Horrible experience with my appointment today with Dr. Jose Ferrer Jr. He seems to have some sort of God complex. He treated me with disrespect, was abrupt and impatient. He did not allow me to communicate my symptoms without interruption and was very antagonizing. Stay away from this doctor. He has no bedside manners whatsoever. The worst experience of my life with a doctor.

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Gives one time to listen and interface with the patient (something rare with Doctors these days). Impressive professional. Great staff too.I do not mind driving all the way from Ft Lauderdale to see him. Totally worth it.

I was not able to edit on gastrohealth but I did see the specialist and he is wonderful. A little late but promised to give his attention and he did. The care coordinator was great in scheduling tests he ordered

0 STARS! More than a month trying to reach the office to schedule a colonoscopy for a patient. Hours of my time wasted on hold. The lack of consideration is unbelievable.

Absolutely so difficult to reach this office. You leave a message and never get a call back. When they do pick up they hang up.

Office was super efficient and timely. Loved Dr. Ferrer Jr and the way he explained everything to me.

Even in the midst of COVID personal attention and care

If could give this office 0 stars I most certainly would. Oh and after wasting my time on hold, they decided to hang up without even speaking. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 days straight.

Dr. Jose P. Ferrer Jr. Is an Very smart, amazing, caring, knowledgeable physician. I can not say enough good things about his skills and his bedside manner, empathy for his patients and how he cares for them as human beings.

The doctor listened to all my concerns and addressed each of them. He even assigned me homework/ research as a follow-up activity.

Everything as expected

The Doctor is capricious and not very accessible. My family member lost 30 pounds and he didnt know what was happening. Another doctor found the condition.
