It was okay, now its HORRIBLE. We complained to the health department and code enforcement.i have several co workers and family members , that were using their services and we all have the same issues. Even the doctors offices STOP sending them patients . Aides have LONG nails , no mask, dont bathe the patients, i have a camera and will release it so your agency can review. The Aides are suppose to be there for 1hour they spend 15mins in their car, come in for 15mins and sit in their car for 15mins, s they can clock in and out. Thats stealing time and no services.
