Tried to charge me $80 for an oil change (conventional oil) on a 2008 Honda Civic. Up charging me because I’m a female and assumed I didn’t know anything about cars. Will never use their service, that is so ridiculous!

Very bad service give you one price and after 2 hours waiting, change the price to 320 for changing a spark plugs a complete riftofff, they make me pay $54.15 for a diagnostic that i already know, i left this place very disappointed, do not waste your time going here.

After searching for years for a reliable and honest auto service, finally I found the best most knowledgeable and honest auto mechanics available here in south Florida. About 8 months ago I had an smart car that needed a gas pump replacement and I could not located any one that will do the job. I searched thru the internet and I found that the Mercedes Benz has a services where you described the problem you are haven and they provided you with an estimate low and high for the type of repair and where to get it done. I took my car to the first reference given to me by mercedes, when they called for an estimated, the amount was more than double of the higher amount quoted by mercedes. The second in the list was Rodriguez Brother Auto Service, this time I called and explain my needs, they quoted me the low price of the Mercedes recommendation. They didnt ask for deposit and in one day they replaced the pump and it was excellent.From that time on I have taken all my car to be serviced and repair all the time including my family and can not be more happy. I totally Trust this people and will recomend them very highly.

It is a bad place I had a bad experience with them I took my car twice the first time I took it because of a problem I supposedly fixed it but I had to call them the next day because I had not been well and I had to take it and not Only that I had to pay for an areglo $ 850.00 and when I took it, they charged me another percentage but I told them that I could not spend more money but they told me that I had something else and on another occasion that I took it. that was the problem I had but in reality the car guided the same and paid them $ 700.00 but I told them that if they could put the car oilAnd thats why they charged me $ 900.00 And I told them that it was better not because I was very expensive, in fact there are workshops that supposedly tell you that they change parts but be careful, you really dont know if they do, because you see the new piece and They only give you the recive you have to be very careful and also They charge for jobs that do not give everything very well and charge with an excessive cost of $ 800 Above That and for work that you are not pleased, I really will not take it anymore to that place

NOT AN HONEST MECHANIC !!!! ...Unfortunately they think we are stupid ....... I took my car for an inspection AND THEY CHARGED ME $ 50 just for telling me what was needed ..They told me to change 3 parts and that they charged me $ 600 for everything ....OK ... wait for my friend who is a mechanic to come back on a trip and take him to see him. THE RESULT: you only had to change one part ($ 36 in Advance Auto parts) ..... $ 40 labor for 35min of your time.I RECOMMEND: Always have a second opinion from someone honest. And take your car to a place where they do not charge you for a 10 minute inspection.After reading what the owner answered, let me say what he says that the inspection is free !!! ??? .... is a lie. Unfortunately, I voted for the papers and I received that the secretary gave me after he charged me the $ 50. Not even my bank has the statements for that month last year. Of course you will not have the record in the system. My email does not have all my names. Anyway, if this hadnt happened, oh if it hadnt charged me, I wouldnt even bother to write this Review.
