If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Koves I would. I have been struggling with melasma for quite a while and for years I have been looking for a cream or any non invasive solution to my facial dark spots. After more than 10 years and 3 Doctors/dermatologists later I found Dr. Amini Koves. I had been struggling for years with hair, skin and nail issues. Including rosacea, and seborrheic dermatitis. Which are chronic skin conditions. I had been prescribed many creams and even had injections to no avail. Finally, I found Dr. Amini Koves, the only Dr. who took the time to listen to all my issues and concerns. With his expertise, patience and great bed side manner he was able to treat and subside all the conditions I was suffering from. He is the only Doctor who has pretty much cured me of all my issues! I am well aware that there are no cures for my conditions. However I am going on almost 4 months with not one (1) single episode! AMAZING! THANK YOU DOCTOR for all that you have done for me.

My husband visited Dr Amini on 4/22/20 for a skin condition. Dr. Amini did a biopsy. After several phone calls and no diagnosis, he went again on 5/7/20 at which time another biopsy was made. After several phone calls more, and about two and a half months later, we still do not have a diagnosis. As such, my husband has not received treatment for the skin condition. Dr. Amini blames the lab and his assistant.

Giving 2 stars, Dr. Amini seems knowledgeable, and experienced. However, 2 stars are mostly due to e x t r e m e l y looooooong wait times!! It’s absolutely frustrating to have to wait, (even after I confirmed with the office staff prior to my appt) that the Dr. was ‘on time’. First time waiting 2 hours, second time 1.5 hours and now third, already 30 mns in!

The doctor is very professional with great knowledge in the matter, we went for a mole that had my daughter in the face, the doctor removed it and did not leave a mark and most important of all was the treatment towards her and patience all the time.
