I cannot recommend this company enough, they really are amazing! The administrator has a heart of gold and did not stop services for my sick father despite a HUGE delay in insurance reimbursement which is unheard of. This company puts their patients needs FIRST and that is what you need when looking for an agency for your loved one.

Absolutely recommendHeavenly Touch Home Health Care Corp. Love this Company. The staff is always very nice and professional. Jennifer the owners daughter is the best!I am very happy with the treatment / services I am receiving for my daughter. My nurses are very caring and professional.Its great to find a company who goes beyond to make you and your family feel comfortable. So grateful for this company!

Amazing family oriented company very fully understanding and helpful the young ladies in the office are angels always a call away for everything they have gone out their way to always make sure my child had a nurse on staff and its not easy when i need a nurse 24 hours a day 7 days a week

During a critical time, when you need someone to trust, Heavenly touch home health in doral is the agency to depend on. This agency provides superior supportive, compassionate service to the person in need and their family. I can not think of a more caring and responsive organization with outstanding professional care givers. I highly recommend them!!!! great office staff always going out there way to help others one way or another been under there care since 07/05/2017 and I have never had an issue thank you all so much for caring for me at my worse time

Really awful company. The insurance paid for nursing to come twice a day for my very sick child to be monitored twice daily. They stopped showing up half the time, stopped showing up in the morning at all, and eventually gave my daughter a blood pressure cuff and told her to check her own vitals and write them down because they dont have time to come. Um why are we even paying you? This company doesnt have the sense to know that when they are being paid by the insurance company for a service they actually have to show up and perform the service. I spend my whole life waiting around for these people and have no life because there is no schedule. They show up when every they feel like it and life has just become waiting around for them. They may show up at 5 in the morning and they may not show up at all-- you never know. Also they expect you to sign blank forms so they can just fill in the times and pretend they were here when they were not. Really just awful, awful, awful service when you have a sick child who truly needs monitoring.

My mother was in the hospital due to having surgery. On June 4 when I received a call from a man named Humberto. I guess its one of the home aids. He told me he was on the way to see my mother at our house. I told him my mother wasnt discharged yet from the hospital. He told me it was ok that he will just go back. The next day my mother was released from the hospital. The case manager at the hospital told me that they had arranged with Heavenly Touch to go see my mother from now on forth. Saturday June 6th came around and no one came so I called the company over the weekend and all I got was a recording. Sunday June 7th and still nothing. I spoke to an older lady on Monday June 8th that picked up the phone and she told me someone was supposed to go out and seen my mom and I explained to her no one had made it to my house yet. She told me that day that she was going to send someone. Yet no one came once again. June 9th I called again and the same lady told me that no one has gone because they didnt have supplies from Univita. Ultimately on June 10th my mother was discharged from Heavely Touch because according to them the home health aid that was suppose to see my mother had an accident. By far the worse company I had to deal with. I did not mention that on Saturday June 6th I had to take my mother to the ER to have her surgery packing removed and cleaned out and on Wednesday June 10th as well. During the course of the days I was the one cleaning out my mothers wounds and repacking her wounds hoping she didnt get an infection due to the lack of professionalism and staffing from Heavely Touch. They have no respect for their patients.

Run for your Life. The service is worst than Cuba. Mrs. Aurora is very vulgar and with lousy customer service. This is a family business of few very disorganized workers, they overlap everything, they do not answer the calls, they lie to you about not receiving documentation about the patient, months to achieve a procedure. The patient or family member has to take care of everything and call them incessantly and still do not help. Completely useless. This type of business gives Miami the horrible title of The Basement of USA.
