Really disappointed with the billing department. Tried to call about a balance and was unable to communicate with the lady because she did not speak English nor did she understand me. Repeated my card number to her over 6 times which made me extremely uncomfortable. She was extremely unprofessional and she even got upset and yelled at me as if it was my fault I couldn’t understand her. She had no real knowledge as to why I had a balance and when I asked her to send me a statement her email made absolutely no sense almost as if she used google translate to send it. As much money as I spent at this establishment it’s concerning that they would have someone that has such a hard time communicating with patients. Luckily I was able to call back and speak with another young lady in the billing departments who explained everything to me in detail. She was extremely professional and very courteous and she understood my credit card information and was able to take my payment without any problems. I was extremely upset at how the other lady treated me and will reconsider going to get any treatments done here.

Appointment was great. Dr. Fox explained everything with great detail. Assistant was sure to explain any additional charges before moving forward with procedures.

I have found that everyone I have encountered at the Miami Center for Dermatology has been very polite and professional. I am very happy to have found Dr. Longwill. She took her time with me and gave me time to ask questions. The treatments she prescribed are helping me.

Dr. Longwill answers questions and provides great patient education. Clinic scheduling is straight forward. Wait time was minimal. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The physical space is beautiful.

Very nice and clean office. The staff and P.A. were very nice. My only complaint are the masks being worn by staff were too small and would constantly fall below their nose. Also, I am very uncomfortable around anyone that wears a mask with a breathing valve and unfortunately, in saw some of the staff wearing them.

Dr Santos and his assistant are very professional, excellent communication skill. They explained everything with details and made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment.

It is a very pleasant place to visit. Staff is organized and efficient. Wait times are short and the Medical care is excellent.

This center is excellent! All of the staff, from the valet man, the first floor front office lady and the second floor front office ladies were very nice and professional. The center itself is beautiful.Dr. Joshua Fox, wow, what an amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate and funny doctor. He explains everything THOUROUGHLY and he truly validates his patients concerns. I left feeling empowered.My advice, do your research for your specific concerns and go to your appointment prepared. Then, well it will be a fantastic experience.The following day, Jennifer did a follow up call and again, I was treated with respect.Thank you to everyone that works there.

She and her team are extremely professional, both Dr Karina and her assistance explained me the process with details and everything went through exactly like they said. Starting with call center which worked with me on specific times i had available while informing me of what days were busier than others. The clinical staff was attentive went out of their way to make sure they gave me samples of the new medication prescribed. As a professional learnt to follow the ethics of patient care was shocked to see utter lack of respect n courtesy shown by the administration in the clinic. There were mistakes done by them in keeping n informing the schedule n when requested to know the reasons it was out of the blue for a verbal onslaught. It was matter of etiquette to listen to the frustration of patient. It was very unfortunate for them to hurt the feelings. Its rare to encounter doctors these days that give their patients time, attention and true concern for their needs. The PA, Yami Barge, was very meticulous in checking all my moles and making me feel at ease. She also took the time to answer all my other questions regarding my skin care needs. This office is amazing! Found it on google through their really good reviews and was super impressed by how gorgeous the building is. I saw Dr. Longwill for a cosmetic consult to help me with my skin. Now that Im going to college I needed a simple regimen thatll be easy for me to do with my hectic schedule and still give my skin a glow. The Dr was super informative and in tune with what my lifestyle is going to be like in the next couple of months. I appreciated her trying to give me a realistic treatment instead of 50 things to try that will be impossible for me to follow through with. Im excited to try my new skin care line which was actually extremely affordable considering the quality of them. Ill post an update later on. I definitely recommend her!!!

Shes a great doctor & dermatologist, the only issue is that the wait times are extremely long. This is a place where, for example, you make an appointment at 9:30am, and while you wait an hour or so another 3-4 individuals will come in and get attended to almost immediately. I dont understand why they have this structured system of neglecting some customers but just be aware that its a thing. (And Im not a first time patient either).

Dr. Longwill is a terrific surgeon, extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. Ive had multiple surgeries in her office, all successful ! Her staff and office are outstanding.

The place look very nice . They are very attentive. The aesthetician Cristina Lugo did my facial , she was very sweet, and professional.

I just had my first Vitamin C facial and it was amazing, Cristina was the best in explaining everything and so relaxing. I went to Dr. Longwills office for some eye filler and laser treatments for dark circles. I am very impressed with the practice. They have valet parking, and the facility is very nice. For both visits, I was seen on-time and everybody was very professional. They make sure you are quoted a price for the treatments ahead of time. Today, three different people asked if I had been quoted a price before they did the treatment. Dr. Longwill is very knowledgeable and very sweet. I expected to get more injections this time, but Dr. Longwill instead suggested the laser, which is far less expensive than the injections. Not many Doctors would do that- most would happily accept the higher fee for more injections. That kind of honesty and genuine care for patients is refreshing. A+

Jessy diaz is the most amazing outstanding PA in the whole world she is so talented so amazing she knows exactly what she is doing shes very kind and understands her patients I got acne due to a pill a dranked to workout it got really bad so I decided to visit Miami center for dermatology I was lucky to have jessy Diaz as my dermatologist and she has done nothing but magic to my face my acne is literally gone now Im working in getting rid of the pigmentation I trust her 100% she is literally the only person I trust when it comes to my face Im so grateful for her thank you so much!

