Trying for 3 days to make an appointment, waiting for hours and nobody answers. the machine says that they will call you back in order of calls and nobody calls.vERY, VERY BAD SERVICE

Trying to call to schedule an MRI @ Baptist. Found multiple listings on their website. 1st location number disconnected, 2nd location no answer, 3rd location got a recording they were busy to call back later. Great service!

This is so unbelievable ridiculous, I been trying to schedule an appointment for a imagine at Baptist Radiology Dept for more than a week ago, the Doctor ordered for me to have it done, between 1 or 2 weeks at this point I will be requesting it to go somewhere else outside this places, this is my first and last time so horrible experience.

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, but communication between staff , shifts and family is terrible. When you have someone in rhe hospital with cardiac issues, thats the last thing you need.

Due to insurance problems, I was from 11 am to 3:30 amOnly that a person despite appearing to be kind I saw lack of humanity. Too bad because he is very young. All other staff were competent and very friendly. This to louis that I saw. I have a date for Neapolitan. I will make a review
