Its pretty good but they havent kept it clean. I work out and theres dust and debris on the turf. Friendly staff, good classes, and better than CrossFit or traditional gyms.

A one-stop gym, recovery and all sorts of MMA training from top coaches in industry, at a prime location in Miami. Staff is super friendly and ground to earth, crowd/ vibe is great and the equipment is top notch.Lots of moving space and many classes to enroll into. Just walked in for a few days, while visiting out of town and they hooked me up with a sweet deal.Definitely recommend trying it out, you’d want to come in for a lot more!

Gym was pretty good. I used the turf area on the 2nd floor and they had a recovery area. You can do cryotherapy sessions there. A + for that. But at the end of the day, I do my own thing developing my own fitness app for people to train on.

Horrible. I cancelled my account back in July. I was using my cashapp card but it’s not an account I log into often. To my surprise I check this morning my cashapp balance and I see that they charged me almost $134!!!!!!! Mind you- the last time They charged me it was for almost $64. So how it went from 64 to 134? I made sure to confirm that the account was cancelled a few months ago and they told me yes. I also called multiple times for them to send me an email stating the account has been cancelled which I never received by the way. It was a cancellation that was done through the phone by one of their managers. I explained that I wasn’t able to go in person since I no longer live in Miami hence why they were able to help me out via phone. I called this morning and spoke to an Elijah who didn’t even let me finish explaining my situation and as soon as I said I was charged he mentioned I have to come in person even after I explained I don’t live in Miami anymore. Idk maybe he’s just not a morning person idc. Anywho, I decided to count how many times they had tried charging me since I cancelled and I kid you not I counted 107 times!!!?? Like what!? ONE HUNDRED AND SEVEN. Very upset bc now I don’t have my balance on my card since they decided to charge me for whatever reason on Sunday.

UPDATE 11/22The gym has lost a lot of their great trainers/coaches. Theyre having problems keeping good ones. Also, the gym is not being cleaned the way it should be. Lots of dust on the machines/surfaces. Overall still a great optionNOW OPEN! This gym is an incredible new location in Midtown Miami. Parking is free (at least for 2 hours). They have a bunch of awesome classes and everything is brand new. Theres no long term contract non sense and theres no crazy sign up fees. This should be a really popular gym if they keep it clean and classes are good.Update: They have great daily ultimate training, boxing and kickboxing classes.The gym doesn’t get crazy busy like LA Fitness too!

I called to cancel my membership and they only would if I came into the gym. I asked again to cancel over the phone, but they didn’t. At the renewal they ran my credit card anyway. The next month I put a hold on the card, so they I would not be charged. Now they will not cancel my membership without paying the a fake past due amount. This is not good customer service.

Great looking gym with well maintained equipment, nice classes but unfortunately a very very steep cost. Front desk welcome people are nice but the sales managers approach and attitude is of that of a rude car salesman. Never had such a negative expirence trying to sign up for a gym. Overall why I didnt go for it after my trial. Very aggressive and threatening pitch.

The management at this location have been over and above Super Professional and Helpful. Overall very nice people. I had bought memberships for my entire family and anytime I had questions or needed help they were quick to get back to me and always took care of me. They genuinely cared that I was happy and satisfied. The facility itself is brand new, its a great setup, and maintained very clean. I highly recommend !

I cancelled my membership several months ago. They continued to charge me despite having personally visited them to make the cancellation. I’ve since disputed the excess months on my credit card and they are calling me for a balance due. They need to get their act together. Very disorganized.

The biggest and best .owned by Arod and UFC . Huge 2 floor facility. With Boxing .Kickboxing and now Brazilian Jiu-jitsu !

This gym is clean and looks brand new!! All the equipment is spaced out very well and it’s never crowded when I go to the gym. They also have everything you need to get a great workout in. I’ve been training here for 3 months and I really enjoy going to this gym every single day because it has that amazing energy that I never felt in any other gym and staff team and coaches are amazing they always care about you and they always make sure you have a good time in a gym so, I am very thankful to all staff members, coaches, managers for making this UFC an amazing place where you can train and have a good time vibing around. All teachers are professionals for the various classes. They have many cardio machines as well. It was a pleasant time for me here. I strongly advise all my friends to use this restaurant.

