The best doctor that have treated me. I have seen many. I witnessed this doctor walk down the stairs to consult a patient on a wheelchair,when the elevator was broken. I have seen her cry with a patient who lost a close family member. She is very professional,compassionate and very respectful. A rare gem in that profession

Im a medical professional trying to prepare a patients chart for upcoming surgery by requesting labs and clearance from Dr. Germeils office..The gentleman(not even) told me to call back later and speak to the manager that he didnt have time for my nonsense quote. When I requested that mans name he said it was Michael Jackson and hung up on me!! If this is how he treats another facility I can only imagine how he treats the patients. I hope Dr Germeil is aware of her employees actions!! Shame...

I just called to make an appointment for the first time and after calling the office 6 times, the guy that answered the phone told me that he couldnt make my appointment because he was busy at the moment, I asked him if their was anyone else and he said no and hung up on me. I called back and asked for his name and he said he could not give me his name and disconnected the call again. I think he is very disrespectful, that is not the way to treat a person. I called again to speak with a office manager and he said that they dont have time for that. wow I decided to keep calling to get a hold of the manager and the guy said B***H STOP CALLING and disconnected the call again, how can someone like that have a job in the medical field? this is so inappropriate, that guy does not deserve to work at a Dr office. I had my attorney call and he said that since I was not a patient their that he did not have to treat me with respect and that my attorney was wasting his time when she asked to speak with the office manager he disconnected the call.
