Horrible service, first if all, I couldn’t schedule an appointment for a whole 2 weeks if trying to contact them. After, I had to try to talk to the RUDE lady and insist that I didn’t have any other day (because my son has to be at practice at a certain time, keep in mind 2 hours after the appointment, but would’ve been late if I hadn’t left) and they scheduled the appointment. Apparently, even after coming early because they told me to fill out papers, they had ANOTHER client (which talked to her as if they were friends, which I assume she was) that came AFTER me and got treated first, even though I was just about done with the huge packet of papers and had an appointment in 10 mins. I would like to stress that I came early and had an appointment and still didn’t come first. I called and told her after 20 minutes of wait that she wouldn’t even go out to touch the papers I finished and she told me it would take another 30 minutes to get my appointment even started. I scheduled an APPOINTMENT, I didn’t come and ask if they could do it the same day, at least have some respect. I straight up ripped the papers, threw them away, and walked out. Worst place that I have ever seen, I’ve never seen a business operate so horribly in my life. Almost as if I was a dog.

First of all, I bought a groupon package, and spent 3 weeks calling to make an appointment but always would get told they were going to call me back. Finally I got to make an appointment after insisting. The place is clean and well taken care of. However not very friendly. But I didn’t care because I was there to just do my laser.They only work 3 days a week, and at the beginning it worked because I was free, but then I got a new job and since they don’t open Saturdays I was going to get out a little earlier on Fridays to get the last appointment of that day. The same day, I got a call that the lady that works on fridays was sick and was not going to be there, and wasn’t going to be there either for the next following TWO weeks. They say they would call me to reschedule. THEY NEVER called, and honestly I lost interest. Specially since they don’t open on Saturdays.I started now in another place, and I realized, they were KILLING me in this place. The new place I go uses the SAME laser, and it won’t hurt as bad as it used to hurt here. I would come out almost crying from this place, I don’t know if it was because of the hostile environment, or they were putting the laser settings way to high, but it was a traumatic experience.Their laser works, and its a clean place, just not friendly and convenient. Terrible customer service.

I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED IS SO SO RUDE.I BOUGHT THE VOUCHER ON GROPUPON BUT I REQUESTED A REFUND.I WILL GO TO MIRACLE LASER BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT SERIOUS.SHE REALLY HANG UP 2 TIMES AND THE 3 TIME SHE TOLD ME TO CALL IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DO THIS ?

I have done 4 sessions so far of laser hair removal and I have 4 left. The service at Advanced Medical spa is fantastic! Ramona is very knowledgeable and attentive. I 100% recommend advanced laser medical spa.

When I arrived I was a little nervous and Ramona made me feel very comfortable, she explained the whole procedure very patiently, she answered all my questions with kindness, she took care of me punctually, and the place was very clean, after finishing she cleaned everything with disinfectant, TO THE LENSES, EVERYTHING, and he showed me his license. I really recommend this place, especially because of Ramonas attention, she is very kind and clean.