Been coming to this gym for a while and let me say one of the best I’ve been to... Got helped out by a helpful guy, Mikey, who showed me around and informed me about the recovery therapies they have. I worked with Ray to sign up. He was fast, efficient and very personable. The gym is clean and follows social distancing norms. The staff is quick to help and recommend this gym site to anyone.

This is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. All the machines work. There is a great section of free weights and I’ve never had the issue of people abandoning weights in the middle of everything. They also have a recovering section which is super nice after a workout.The locker room / bathrooms are also SUPER clean and spacious.

Love it! All trainers are very professional and the classes are perfect! 2hrs free private parking in the middle of midtown is AMAZING.

So I had issues with my account and it was very difficult for me to get in touch with someone at gym until Cristina got involved with my case and she was the one that helped me fix the problem with my account. I admire her customer service and the way she handled the situation. It’s very difficult to find people that care about the “customer service“ part. I totally recommend her if you have in trouble with ur account. She was super nice and alway kind.I had 4 or 5 personal training with Luis and it was amazing, I totally recommend him if your looking for a personal trainer!!!

Travelling internationally and couldnt be happier with this gym! Rey (membership specialist) was incredibly polite, professional and helpful to ensure I was set up during my visit. As a personal trainer and gym owner, my expectations were exceeded for facility and staff service. Very grateful for Reys communication and support! Thats what a team leader is all about!

Paid almost $200 for a single month as I was temporarily staying in Miami and wanted to work out. I was assured multiple times that this was a one month charge. However, I continue to be charged a monthly fee. They refuse to call me back or cancel my membership. Please avoid this gym!

She even promised to put urgency on my case and that she will follow up. I expected to come in get push back and even an attitude which we would normally get if its conserning refunds. This gym is super clean! The membership person took his time with me and made sure I got the right program, I am now down 15 pounds! I see management team cleaning! The classes are amazing! Definitely recommend!

The GYM is great, unfortunately they don’t care about the instructors that work there. I lost 25lb in a month in HIIT class with a great instructor. The big problem is the one thing: if the instructor do not bring you to a coach training, a private training, they fire the instructor. They don’t care if he’s a great instructor at all, they only care about MONEY. This is why me and I saw 8 more members canceling the membership.

Gym is very upbeat, clean, and got me motivated for my legs day. Ray is the man - ask for him when you go!

First I have to say I have worked out in Gyms since high school and I am over 30 years old. In all my years I have not found a gym that was as unprofessional as this gym...I wont lie...I love the machines, equipment and space. The assistance is where I draw the lineI signed up to the gym in February and I was very excited for the low price and 24 hr access for early sign-up. Of course the Pandemic happen and there was a delay and the gym was opened later than planned. This is understandable. I was charged for the first month and I went a few times once they opened. I enjoyed myself but I started to get uncomfortable with the increase of the virus spread. I contacted them to pause my account and they stated they would not charge me for it and I was very please...Come to find out this was not the case and I was charged for the pause..I shrugged it off because I planned on going back again eventually.I contact the gym to start up again...and they had cancelled my account which I DID NOT WANT..They stated I couldnt have my signup fee without paying the excess amount needed from the pause date. I declined the service..but COME TO FIND OUT they charged me this amount anyway twice and have been charging me the full account amount for 2 months and 2 payments in the same month... -_-I contact the gym to settle the situation and to speak to a manager. I was told on 4 occasions that the managers were not available..on different days and different times. When they called me back on my final try... I did not speak to a manager but to a front desk employee..They stated I was not apart of their UFC Gym Midtown and they couldnt help me..I was apart of UFC Gym New York and to contact them...this was over 5 Years ago... -___-Do not expect ANYTHING regarding assistance from this place...Do what you have to do and leave...Dont expect any help...Hopefully you dont get injured because Im sure youll bleed out...

WASTE OF TIME. The sales associate sent me a class schedule. Ive been there multiple times during class hours. The front desk said that theres no BJJ/Jiujitsu class because there are no mats. The instructor was not present. Then, they said that it was an outdated schedule because it was 1 month old. This UFC gym is owned by Alex Rodriguez of the New York Yankees.

The gym is brand new and safe to say one of the better, if not top gyms to go to. They have all of the top of the line machines, dumbbells, etc. needed to get in a killer workout. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. Most importantly it’s at a very very fair price for what you get!

