Terrible customer service. Had an appointment at 7 (they close at 8) and wouldnt take me because the service might take too long. I adjusted what I was going to get to accommodate them, yet they wouldnt offer to accommodate me and potentially stay after closing by 10 minutes to finish my service, if that even was going to happen. Customer service is everything and they have none.

One of the best nail spa experiences I’ve had in Miami! I travel here often for work and fun and now this salon will be my go-to spot. The owners are so kind and pay attention to detail when it comes to nails and customers. The salon is also super cute and relaxing. Truly a zen experience with great quality services. I got a fill with gel polish and a pedicure. Highly recommend!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. However, I made a pedicure appointment over the phone after reading the good reviews they had and when I arrived the pedicure chair was a regular sofa chair. It’s comfy but when you make a pedi appt you want a pedicure in a massage chair. This place sticks your feet in a bucket of water they fill with the hose and puts it on the floor in front of your chair.I decided that I was going to leave and not do the pedicure.They also charge a deposit that they cannot return even though I did not receive a service.

Very happy with the service and hospitality! It really felt like I was sitting at a friends home. The ladies (Fernanda & Katherine) were very warm and welcoming. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time and was offered water or coffee. There was one other tech there and a customer -- It was very clean and we all had our masks on, felt safe/very Covid free environment :)I got a regular pedicure done by Katherine, and dip for my fingernails done by Fernanda. I loved that they worked on me at the same time. It definitely cut my time there in 1/2 -- Not sure if thats their normal procedure, BUT even if I had to spend more timethere -- I would not have minded at all. The vibes there are great! Along each step of the way...Fernanda made sure that I liked the shape of my nails and explained to me the process of Dip (as it was my first time getting this done).The ladies was patient, kind, and very thorough.Soo happy to have found this salon!

Love EPOCH! Family owned and operated salon, the ladies are incredibly talented at their craft and so pleasant to be around. Their salon is very clean and well kept, and the quality of my manicures and pedicures is better than any salon I’ve been to. I drive all the way from Broward to visit them. Highly recommend!

This Salon does not follows the CDC protocols to keep client safe from COVID. I went to inquired for nails services and they did not take temperature and neither had any shield to protect clients from their breath besides mask that are not N95. I did not feel safe environment related to health.

I walked in and they attended me right away and even did a very intricate nail design for my visit to Disney this weekend. Such a great place where they really speak with you to help shape your nails the way you like and mix the colors to your preferred color!

Have been going to Epoch for a few years now and it’s the only place I will go. Clean, relaxing and Covid safe there spa pedi is the best. I highly recommend them.

This place was absolutely amazing and puts any past pedicures Ive ever had to shame. First I want to say that it is a month later and my pedicure never chipped. I will take it off because my nails are growing but the polish itself never chipped. The ambience and individualized attention is wonderful. They are friendly and true professionals of nail health. My hands and feet felt rejuvenated and well moisturized after receiving services. The prices are equitable to the service you receive. I would advise you to make an appointment especially if youre going to go during a busy time. I will make sure I visit next time Im in Miami.

I went here to have a lash lift and tint. When I came in for my service Fernanda greeted me. She was very nice. Took me to the room where I was going to receive the service. She never really explain the procedure before starting or asked any questions or any concerns I might have. I was a little nervous but excited because I had seen videos of the process and the final results looked great. I was asking questions but... she didn’t seemed very confident with her answers. Long story short. When I got home and looked at my lashes into my magnifying mirror, my lashes did Not looked longer. They looked even shorter than what I came in with and extremely curly!!! My lash hairs looked like a really bad perm and crunchy with my lashes going in all directions but up. Which is what I wanted. A lift! I went back the next day to show her and she told me to my face that there was nothing wrong and that even looked longer. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I’m a very calm person and didn’t want to cause a scene. So I reply that I had seen videos and my results did not looked anything like a lash lift.I asked what she could do about it, but her answer didn’t Make me feel like I wanted her to touch my lashes ever again. She said let me see what I can do.What a waste of money!!!Don’t go to this place for a lash lift. They will ruin them. I have to walk around with lashes that look like pubic hair! Horrible job.

Fabulous salon and finally found somewhere close by that provides a great service with lovely products and lovely atmosphere. Run by 3 lovely sisters from Spain. I highly recommend!

One of my gorgeous acrylics popped off so I reached out via Instagram. They immediately answered and had me come back in, replaced the full set and did a wonderful job. They really went out of the way to immediately correct the problem.

Great experience with friendly staff members! My sister and I came in for a bachelorette party and had time to get our nails done before checking into our air bnb. In such a cute little area.

All of the technicians are extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. I appreciate how clean and comfortable it is. I’ve had my eyebrows done and nails. Also there Very punctual with their appointments.

The ladies at EPOCH nail salon are absolutely amazing. Everytime I have stop in for my manicure feels more and more like Im walking into my friends home. They are super welcoming and warm, they are very knowledgeable and patient..the space is cozy and the job is always well done.Today i went in to fix 1 nail (gel polish) and they took me in righy away and fixed it with the same attention they would a full manicure. This attention to detail and customer service is irreplaceable.My next service should be a facial! Lets see!!