Miami Center for Dermatology is the BEST derm ever in miami! Ive always struggled with open pores, and very dull skin. The girls at the check-out are VERY helpful. They educated me on all products, and were extremely sweet and kind overall. Ive been using a customized skin care regimen, and im honestly astonished with the amazing results ive experienced in just a few weeks. Ill definitely be going back for some more products.

Terrible....I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance for a Tuesday at 1:00PM. Prior to going to the appointment, I called the doctor’s office to make sure that there were not delays, but the lady on the phone said that she could not tell me that the Doctor will not see me on time and if I came in 15 late my appointment was going to be canceled.I arrived at the office at 1:05PM and waited until 1:50. I told the lady at the reception that if I was not called in the next 5 minutes I was leaving, so I got called in the next 5 minute, and was put into a room. A gentleman came in ask me to undress and told me the Doctor would see shortly. I waited until 2:15PM and no Doctor, so I got dress and left the office. I received a call that I refused to answer. Never Again!!!!Doctors are prima donnas when comes to their time, but some of us have just as important jobs as Doctors and our time is valuable.Please dont ever sign a document that makes you pay the doctor if you dont cancel your appointment on time or within a certain time period prior to the appointment. IF you sign then write in the same document that the Doctor will compensate($40/hr)you for the time you wait until he/she sees you.

I absoultely loved my appointment with Dr. Longwill!It was my first time doing a lip filler and I must say that I am very pleased with the results.After discussing the various fillers available for lips we decided on Restylane Silk.Dr. Longwill is wonderful, she truly has a passion for providing the best care to her patients!I highly recommend Dr. Longwill for cosmetic and medical purposes.

I was calling to make an appointment as a new patient and the lady who answered the phone asked me about medical insurance. I said I dont have insurance but Ill pay the appointment she said give me a second and later she hang out . I was trying to call again and they dont answer.

I must first start off by saying the Dr. Yamile Barge is AMAZING. This review is in no way a reflection of her service as a dermatologist. This is review is in reference to the office staff, specifically Michelle the office manager. I had an appointment on 7/22/14 with Dr. Yami at 12:45PM and I had an appointment to do a facial at 1:30PM. I arrived at 12:30PM and was not taken into the room until about 1:20PM. At about 1:10PM, I notified the receptionist that I had a facial at 1:30PM and that I have not been called to see the doctor still. She told me that Dr. Yami had one patient in front of me and that I was next. I was finally seen by Dr. Yami and we finished at about 1:45PM. At that moment, I told Dr. Yami and the nurse that I had a facial appointment and the nurse walked me over. When I got to the facial office, the facialist told me that she is only able to do a 30 minute service because I was late. I explained to her that I was not late, but that it took very long to see Dr. Yami. I explained that it was something out of my control and when I made the appointment, I let the front desk know that I was coming in to do both services. She told me that there was nothing she can do but that she will speak with the office manager. The service I received next was unacceptable. The office manager was Michelle. She came and asked me what the issue was. I explained to her what was going on and she said there was nothing she can do. I told her that the doctor was recommending it and if there was any flexibility she can have with me. She told me that they cannot do anything and they are open 9 to 4 Monday thru Friday for facials. After getting very little response from her, I spoke with another nurse that works in the office and she advised that she would speak with the office manager and see if there was anything else that can be done for me. The nurse advised me to wait in the front since someone will be coming by to help me. I waited for a while and no one came by. After assisting a patient, the nurse came out again and asked if I had been helped and I told her no. Michelle (office manager) then came out and told me I cannot have you here screaming or I will ask you to leave. At no moment was I screaming or forming a scene. I was verbalizing my frustrations with the nurse. I then told Michelle that I was asking for some flexibility in my situation and her response in a nasty manner was You already told me that you cannot come. We are only open Monday thru Friday from 9 to 4 PM. What day do you want it? Tell me the day. Michelle is a very unprofessional manager and was not helpful or at least COMPREHENSIVE with my situation. In no moment was I being nasty, I was only asking for some understanding. Instead of spending the 30 minutes I had trying to accommodate my schedule and maybe another patients, she made me wait and wait and wait for an answer. I love coming to Dr. Yamis office but seeing Michelle or known that she is managing the office makes me very angry. If they knew Dr. Yami was running late, they should have accommodated me and the schedules so that I did not miss my facial appointment.

Wait is ridiculous. They give appointments prior to lunch and make you wait until they’re done eating lunch to see you making you waste over an hour of time waiting to be seen.
