My daughter has Down syndrome, and we have had to visit many doctors, of different specialties, over the years. Dr. Caicedo is by far the BEST doctor she has seen. He is very caring, respectful, has a good sense of humor and lots of patience. He takes the time to answer every single question I may have as a parent, always with the best disposition.Furthermore, his recommendations have definitely helped my daughter.He is a true professional; I wish half of the doctors in Miami where like him.

Dr Luis Caicado and his Assistant Carolina are wonderful people. I am not going to go into detail about specifics about our son but all I can say is they worked wonders for us. Doctor Luis Francisco Caicedo is an outstanding Doctor. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care provided by him and his staff. Certainly one of a kind.

Horrible! Their staff and office is poorly trained, I’ve tried to call them 4 times!! In all of those 4 times I’ve left voicemails and won’t answer me. Thank god the assistant answered me. Caicedo charged MY insurance $300!!! Even though he didn’t do nothing, he sent some tests, It was all done and My son did it. I sent it on February and NO FOLLOW UP, NOTHING. No gestión with the insurance. It’s Mid-July and nothing yet, I was the one who had to call them to see what’s going on. No follow up, no appointments, no status of the tests I sent, Nothing at all. Gone with the wind. Find another doctor who won’t steal your insurance money. And will actually do his work.

Waited 3 weeks for a new patient appointment when I arrived to the appointment they scheduled it during their lunch time. No one was at the front desk to attend to us or give us paper work. Had to wait 30 min for someone to attend to us and at that moment had a very bad impression of the service and the office. The Dr was in the office the whole time and did nothing and no apology. Very bad impression of Nickolaus Childrens Hospital. Lost a days of work, son missed half a day of school, waisted gas and tolls on a 45 min drive to this location only one soonest availiable 3 weeks out for being given an appointment during their lunch hour and now having to find another Dr for my sons severe conditions....TERRIBLE!

I arrived with desperate need of urgency care for my daughter. I came in with all of my daughters medications and with all her lab work results that another specialist had requested. The Dr. seemed nice. My daughter was not given any further medications but was asked to have more lab work done 2 weeks prior to her next month visit (9/8). On Sept. 7th,I was called to be advised that her labs came out o.k., but her appointment would have to be rescheduled because of preparations of hurricane Irma, I was not very happy, but agreed to reschedule for a few days after the hurricane (9/12). When I arrived on time to my appointment just to findout that the office was closed. No one had the courtesy to call to let us know. They rescheduled again for a month later (10/10), Oct. 9th I receive a call from Drs office again, just to let me know that they are rescheduling my daughter for Oct. 24th. I also forgot to mention that they told me weeks later after telling me that everything was ok with her test results, that they had found issues with the results. Later I also find out They also lost the copies of my daughters xrays which I personally had provided to them. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD, DO NOT TAKE HIM/HER TO GARBAGE PLACE LIKE THIS.
