Dr. Gonzalez. I leave a review here because I have no other way to contact you directly. This is not about you, but the medical center you work for, Digestive Medical Associates. I tried scheduling an appointment with you and because I had seen Dr. Martinez a couple of years ago, with another insurance I COULD NOT see you because supposedly you all got a rule that do no exchange patients which is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in a long time from a professional center. I have good references about you Dr. Gonzalez, and Im sorry that you lose patients like this because of this outrageous rule. Really a shame.

Its unfortunate but I need to write a review. I have been looking for a GI who can care for me and my situation and an office staff that will help with the transition yet I did not find this here. The wait time is horrible, more than two hour wait and then you are rushed during your visit. This is not good, especially when we are people who are suffering from certain conditions. We are already feeling bad, we are nervous, worried and yet there is no empathy here.

After 2 hours past my appointment I was still waiting be seen with another patient waiting in front of me. I left because I had other commitments. I find your lack of regard for patients time appalling and will not subject myself to this sort of abuse.

Horrible unhelpful staff.
