Upon entry of the facility, I was greeted with the utmost respect and shown great hospitality. They did an excellent job in providing a safe, non-intimidating experience, while being fast and effective. The doctors were attentive and professional. Highly recommend.

Today was my first time visiting this center for my annual physical evaluation. I was a little skeptical about coming here but after today I know made the right choice . It was super easy to make an appointment the receptionist was very nice and profesional and answered all my questions. The center is very clean and COVID safe. The doctor was very nice and and was able to answer all my questions. Definitely plan to stay here for a long time.

I wanted to give this center a try since it’s all in one at this location but I tried over a week to make an appointment at this facility. I never got a call back or I was on hold for almost an hour various of time until I finally got a response. The lady was rude from start she just said “ what do you want?” In Spanish . I’m sorry that’s not a way to even start a call with a patient & wasn’t helpful at all. Thankfully I switch to better facility. Don’t recommend unless you’re used of being treated rudely.

The worst experience ever in a health care setting. It is a shame the patients do not receive a respectful attention, mainly in these difficult times of a global pandemic. My son scheduled an appointment as required to receive the second dose of the COVID vaccine, the hours of attention were changed and he was never informed, when presented there he was instructed to return next day and he had to leave the site without receiving the vaccine, help or a satisfactory explanation. The administrator of the site never faced the situation. Very disappointed of this place.

But today I took my mom there who has dementia and tonight the cops came to my home saying that I was abusing my mother. The Female doctor there and administrator are a joke very unprofessional. The staff is really something . Like how can you be so unprofessional? I had an appointment and had to bring my baby. I wouldn’t have mind if from the beginning they would have told me there was a problem with me bring my 11 month old with me , but instead they watched me sit there for an hour to tell me nothing because the supervisor was just calmly walking pass me over and over. I am visiting from another state and I happened to come with my mother to this location. I have never seen such disregard for their patients. There were many people waiting outside in the heat for hours for them just to tell then that they were not on the list for the appointment to be called in so their time was just wasted.The staff and security Guards were in a corner talking about obscene things.There was also a woman who asked for a chair because she was outside with a 2 year old in the heat and the baby was not feeling well and they just told her she had to wait. To me this unacceptable and things have to change

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I just had an emergency surgery and my baby girls Pediatrician works in this Community Center, my baby girl is 2 months old only!!! Ive been calling several times and the information desk takes my call and when I explain them they cut the communication, this last time I called the girl in the information desk told me that is my doctor who should tell me which pain medicine I have to take and not my baby girl Pediatrician, I told her that the Pediatrician is the medical specialist that should recommend me better for this due that in the Hospital Im in the are giving me Morphine and some antibiotics even when I told them Im breastfeeding my baby, Im in the Mercy Hospital next to the Miami Beach. Well the Community Center info desk girl just cut again the communication after this argue. I just dont know who else to ask!!!! They are not a Community Center they are a Hell Center!!!!

My BF went here, with 9 out of 10 pain, and the prescription wasnt even called in at the pharmacy like he was told it would be. BF says that the doctor interrogated him and minimized his pain. It took him stating that he would rather leave at that moment than to waste time in trying to get medication that the doctor wasnt even gonna prescribe.Parking isnt the best so get there early. Wasnt seen on time even after coming in 30 minutes prior. Nurses were nice, receptionist was nice, place seemed clean.

Do your self a favor and dont waste your time there. From experience I can say that some of the pediatric doctors are amazing. But everything else is terrible. I can not blame the staff, if they take too long for the patients to be seen since that management comes from the supervisors. Lets not even mention the parking, it has gotten worse over the years but management doesnt care.You can tell is all about the money and the staff is probably underpaid. You get that vibe when you see them they are so stressed and moody. I will change both kids from that clinic but if you really want to make a difference you can CALL your insurance and make a complaint and change doctors. Remember dont blame the ones that you see face to face like the receptionist, or securities the problem comes from the top.

Every time you call they give you the run around. It takes for ever to get seen. Its true they do what they can but they can do so much better. I changed my kids ped because its too much of a hassle. The parking is terrible and causes traffic.

They always treated me well but good luck trying to get anyone on the phone, bizarre telephone system will leave you going in circles, most extensions have full or disable voicemail and when you do leave a voicemail nobody will call you back.
