Totally scam.. dont buy here!!! We bought 4 treadmills and ship it to Costa Rica and none of those are working properly. Actually theres one that is not working at all. We ask for support and Lester who aparently is the owener doesnt want to help because he is just putting excuses and now he is not even answering our phone. Be careful since you will lose your money!

What kind of business answers the phone with “Yes?” - I wasn’t even sure I had dialed the correct number so I asked “is this Elite Gym Equipment?” Lady on the phone answers “si”..that’s about as far as the conversation went. Highly unprofessional.
