Incredible service ! Had a huge keloid on my ear from a cartilage piercing & they removed it painlessly & easily. Almost a year now & it has not grown back in the slightest. No scarring, can’t even tell it was ever there. So grateful, highly recommend !

Dr. Nicole Joy is thorough and listens to what I have to offer as the patient. Her care is excellent.The office does seem to schedule too many patients at once which results in long waiting times. In the past I have had to wait 2 hours to be seen, but this time I waited 30 minutes to be taken to a room and then another 20 minutes in the room to be seen. Unfortunately, this seems to be standard in many medical practices. However, Dr. Joy is worth waiting for.

Been going here for years and seeing Dr Haushalter for a few years now… she is great. I will say that the waiting time there is consistently horrible and they seem to do nothing about it…today I waited 45 minutes for a 5 minute appointment. My time is valuable too!

My appointment went smoothly and on time. The staff are exceptional and super friendly.

My son and I have been coming here over 5 years. I switch to Dr. Haushalter when she started treating my son in 2018. She is amazing and she definitely gets 5 stars. However, the wait time yesterday was ridiculously long. When we arrived to check in it was obvious the girl checking in my son was new and was being trained. I was fine with it even though she got stuck and had to ask for help a few times. The other girl checking patients in, next to her didn’t have anyone so I gave her my insurance and asked if she could start checking me in to speed up the process. The 3rd staff member that was training the new girl said no that I had to check in with the new girl even though she was still struggling with my son’s checking. Three other patients came and checked in while I was still waiting for the new girl. Then her computer froze and I had to switch to girl #2 anyway. She checked us both in within minutes. Then the waiting started. When Dr. H finally got to see us she apologized for the long wait because even she realized that the waiting time was way too long. That’s my reason for the 3 stars. Dr. H is awesome but the wait time was terrible!

The girls at the front desk are nice, not so much the one inside the room. I made an apt with dr. Waibel and they gave me a new other dr instead, not too happy about that. At the examination room didn’t feel welcome, at all. I was there for such a long time because they do your benefits when you are there at the front desk, they do your screening questioners when you are in the room…. They could have done all of that a day before, not the day of…. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Dr. Joy is a great doctor. She took extra time to check into my case and followed through with awesome care. I would highly recommend her and this facility.

I always have to wait more than the norm at a Drs office, but today the wait was over an hour. My appointment was,at 12, I walked in at 11:30, finally at 1:10 I was called in. Lack of respect for the patients. My time is valuable I work for a living. The phone system needs a lot of improvement from bad to worst. Great Drs but I would not come back or my 5 relatives and friends that I have recommended.Dr. Haushalter is very professional and very knowledgeable.

Never in my life have I had such a bad experience with a Dr’s office. Let this review be a warning to chose elsewhere. First off, the office NEVER answers the phone. It doesn’t even ring and goes straight to either leaving a voicemail or telling you to text a number for your question. This results in issues being “forwarded to the Dr’s Team”. It’s been almost 6 weeks since I’ve had my appointment with Dr. Joy and I still have not received my correct prescriptions. 2 times they have called in the wrong medications to the pharmacy. Most of the time they send the prescriptions to their own pharmacy, which then is transferred to another pharmacy in central Florida. Dr. Joy was pleasant, but their office is COMPLETELY incompetent and dysfunctional.

My appointment was at 11:15, I arrived at 10:30. I was not called in until 12:10. The doctor came in at 12:25. Then it wasn’t even my doctor! They said my doctor wasn’t in that day (even though I made the appointment with her over a month in advance.) I had scheduled for my yearly skin check, they said they didn’t have that in their system, I was scheduled for a single issue so there wouldn’t be time. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Ive had amazing experiences there in the past, but the receptionists and different doctor I spoke with today did not have the best attitudes. The atmosphere did not feel as warm and welcoming as usual. Typically, I experience more friendly and kind staff, but I was disappointed today. I waited over 40 minutes in the patient room and felt that the doctor was dismissive and inattentive to my questions. There was no explanation- just lots of heres this sample- see you in 6 weeks. Will be going back to Dr. Haushalter- she is the best!

