Dr Bango is a sweet and caring physician who takes the time to talk and explain any questions one may have. Wonderful doctor!

Dr. Bango was professional and pleasant. She asked questions and listened to the answers, and she answered questions.

Dr. Bango is very thorough. She answered all my questions and provided me with a good plan to manage my health. With wait time the routine appointment took 1 hour 15 minutes. Seems pretty typical for a Doctor’s office but they were apologetic for my wait. The staff showed great composure with some challenging patients while I was there.

Visited the office yesterday for the first time. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Dr. Bango was very kind, knowledgeable and I loved that she took the time to ask me a bunch of questions and listen to me. I felt like the attentive provided was great! I didn’t feel rush at all as I have in the past with other doctors. I’m so happy they are in my network and close to my home.

Dr. Bango has been my primary doctor for several years. She takes her time with me to answer all my questions and health concerns. I never feel like she’s in a rush to get to her next patient. She’s very knowledgeable on preventive care for my age. She also has good solid referrals for my medical needs. Her office is bright and cheerful. It’s also very clean. Her staff are professional and attentive. I always have a wonderful experience when I need to see Dr. Bango.

The girls in the reception area were efficient and easy to communicate with. Dr. Bangos assistant was very nice and also knows how to take blood (my veins have been problematic for some phlebotomists in the past.) As for Dr. Bango, she really made me feel like she was concerned about my health. The best thing about her is she looks you in the eye when talking. Moreover, i received a text from my pharmacy, only 2 days after i saw her, to let me know shed called in a prescription for a vitamin defficiency they had found in my blood work. I think shes great.Edit*** they moved. Today i needed to speak to someone or make an appointment. The phone number listed here went to a busy signal all day. So that bummed me out. If i cant get through tomorrow Im going to go to a different doctor.

I made an appointment a week in advanced for this doctor. I showed up and literally waited 1 hour before I decided to leave. Not even an explanation or heads up from front office staff that this doctor was either running behind or extremely backed up when I signed in. Front office staff was also quite rude from the start. When I informed them that I was leaving and to cancel my appointment, I was shrugged off as if I was one less client for them to deal with. Pretty cold and sad for a doctors office.I find it extremely disheartening when a professional feels that their time is more valuable than anyone else’s. If that’s not the case with this professional then their front office staff definitely displays that type of behavior. Had one person said to me that the office was extremely busy or the doctor is running behind “we apologize” I would’ve stayed and this review could’ve went in a different direction.
