I simply love Dr. Nana. It is very hard to find a doctor who is honest and it doesnt over do your face just to make more money. I had fillers done before and to be honest I looked overdone. I waited over 2 years to try again, and my friend recommended Dr. Nana. I put fillers under my eyes, cheeks, and lips. He had me comeback 2 weeks after, to see if I wanted/needed more, I did another syringe in my lips, and I love the way I look. Natural. He is very gently, I felt no pain. Last time I did my lips, I was in pain.

I have been going to Dr.Nana for Men’s Health as my Primary Care Provider for a little under a year. I spent some time attempting to find a primary care provider that understood my concerns about my physical health. Dr. Nana was the first one that skipped the nonsense and actually listened to my symptoms and worked with me to reach my current goals.I’ve had such a pleasurable experience with him that a significant portion of my family now goes to him for their primary care and I am grateful for the support he is giving me.The staff is very responsive and diligent. I look forward to being with Dr.Nana for years to come.

I went to see an endocrinologist, I called a month ago to make this appointment I told them my HMO health insurance , normally the assistants will tell the patient to bring the referral from Primary dr. since they see they don’t have. They know is HMO you need it, They didn’t tell me that day I did the appointment, neither the day they call me to confirm. Normally professional assistants, they check if that referral was arrived before the appointment day. They didn’t, I got there and they ask you have your referral I said no, they say the dr. Can’t see you without it, I say please call my primary dr. And ask to get it, they CARELESSLY said you have to do it, this is our fax #, I claimed they said IT WAS MY FAULT. 2 hours after I was waiting, that fax I try to claim they said again it was MY FAULT. The youngest was so busy with her Instagram 🥴 instead helping, said is Not their fault!! I was calling outside drs. And my insurance for 2 hrs. Then the reception person said you can get the referral emailed here too, after 2 hrs! Zero interest zero help! why she didn’t say that before? Then Acting like they are victims but totally careless and neglecting the situation. Finally I got that referral, 3 hours later, they didn’t even inform me they got it,I ask to speak with a manager she said too it was MY FAULT TO DONT BRING THE REFERRAL, I don’t work daily in that field, and let’s pretend they were right they should just try to help the patient pretending is my fault , is HEARTLESS ! is about health don’t blame a patient and leave her solving the whole problem without ask or offer any help! Is about health! We are people not objects, is dealing with health. They don’t have empathy or interest to really offer a service with the minimum interest to help! That is not the field to be for this people, CARELESS.Then the dr. Who was so distracted gave me a referral I ask for X-rays it is under a man name and his insurance? They call me again like was my fault oh you left too fast without the right order, blaming again! No. It was what the dr. Printed and gave me! Terrible never go there!

Dr. Nana has been my primary care physician for over 5 years now, but this time I came to see him for Laser Hair Removal. I was afraid as the last time I tried laser at another place it was very painful. He assured me that his new Laser Device (Vectus) was a new technology and that I was going to feel very little discomfort. So, I made my appointment for my 1st treatment, and although I need at least 3 more, I already see the difference after just one, and I felt almost zero discomfort. I also bought a package and got a discount. They also have Botox, Fillers, Microneedling. I made an appt for Botox, and I got an additional discount. LOVE IT!!!

I did Botox with Dr. Nana and I’m very happy with the results. Definitely coming back!

Dr. Nana is by far the best Doctor I’ve had. He knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his patients. His office staff are also very friendly. Every time I go to their office, I feel treated like family!

My dad needed medical attention when visit from Venezuela. We were seen at Dr. Nanas office. The Dr. was knowledgeable and very caring towards my dad. The staff was friendly as well. If my Dad or any of us need medical assistance we would certainty return.

My grandmother switched to this practice when her previous doctor retired. I had never been to any of her visits. She recently fell ill and required someone to escort her to her appointments. The NP that I saw, Olga, was very friendly but did not want to give the necessary referrals right away. On top of that she did not refill my grandmothers prescriptions. I literally had to call them a million times to request the refill before I get a call back. (When you call you can only leave a voicemail. By the time they call you back if you miss the call you have to call and leave another voicemail.) Dr. Nana finally called me only to tell me I needed to put my grandmother in a nursing home. The call dropped and he didnt have the decency to call me back to finish the conversation. I honestly think they were just using her to bill the insurance. I couldnt change her doctor fast enough. I do not recommend. It should not be that hard to reach your primary care physician.

Doctor Nana my Angel, got to Jackson North short of breath tested positive for Covid19, stood with me like a Solder fighting the war with me and we won ! My words are not enough to pay for everything you did for me you went above and beyond to make sure I was safe . MY God Bless you always thank you 🙏😇

I should have left this review after my first bad experience here. I visited this doctors office to see a primary care doctor and have blood work. My first visit I waited an hour to hear that my doctor had called out and they dont do blood work on Tuesdays. After admitting they shouldve told me that when booking my appointment, they decided to take the blood. I had an appointment to come in to review my results 2 weeks later. When I got there, the office said we tried calling you to re-schedule, the doctor isnt in... I showed them I didnt have any voicemails or calls and they apologized that they didnt call. The doctor called me a few hours later and let me know everything was great on my blood work.Fast forward 3 months later, I have a yellow tint to my eyes that Ive noticed for a month and a half. After seeing the eye doctor, they said yellowing is rarely ever caused by the eyes and to have blood work. I started reviewing the blood work from January and realized one of my levels was extremely HIGH, double the limit it should be. This level is the direct cause of my yellow eyes.I went to Mt. Sinai and they looked at my blood work and immediately asked, did they tell you that you had a UTI.. which I answered NOPE. So I have to re-test my blood and see whats causing the bilirubin to be so high and see a gastroenterologist.This could have been taken care of 3 months ago if anyone cared in this office to take a look at my blood work. I am a healthy 25 year old and do not recommend this office to ANYONE. I had a UTI and such a high bilirubin that my eyes are yellow, without anyone caring to tell me.Never again !

One of the things I love about when I come here is not having to wait a long time prior to being seen, in fact when I went yesterday for my check-up I was seen about 10 minutes after checking in with the front desk (really great!). The front desk ladies have always been very friendly and patient with me, as I am always changing my appointment times. I was seen by Dr. Nana, and all I can say is, he is simply a really good doctor! Not only is he patient and charismatic, but he listens to me, explain everything to me, and takes his time to answer all of my questions. My overall experience here has always great! I will continue to come here!

Dr. Nana is very easy to talk to and straight to the point. The facility is beautiful and clean.

The girl in the front is extremely rude and made me come in for lab results that weren’t even in. Only one result was in and it was negative. Which is something they could have told me over the phone!! I want my money back!

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to make an appointment and ask how much the procedure would be without insurance and they said i dont know and hung up on me.
