone and everyone. Their top of the line equipment, amazing staff, and beautiful spa is definitely a must see. They are located in Dadeland Mall which is great! If you haven’t checked them out yet you definitely need to! Love this place! If I could give it 100 stars I would. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing medspa. I did my lips with Maria and I am so happy with the results. Huge confidence booster. Professional staff willing to take their time to explain detail by detail and not hurry each service. Very attentive and cared a lot about how I felt before, during and after service. By far the best hydrafacial ive ever gotten all thanks to Samantha at Bloomed. My skin was glowing as soon as I got up and lastest throughout the month. I make sure to schedule my hydrafacial monthly because it’s something to look forward to not only for glowing skin but also to unwind. Bloomed is having a promotion to do 4 free laser session on one small to medium area and I got 4 free underarm session and bought the remaining 6 to finish my package. PRICING WAS OUTSTANDING. Reasonable and so affordable ( amanda did my laser and she was so sweet and explain everything detail by detail and also answered most of my concerns and questions for future Botox appoinements). Let’s not forget to mention the receptionist. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in and were very professional aswell. They answered every question I had over the phone and also offered me a free consultation with the nurses. Would call to remind me for appointments which doesn’t happen everywhere and made sure to remind me about pre and post service procedures. The general manager Katimar is very attentive and sweet. I had a laser with Sasha and I loved it. She takes the time to cover most of the area and is very professional; I felt comfortable. The best thing is that they give you the free trial of the covid-19 so I felt super safe in the spa in the middle of this pandemic. Super recommended and all the staff speak Spanish too.
