I joined Da Factory because a friend made me through a groupon deal. I was a little bit hesitant about CrossFit but once I started doing it I really loved it. But what I love most about this place is the staff. The coaches are the very best. Each and very one of them get to know you and your necessities and they push you to give your best every class. I really love Da Factory, the atmosphere here is the best, and I’m looking forward to keep improving every day with the help of all the best coaches Miami have.

Great gym! It has all the equipment you need, plus an abundance of gymnastics rings. I am not a cross fitter, but i do use their open gym membership. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, everyone is training really hard which is quite motivating

I attended a crossfit workout through Class Pass and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff was extremely friendly as well as the regulars. Everyone was helpful and motivating. I went on a Friday which is normally their easy day and I cant wait to go back for a more intense training.

Super professional all the trainers are well versed in safety, this place is top notch, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive attended classes at different times of the day, and all the trainers show you proper form and are always watching you. This place is amazing.

After more than 3 years out of training, I wanted and needed to get back into the fitness life, but I did not want to go back to a traditional gym, where I knew that the results would not be what I wanted. I found several gyms online, including Da Factory, and I gave myself the opportunity to buy a 2-month membership. I can say today that this place is definitely what I was looking for. With classes throughout the day, of crsossfit, lean, powerlifting, and yoga, I found everything I needed to burn fat, gain muscles, tone up, be in shape, and feel healthy in a natural and correct way.Undoubtedly the best thing that Da Factory has is their coaches: Mikey, Gabriel, Gloria, Landy, Franklin, Juan Carlos, they are all incredibly professional, helpful and very patient, you can perceive that they are not just to meet a schedule and make money. They feel passion for what they do and with dedication and patience they invest time in each member to teach us how to do the exercises well, every detail of the movement, they give us encouragement and are extremely friendly and very nice, no matter what our physical condition is, how long we have been going to the gym, where we are from, or what kind of membership we pay.I greatly appreciate the day I met this place, which also has a mobile app to reserve classes and maintain a social network within the member community. Today, I can say that I see how Da Factory, with barely more than a month, has begun to change my life. Thanks to each and every one of them. I highly recommend this place.

I joined your box on a Groupon promotion. My only regret was I onlypurchased the one month voucher instead if the three month one. Everyone at Dafactory was supportive,friendly and knowledgeable. The level of professionalism iscommendable. They preached form over speed, and safety over reps. Ifelt I learned something every class, the trainers were great. Theclasses always started on time, which is important to someone like mewith a hectic schedule.

I am the typical join a gym then quit after a few months because I get bored and unsatisfied type of girl. Fitness for me just always seemed like a long shot. Ever since I have joined Da Factory Crossfit Gym my out look on fitness has changed drastically. I am never bored because each day is a fresh workout with a new goal to reach.
