Synergy Home Care is so exceptional. My Dad has Alzheimers and my Stepmom has Parkinsons with Lewy body Dementia. The two of them are living at home and are a huge challenge. Synergy has provided in home care 2 during the day and 2 at night for years. Sonia the Director knows exactly what is needed. Excellent service with making meals, bathing, watching out for no falls, etc. You name it they do it. My parents are safe and happy. My hope is to keep them at home as long as possible and enjoy the sunsets. I recommend Synergy highly.

The office staff worked with me and the caregivers to make my mom life better. It took some time but they where able to find the right caregiver.

Very impressed with this company. What they have done for my in laws is priceless! My wife doesnt need to stress about their care. Any issue is dealt with competently; we deal with Sonia but all are helpful. No matter the question or concern Synergy comes thru for us and makes sure we are at ease. Would recommend to all who need assistance. Having elderly parents is tough and concerning, we are extremely happy with this company, especially my wife. As the saying goes- happy wife happy life. Sonia and her team were amazing to work with. They were incredibly helpful and provided A+ service. Synergy was able to schedule extremely knowledgeable and caring attendants for 24hr care within a few short hours. They made a challenging situation much more bearable.

All the staff at Synergy were incredibly helpful when I first started looking into the idea of Home Health Care for my mother. At the end of April she had taken a bad fall and I was unsure what my next step should be as I do live out of town. After speaking with various agencies I had a lasting impression after speaking to Sonia at Synergy. She thoroughly explained the process and assured me of the quality of care my mother would be receiving. 3 months later we are still incredibly happy with their services and don’t hesitate to recommend them to any one considering bringing in outside help to their family.

The service is 20 dollars the hour, for that price you would expect that they would send trustworthy and reliable caregivers. Originally they said that drives to medical visits were included as part of the cost but a caregiver took money for gas from my parent. I asked them not to do this since I was the one paying for all the services. Another caregiver(right before the caregiver that took money for gas) also took money directly from my parent and then the agency refused to accept that loss of money that the caregiver took claiming that there was no evidence for it (so that money was lost) despite my parent saying they took it and no longer has it in their possession. The only money that was able to be recuperated was the money for gas but there is still no excuse for two caregivers consecutively taking money from a disabled older adult. They are unprofessional, disorganized(they sent invoices to the wrong email and dont send invoices for various days but do it day by day(theres nowhere to pay online, they dont reply to emails) - they also didnt send me any paperwork to sign or look over when I originally started working with them) and sketchy. I would not trust the care of your parents with these people.

When a family member needed immediate temporary nurse care, Synergy HomeCare of Miami was right there for us. From the moment that we called and explained our needs, Ms. Robelo not only listened attentively, but put us at ease and explained the options that we had available, and that same day we had the care that was needed.The nurses that attended in 12 hour shifts were like angels, not only helping the patient, but explaining everything to the rest family... The personal service and attention provided was better than what you expect to receive in private hospitals. Its nice to know that there are people like Synergy that do care!!!
