From the clerical staff to the doctor everyone was very attentive and efficient. Dr. Lopez and her nurse aid had great bedside manner. I was glad for the short wait and the facilities are excellent.

Doctors and staff take the time to make sure everything is understood and all questions are answered. Do not feel rushed.

Dr. Lopez took the time to listen to all of my concerns and validated them as well. She has great bedside manner and is very easy to talk to. She shares information regarding new research and takes the time to answer any and all questions. After going through about 4 other GI doctors, she was the first to give me this level of care and respect. I highly recommend her to anyone!

From my very first visit. I felt very comfortable.Getting prep for my procedure the team made me feel at ease which helped a whole lot. After the procedure the same treatment was rendered. The communications and great service speaks for itself. Thank you and continue to show you care.

Paying attention to patient concerns and diagnosing and treating them accurately

I was impressed by how well informed and friendly the entire staff was during the entire visit. I was very impressed by the interest that Dr. Lopez showed during my visit.

I love Dr Lopez. She seems very caring and goes over everything with patience to ensure I understood everything. Great concern and professionalism.

Regarding customer service and medical care within the office, I have had no complaints. In fact, Dr. Johana López is excellent at what she does and her team of secretaries, I mean the administrative part Because on one last occasion when after having waited a long time for me to attend to me but they let us know that the doctors could not attend us due to a damage that there was in the computers. I had already paid $ 30.00 for my consultation but they did not refund my money either and in this last consultation they told me the excuse that they had already reimbursed me with a consultation that I did not accept via zoom.

They might as well fire the whole staff. No compassion, horrible communication, very slow and on top of that one of the receptionist had the audacity to get loud and rude with me over the phone. Avoid this place!!

Communicating with patient, personal time with doctor

Dr. Goldberg has been with me and my process with Gastroparesis for over 9 years. He has helped me regain my life back and I would not have been able to achieve that without him. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy GI, I could not and would not reccomend anyone else but him.
