He makes time to listen, honor, respect, and guide your patient concerns/health issues in order for you to make the best informed health/lifestyle decision. He is authentic, genuine, and offers a balanced medical approach. His office staff also offers first class patient service. In totality the entire team is phenomenal. I am full of gratitude to have had referral and find a true medical professional as my primary. 🙏

Dr. Tamayo-Chelala is an excellent physician. He takes his time to hear my complaints and has always been able to diagnose and treat my medical conditions successfully. This is the reason why I am willing to travel two and a half hours to maintain him as my primary care physician.

This isnt about Dr. Tamayo, hes a great doctor and really knows how to take good care about his patients. This is about his office staff at the Miami Beach location. It is a total disaster ! to get to talk to someone it is an impossible task !! My father its been trying to get referrals for his oncologist and physical therapist and no one seems to know what to do. An appointment last week got cancelled because they (the staff) were supposed to sent the referrals and they never did it. A second appointment for tomorrow, the same thing, the secretary from the oncologist office just called my dad to let him know that they are still waiting for the referral. We were just on the phone trying to get an answer and after 21 minutes on hold no one came to answer the phone. This is totally unacceptable !! Im very disappointment and will definitely complain to Dr. Tamayo on my next visit. Shame !!

Dr. Tamayo Chelala is a wonderful physician. He is very patient centered and cares deeply for his patients. I have been seeing him for 12 years now and highly recommend him.

Dr. Andre Tamayo has been my primary doctor for 15 years. I can only say that he is one of the most caring professionals I have had. Worst office ever. I had an in person appoint then they told me I couldn’t go with my baby. I had it online and doc never sent lab orders to quest. After waiting one hour on the phone so they could fax my lab order, nothing was done. Do not go to this doc. Not reliable and horrible service

An office visit always, friendly, efficient and professional.

The doctor is a doll and great, the staff....leaves much to be desired. I waited over 32 minutes and called again and waited another 26, just to make sure that my mothers prescription was renewed via pharmacy. Two days and the pharmacy had still not received the approval knowing very well it would just take a nurse to renew and not the doctor. The staff is unprofessional, lazy and dont know what they are doing. Make patience wait for no reason while they chit chat and dont attend the patience. Its sad that the doctor hold such high standards and the staff such low. Three as a courtesy to doctor or I would give it a one star.

I love my doctor! He’s the best! Dr. T-C doesn’t rush with me, he listens to me and answers all of my concerns with certainty. I trust his professional judgement 100%. The staff is lovely, and his assistant is professional and kind.

I really like this doctor but his staff makes the visit very unpleasant, the receptionist, Crystal, is inefficient and ineffective. We see doctors because we dont feel well so to have such a bad experience on arrival is not worth the visit. I am changing my primary doctor until she is no longer there.
