At this moment, I am completely pleased with Baptist home health care and the care of my grandmother, especially the secretary’s, medical staff, and physical therapist. The medical doctor’s have done relatively well also.

For several months we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing what it’s like being a part of Baptist Health Home Care Family. The nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists , and office staff members have treated our family Like theirs. Our Mother’s life has increased because of the level of care she is receiving. Bravo 👏🏽 everybody.We appreciate the greetings, the smiles, and being informed as to what’s going on. We can tell how much you love your job. Keep up the good work. I am extremely grateful to Baptist Home Care for the care, attention and compassion they offered to my grandfather during a very difficult time. Baptist Home Care was everything I expected from the Baptist Health System and beyond. My grandfather suffered a fall at 94 y/o and fractured his right wrist. It was extremely difficult for him and our family to see him suffer. Never in a million years did we think he would recover from the fall or the fracture! Thanks to Baptist Home Care and their dedicated staff he sure did! Our nurse Rita was kind, happy and always informative when she arrived. Her attitude alone would get him up from bed. Our physical therapists Alex and Occupatinal therapist Allison were always so patient and thorough and truly never gave up on him. The aides that came to bathe him Kattia and Ilse were always happy and singing with him. Overall, the entire team was just exceptional and during a difficult time they were were just the perfect combination of caring and dedicated individuals that we needed to help my grandfather recover back to his old self again. Everyone was really professional, it was quick, my doctor was amazing! the place is fresh and new.

Careless treatment, the head staff and the entire staff here are extremely incompetent. They do for the patient as little as they can.
