I have been working with Integrity since I became a new nurse. Jumping into the nursing field can be quite challenging, however with the proper training and support provided by the team I was able to start taking cases and build on my skills. When I have faced a challenging situations with patients or their families, the team including case managers, supervisors and Other staff, have always been helpful and very quick to help me in the manner. Thus far my experience has always been pleasant.

I do not recommend this nursing agency! Besides the fact that they are by far the lowest paying agency in south Florida they are totally incompetent! They lie over the phone to bring you in. Then once inside they bombard you with HR paperwork before talking about rates. They verbally give you a low rate. Then when it’s in writing the rate is even lower than promised. Monica Miranda quoted me $22 then turned around and said she thought I was an RN not an LPN that the rate is $18.So despite Monica personally photocopying my credentials and interviewing me she “didn’t know” my title.Fine I continue despite the horrible low rate. Then Jany in school based sends me to a training and fails to mention that the pay rate for training is $15/hr LOWER than my actual rate of 18/hr. Who does that? No other company has ever given a lower rate for training.Jany offers me a school to care for one diabetic student which I accepted. Then without asking places me at a different school where I’m in charge of every student for the same rate of 18.Why would I prefer the responsibility of 500 students instead of just one for the exact same chump change?Fine I can handle the whole school. I report to the assigned school and it turns out the school was closed for the summer.I’m compensated 2 hours only for travel despite all the discrepancies thus far.INTEGRITY OFFERS WEEKLY PAY. So I submit my time sheet and was never paid. I reach out to Monica who claims it was submitted, another Friday comes still not paid. Monica has the audacity to keep offering me work. I’m not working for free they are lucky if I work for $18/hr! Pay what you owe me first!So I ask Monica again about my pay and she passes the ball to Janay Castillo in payroll. Janay blames Monica for not ever submitting it but gave me her word I would be paid the following Friday direct deposit.Friday comes still not paid!!!I reach out to Janay and she’s like oh you can come pick it up before 5pm. I remind her it was suppose to have been direct deposited but since it wasn’t to mail it. Janay ignores me. Monday I call and Janay left early for the day but my check was still physically there. I’m ignored and ignored until finally today (Thursday) she asks me to verify my address. 😫4 weeks later and I’m still not paid! A total disaster.It’s like a high school full of youngsters running the place. They need to drastically downsize their office staff hire responsible and reliable adults and pay their nurses appropriately and on time. I asked to speak to a manager but they wouldn’t pass the phone. So no problem I’ll leave my testimony here instead. Either way they will know how I was handled!AVOID!!!! unless you can’t pass a Urine drug screen because they don’t drug test here!Have a beautiful day.

I receive nursing hours from Integrity since 2015. I appreciate every staff member from integrity. I have never had any issues with their services. Karen is a outstanding great person always answer and helps you out with whatever you need. They have great nurses and Felipe is a nice person and does his job excellent. My cases manager Natalie gives it her best and is on top of everything. I recommend integrity services for new patients and for the ones who had bad experiences with other agencies like I did. You won’t stress or regret the decision of picking them. Thank you Integrity staff and god bless you all.

Hello, Im a new graduate RN working for integrity home health services. Integrity is an excellent place for RNs to start gaining experience in the field. They provide training for any skills that you arent comfortable doing by yourself. If you are a new nurse with lots of questions like myself, the integrity staff is very supportive. This is also a great job if you are interested in pursuing a specialty in pediatrics. Integrity will teach you the fundamental skills to help you grow as a professional. And its a bonus that all the staff are all fantastic and kind. I am very happy to be a part of the integrity team!As for the services, integrity provides excellent quality care and management into the homes of our patients. Integrity health services is a great company to work for. If your a new grad this is definitely a great stepping stone. You get trained with everything before your left alone with your patient. The ratio is 1:1 and shifts are flexible to your needs so if you want to work specific hours they help find a case to that timing. The best part is that you work with peds patients where you can build a bond with patient and see them grow. Ohh and the staff is awesome!!! Especially Laura and mariana their very professional and always answering every question in a timely manner. I’ve never worked for a home health company that’s as professional, organized, and genuinely nice as this company.

We have had nursing services with Integrity’s Miami Office for over a year and we have been so happy with the level of care provided by Integrity for our child. My daughter and I were severely mistreated by a member of the staff at Integrity. His name is Felipe and I wasnt going to say anything, but til this day, the way we were treated sits on my heart. Him and his staff came to do the intake for my daughter. He made some what I consider prejudicial remarks and made up a whole story of how I requested 40 hours a week from Integrity because I wanted to remove my daughter from PPEC. I never told him that. He said he was a christian which means he never lies. But he did....Afterwards Felipe never called us back regarding nursing services. My child and I waited and waited. Integrity forgot about her and cared to call us back. So I called Felipe and he said that he didnt call us back because a friend of his car got towed in our area. I dint understand what that had to do with anything. And also, this service does not accept medicaid/medicare. So why not tell us this in the first place? Felipe was mean, fake, and cold-hearted. So we are looking for another agency to care for our child. I hope this wasnt an issue of us being a black family. But i felt that my child was discriminated against.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, Karen one of the staff coordinators always accommodates to your needs and help you with the schedule either helping you with extra shifts when you need or finding someone to cover your shifts when you have a problem and cant work.
