By far the worst medical experience that I have ever undergone. First off, on the day that I went, several staff (including the receptionist) were not wearing their masks. Mind you, I had no idea if the employees were vaccinated when I entered (and I still do not truly know if the employees were vaccinated). However, even if they were, there is still the possibility of COVID-19 transmission to others despite being vaccinated.Regarding my procedure: I warned the technician about sometimes having side effects to an IV insertion, and I even recommended that they take certain precautions, which they proceeded to completely disregard. In fact, it was not until I began experiencing these side effects that the technician (and at this point an assistant) listened to the precautions I had previously mentioned.Perhaps worst of all, the results of my CT scan were deemed inconclusive but I was told that they had found a lesion in one of my organs. As a young adult, I was obviously terrified at the possibility of having a tumor/mass. When I received a follow-up procedure (at another location), I was told that there was no existence of any lesion/mass. In fact, the radiologist who conducted my follow-up procedure requested my CT images taken at this site because he was confused as to what lesion I was even referring to.I hope that my incident was isolated, and I hope that Millennium Diagnostic Imaging conducts itself better in the future, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it was truly disastrous. As of today, I am still wondering if this location accidentally uploaded a separate patients file into mine, since it is perplexing that a follow-up procedure could not find what Millennium Diagnostic claimed to have found.

Very bad customer service. They are not able to call the insurance to get the authorization for an imaging. The customer has to pay and also work for them. I decided to do the imaging somewhere else

At first at thought I was going to be so uncomfortable because of the enclosed space of the machine but all the staff is so helpful and patient that made it so easy!! Def recommend.

Jose, Denise, Jenny and the rest of the team here are extremely professional and diligent. I live in Pembroke Pines and will from now on drive all the way to Miami whenever I need an MRI.Jose and Denise went the extra “100 miles” to work through the roadblocks of my “new” insurance to get an authorization. The office is never crowded, Jose will not overbook, so that the wait time is minimal.Kudos to all of them for a job well done!

They are very professional people, when overboard trying to solve some issues with the insurance, Mayra at the front desk did an excellent work and the staff was very frienfly. Waiting time was minimum compare to other places I have been. Thanks for a great service.

Long waiting time because they have to verify with the insurance after you arrived to the office the first time you visit. The place looks messy and old.There was another patient and I, but the appointment took more than an hour for a simple x-ray.

Front desk very helpful, resolved insurance , prescription from Drs issues. Couldnt be nicer.or more helpful.....it ends there.After 2 days of going and waiting an hour and a half the 2nd day, The machine was broken. Im stuffed in and left for 45 minutes. Crawled out, tech came back, got me in, again, started and turned off machine twice to reboot (like a stupid PC) Finally did CT scan. Then a Dr from another office comes in to administer IV for dye in scan...they do it with my arm sticking out above my head, put needle in at an angle, never had anything as painful done. This is my 6th MRI-CT with contrast, Finally finished and I ran out. I have a huge hematoma in my arm. Kept thinking if i have an allergic reaction in there..thats it. Am still in pain 2 hours later. My advice, go to a facility where there is a professional available to administer IVs . Find out age of machines, this was rusted and dirty on inside. Unfortunately you get what you pay for..maybe better to pay a little more for more competent technicians, Drs and better kept up machines.

My experience in this medical center (if you can call it that), was disastrous. Very yyyy bad Customer Service, bad treatment, without education and without professional ethics from the Miss from the Front Desk to the Administrator. I called because I was worried about not receiving my results from a study and the attention was zero. They would not even let me speak so that I could claim my rights. They tell me that they had sent my letter by post, and that if it had not reached me, I had to wait for the letter to be returned for them to send it back to me and that they worked like that. The Miss from the Front Desk since she answered the phone I felt that it was not the best attention when I raised my situation, I passed the call to the alleged Administrator and the treatment was worse than she even told me that I was upset and fighting. What a way to address a patient. I ask her name and that of the other Miss and she pretends to not listen. I ask her again for her name and she tells me that she is the Administrator, she gives me my result and I hang up the phone. Q education, it is a shame that there are people like this working in these places where one seeks help and medical attention. Please dont go to this center. Rating 0 out of 10.