Complete and utter lack of professionalism. Less than 24 hours after sign-up, I received two unsolicited inquiries for personal training. I politely declined both.The latter trainer took offense, screenshot the innocuous convo, then tried to send the image to a third-party. Missing the ballpark of obvious, the girl, Karen (living up to her meme name) sent me the image with a vulgar insult about me. I have since written to corporate. At this time, management, to my awareness, has not removed this employee.Be wary. If you dont want your personal info disseminated to third-parties (phone number, address, contact info, credit card number), avoid this place.

When you try to call them about the deals they email you about they dont answer or hang up on you. Additionally the gym wants temperature reading but the checkin desk staff looks like they rather text than check you in. I also had this guy included in the photo who said I came into the gym with bad energy when I just wanted to talk to someone in a nice tone voice about my bill. So this place needs drug test their employees because Im not sure what is his issue was. Finally when I enrolled another member I have been charged seven times ! The staff couldnt help me so now theyre going to send it to corporate so who knows how long that will take. Update, after admitting that they’re wrong they’re trying to put me in collections for their error !

Signed up for the gym. The sales rep took my phone to set up the UFC Gym App. Next thing I know Im getting texts from people in my contacts to remove from this spam list. I asked the rep why I was getting these, he said oh, the App automatically sends texts to your contacts. So.... either be aware that your contacts (business, personal, family) will get spammed from texts, or the rep was lying and thats why he took my phone to set up my App so he could allow it to send messages. Either way, really unprofessional that I now have a group chat of a mix of clients and others asking me to remove them from chat.

The place is okay because its new. But the feel of staff and management is not great. When compared with other gyms in the same zip code. Maintenance, professionalism, classes quality and Service to customer are missing. Another clumsy franchise with covid-19 guaranteed and rude staff. Miami design district deserves better than that.

I politely declined as the gym did not have the machines I was looking for. On what he said ...what you need is a coach. (Im a professional athlete - I did not ask for his personal opinion. After he added Hopefully learn to work out. Piece. After what he BLOCKED my number. This is NOT professional. Extremely poor quality service.

They ripped me off and signed a contract with out consulting me before the place was even open the tried to give me a measly discount and tried to hide the fact that their employee falsified my signature. I was excited to join but they were very shady about my contract. Check the fine print and make sure they don’t sign for you.

Plenty of cardio machines, free weights, cable machine, and trx bands.A few staff members were nice (Ray the mgr) and operations mgr. Bathroom was clean, spray bottles and paper towels around the gym to wipe down the equipment.Social distancing in effect for the cardio machines (every other machine is closed for social distancing.)Free garage parking with validation.I personally enjoyed working out here with my bro. I was able to get 6 other people to join this gym and got my monthly lowered. This deal stopped after my 3rd person I recommend.Cons: Pricing. I joined months before the gym was open and I was paying $52.43 with the 3 people I recommend. My brother who joined after paid $80. My brother-in-law who joined after my bro pays $70. My cousin-in-law joined and after all of us and was promised to pay $75 and then $30 when January 2021 came.Bottomline is, we all had the same exact plan. We were all entitled to the same equipment but we all joined at different times. They definitely need to get their system together because its a total rip off for their customers. Out of the people I recommended 4 people left because of the unfair pricing.

Its funny to read 6 months old reviews of 5 stars when gym was clearly closed. Accurate staff training/recruitment and quality management lack crually to the premises and it feels from the first moment you enter the gym. This is the Design District folks !

This is definitely one of the nicest newest gyms I’ve been too! Plenty of new equipment that other gyms don’t have. Personal trainers are really knowledgeable, Luis is great! Once you walk in to this gym it feels CLEAN! Sanitizing stations everywhere, masks required. Weights are always racked up and ready to be used. Plenty of cardio machines, and they have an awesome smith machine. The staff at midtown always have a positive energy. I signed up with Michael S. which took his time to tour me the whole gym, he showed me the recovery room upstairs & that alone sold me this gym. Cryotherapy, Hydromassages, Tanning, so many options. I definitely recommend seeing Michael if you want to check this gym out. The ambiance in this gym is amazing, everyone is focused in working out and it’s full of positive vibes. Great workout spot overall, in the heart of Midtown Miami, beautiful area. 10/10!!

