What a personable, kind and caring medical team. Dr. Delfani was so wonderful, I definitely felt cared for by a person who I’m trusting with my medical needs. The staff was so friendly and knew the patients by name. You get a sense of a real caring and attentive team. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me and really got to know and understand my medical history. I did not feel rushed or dismissed; I can absolutely see myself finally staying with a long term PCP. As we have seen through these times, health is extremely important and it is imperative to place your medical needs in the hands of someone you feel comfortable with and to feel that they care for your well-being.

Dr. Delfani is an exceptional doctor. He has been our physician for over 15 years and sees three generations of our family. His careful, thoughtful approach is equally matched by his kindness, common-sense, and technology savvy. We also are very impressed by his management of his team office staff who are polite, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. The Delfani Medical Group early dedication of my mothers cancer gave her many extra years of life, for which we will always been thankful.

Do yourself a favor and find another practice. Office is outdated. Staff is very rude, Perhaps because the doctors wife and mother in law run the show.You go in for a follow up to a test you did and the doctor doesn’t remember why you came back. Hasn’t even gone over your test results he received days earlier only looking at them for the first time when you get to your visits. What if something was wrong??? Well, you find out that day!!!I feel bad for some of the office staff that hates working there because of the pressure of working for the wife and mother in law who are rude and unqualified. It’s sad they even talk about it during your visit. Tells you a lot about the place.Art

I have to say that my experiences with this primary care team have been extraordinary. Starting from the front desk staff, to Damarys, APRN and Dr. Delfani. Whenever I call to make an appointment they accommodate me according to my available schedule. The staff is always following up and reminding me of upcoming appointments. Also, they very organized with the appointments, meaning, I never have to wait to be seen by a practitioner like in other places I’ve been. I’ve waited for 4 hours in a PREVIOUS practice to be seen by a physician for exactly 10 minutes. The staff always welcomes me with a pleasant and professional attitude.Damarys is an excellent nurse practitioner, she is sweetheart. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive. She does a thorough physical assessment but most importantly, she gets to know me as a person and not just as a patient. She’s amazing at explaining and listening, always putting me at the center of the care. Damarys continuously puts together the most effective plan of care that works for me and my lifestyle, ultimately helping me maximize my health potential and health promotion.Dr. Delfani is very professional, soft spoken, and very attentive. He is excellent at what he does. He also takes his time to explain things to me and makes sure I fully understand by reinforcing teaching. I was recommended to Dr. Delfani by a co-worker over 4 years ago, actually, several employees from the company were already his patients. Best decision I ever made. When you are in his office, your time is his time, hes never in a rush to get you out. Not only he listens to you, but he will take the time to research and explain your symptoms, why its happening, the medicine hes prescribing, what it will do and any side effects. Its sad to say that all of the negative reviews are true, I experienced it first hand. Ive been a patient of Dr. Delfani for a few years now and the offices poor management and lack of customer service has led me to find another doctor. I wont even get started on their billing process, my recommendation is always call your insurance and know exactly what youre responsible for and what they are billing for. Its a shame because Dr. Delfani is a wonderful Dr, passionate and loves what he does, but the front desk and office management make it impossible to be a patient at his office.

Since I do not have the opportunity to speak with you personally, I must go about it this way.Id seen the bad reviews (quite a few) as far as the STAFF and I have to agree. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!Whoever I was speaking to found it necessary to keep speaking over me. She couldnt hear where your office could have possibly been more helpful. If she would have heard me, the patient, and sought to understand the situation instead of being in defense mode (like a verbal machine gun) we would have been able to work it out but I could not get a word in edgewise. I have never heard of or been involved in a case where a staff member at a doctors office behaved so poorly with a patient. I absolutely believed him because he strikes me as that type of person.A week and a half had passed after this conversation and that is a long time when you are in PAIN.The other Physicians office as well as my insurance company both told me that they did not know what else to do because they could not get your office to cooperate. Are they wrong too; just as you would like to blame people who left you, the staff negative reviews?I hope that you do not find yourself in pain as I do and have your pleas fall on deaf ears as you did to me.Go ahead and respond to this as you have to the others and say that I was to blame You are the one that was rude to me.You have no idea how to speak to patients who are not feeling well. During each appointment, he takes him time to LISTEN to my concerns. When explaining the cause of my issues, he uses visuals so that I fully understand what my body is reacting to. Dr. Delfani is a good Doctor, very spirited, very disciplined and meticulous. Always with a smile, he even have time to ask you if you would like some drinking water. If you say Yes! Dr. Delfani goes and get the water himself. This is very nice, he is very attentionate. We all need doctors that we can trust.

I walked into this office for a physical . Spoke to the doctor . Doctor gave me a clean bill of health told me that my physical was done . When I got the claim they were charging aside from the fact that they asked me to pay the day of at the visit when I wasnt supposed to. They deliberately filed the claim as a sick visit Instead of a physical . The manager Ana was gross to me over the phone . They filed the claim stating all that I had told them as my history was an existing condition that they were treating me for . When I told them no thats what I had not what I have the manager stated that I was calling the doctor a liar , that he had only documented what I had told them . At a certain point early in the dispute I went in physically into the office to see what had happened and spoke to medical assistant by the name of Tatiana that told me after I had explained to her all that happened in the visit that this had happened before and that she understood that she would fix it . Later was when I spoke to Ana who stayed that Tatiana had no idea what she was taking about . This place apparently files claims differently in order to get more money from the patient and the insurance . I mean thats the only reason I can understand as to why you would file a claim differently and then refuse to change it when you get caught . Be aware .

The Dr. is terrific but his staff horrible. you call for appointment and they are so quick to give appt for 4 months down the line even if emergency. He needs to replace staff quick before he loses all his patients.

I was just mind blown at the call I had with the front desk. I call explaining that i am very sick and have an ear infection and need to see the doctor as soon as possible. She quickly tells me they are booked till January and they do not take walk ins. It is unreal to me, that i cannot go see my doctor when i am sick.

The Manager of the office is very unprofessional and charged me an 88$ deductible when I already met my deductible for the year. Then she claimed it was a mistake and made it seem like she did me a favor when I went in for an annual check up clearly stated in my chart. She returned me my money back after I called to complain after verifying my deductible with my insurance Avmed. I dont recommend this office to anyone they give misleading information and are not honest to patients. Dr. delfani is a good doctor but I will not return to this office.

Office staff is incompetent and unreliable. Unable to find veins for blood draws, inconveniencing the patient to needlessly have to go to a separate lab. Most recently, sent my mother’s prescription refill to the pharmacy for the WRONG MEDICATION! Beware of this place.

We have received the best attention from both Dr. Delfani and the rest of his professional team. The atmosphere is like that of a Spa. Everything is digital and they always attend you at the time of the appointment. All my family recommend it.