***3 Days of positive Covid cases in FL in 9k numbers, mandatory face mask ruling passed, manager walks right up to me to engage in conversation with NO MASK wanting to give me a pound. UNBELIEVABLE. I will be thinking of how off putting this was for weeks.I do not feel it is safe just yet to workout at a gym. Saw very few people inside so I entered to see if this was a luxury facility. It has potential to be, but many corners were cut including the staff hired.

Its an okay gym. The membership is kinda high and the gym is nice overall. However, they sold me on a package in which I thought I would have one on one training with a trainer in the field for which I signed up for in the first place( Kickboxing). The good thing is that its located in Midtown which is a plus.

Overpriced and overcharged. The classes show little to no technique for martial arts, no employees or gym goers wipe down anything (even during the middle of a pandemic). It’s a royal pain in the @ss to cancel the membership here . To summarize UFC midtown is an overpriced gym that offers little to no actual martial arts technique training, the training that is offered is overpriced and lackluster , the gym is not cleanly for COVID-19, and upper management shows attitude when I try to cancel or negotiate membership.

Over charging. Too expensive. beware of the company trying to charge your card even after you cancel the membership. Not worth the price at all unless you do a unlimited access gym membership. Do not do the personal training program . VERY EXPENSIVE

Dont ever do business with them I canceled my membership before they even opened and I been waiting 7+ months for my refund this is ridiculous. Nobody knows anything.

I signed up for this gym in March before the virus got crazy. I tried for two months calling, leaving voicemails, emails and never got a response. The managers are no where to be found and the front desk people only answer the phone and check people in. I dont recommend this gym for their lack of decency and customer service. I have emailed corporate and reported them to the Florida business bureau. I am still waiting on a response to cancel my membership and rectify the billing.

Idk how to start with this review. To be honest I just felt compelled to say that ive had plenty of ups and downs with the UFC gym. From cleanliness situations, to awesome coaches.I think its fair to say that gyms are going to be gyms. In a real gym theres a chance you will be seeing some nasty s. sometimes. That just means that some people are Actually training.When you show up to this gym, you feel the energy in there and its crazy. Makes me train harder and go even harder in my daily life.Recently I dealt with a situation that was significantly affecting my membership there. Long story short it was about timing on a promise made and that promise not being kept. I went through a-lot of people to get nowhere. In both kendall and midtown, no lie. I am a pretty understanding person but it did get quite frustrating to be going in circles.Sometime this week, I showed up to train and tried to sign in. At the sign in table I made a remark about my problem, really feeling some type of way. There were two staff members there hearing me out, when one of them stopped me and told me she had heard about my situation already.Turns out that she is a manager there and her name is Madison. I know this review is mad long, but bare with me here. This amazing human being not only took the time to hear my super long situation, but she immediately stepped up to the plate and started doing anything she could on her end to help me reach a solution to my issue.I was genuinely feeling some type of way. As in almost ready to up and leave this gym. Not because of the facility( kendall-real octagons, more mma based / midtown - heavy lifting, more up close and personal, massages), but because of the way the staff handled my information. If the staff had what Madison has, they would truly understand what good business is. Most of my interactions with staff was bad. They need some training or something because..... They do.Madison did what she had to do on her end, and did it quickly. She met me halfway and I am now extremely satisfied with the outcome.I think this clearly shows to me who cares and who doesnt because the golden rule is the golden rule. The consumer makes the business. Without the members, these facilities wouldnt be sustainable. Ufc should feel honored to have such dope facilities and all...... But they should be especially honored to have staff like Madison. These people are the ones that make businesses great. They have something that many employees lose or never had to begin with. Staff like Madison have the most important quality in true customer service. That quality is care. If she didnt care about me and what I went through in my situation, I would have done enough circles Id be basically forced to dislike the gyms. But no.Madison not only fixed my issue. She came through with her word. Which is the definition of ethical business.I am now proud of being a UFC gym member and I rep it with a clean slate.

All this hype for a facility thats not that impressive.... on top of it, they are not doing basically anything to keep this place clean while in use. staff is sitting down, doing nothing to enforce social distancing or even protect themselves. Cleanliness needs to me a must in times like these and I will say it is a true disappointment to see this