I am new to fillers and Botox and dr Waibel and her staff have been very helpful guiding me through this. I feel they pay attention to my minimalistic approach but help me get the desired results. I went in and explained my issues and they really helped me and walked me through what will happen in my next appointment. She was very kind and helpful, she even gave me a free sample to try out at night! Def going to be my go to for anything.

- They do not have the space for the amount of traffic at their location. - Dr joy seemed in a rush during my first two appointments. - Even though I checked in at the front desk and the girl got my name, I was marked absent. Ended up waiting over an hour per their mistake. Disorganized in that sense. Overall disappointed with my experience there so far. - I need laser hair removal for part of my issues and was told to use their doctor but I can’t see myself coming back. Gave 3 stars because the lotion given to me at my first appointment for one issue I have DID WORK... but I don’t like the way they handled me. Was gonna give two but they met one of my basic needs of treatment which is the main reason I am there.

Front customer service is poor, rude, and unprofessional. My appointment was at 2pm. They put me in a room and made me wait 1 hour. Then, at end of consultation, at the front desk they asked me for a credit card to charge me not knowing I had no procedures done. Very poorly managed! Will not be going back.

Horrible experience; Was looking for a place to get a few treatments and went here because of the reviews. They charge 75$ if you don’t cancel your appointment 24 hours before. I thought that is understandable because if the appointment doesn’t show then they lose potential money. Well funny for a company to charge that when they don’t respect the customers time. I had an appointment at 4:45 PM, showed up at 4:40PM, left work 2 hours early to make it on time. 6:20 PM and I was still sitting in the waiting room. I decided to walk out and take my business elsewhere. What is the point of appointment if the company doesn’t respect them. I wasn’t the only one waiting for very long period of times either in the waiting room. This is unacceptable, is not like I am getting free treatments or the cost is cheap. For expensive treatments that are paid out of pocket they sure don’t care about the clients time.

The staff and doctors are amazing. Smart, friendly, personable and very detail oriented. This will be the only place I ever go for my dermatology needs.

I was referred by another physician for CO2 laser after being told Dr. Jill Waibel is the best in the area. I’m blown away by the results and care provided by Dr. Waibel and Melissa on her team. I see a lot of reviews complaining about a long wait time.. well, there’s a reason! If you want a true pro with fantastic results for your laser procedure, Dr. Waibel should be your choice. While the doctors themselves are good they are are extremely disrespectful to their patients as it relates to wait times. I have never been seen on time and in fact have waited at least an hour after my appointment time every time I’ve gone. Total disregard for their patient’s time. I guess this is the price we have to pay to see a decent doctor?

I had a great experience with Laura doing the MiraDry treatment. I was very impressed with the results. I saw a dramatic improvement after the session. Results take about 2 weeks to fully see. We thought I would have needed two sessions but I was actually great with just one. I am able to work out and wear clothing like a normal person. Feels great!

Here they practice social distancing and everyone is masked. This makes me feel very safe. This was my second appointment which was just as amazing as the first. Everyone from the front desk to the professional medical assistants are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Kristin Haushalter is the best dermatologist that I have seen and she truly understands patients’ concerns. She is patient and informative and she has an outstanding personality with a great sense of humor. I know that I will be well taken care of as I continue my journey taking care of my skin. Jill Waibel is truly a laser G—d. She came recommended from two separate doctors. I’m confused by the negative reviews regarding wait times because I’ve had several appointments at the office and have never waited an unreasonable amount of time. The nurses and staff are also very responsive. I absolutely recommend Dr. Waibel for any laser procedure.

THEY HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS at this office!!!First, you can hear everything they say to their patients about billing and other personal matters. This should be kept private.Second, they are over the top about the pandemic. The fear has crippled them. You cant go into the appointment with your daughter.If you are so fearful and scared, dont open. Shut it down. Go home and do telehealth. My presence next to my daughter from the lobby to the exam room was prohibited. I can sit next to her in the lobby, stand next to her as they take my credit card, but being in the exam room...NO! That spreads the virus.All this after waiting 50 minutes to be seen with an appointment. I have been here for years, to see BOTH doctors. Me, my husband, my kids. I have spent alot of money as a cash paying patient.To see 2 grown women so terrified and paralyzed by fear is sad. Both very talented but no fear of God.I will never spend a cent there again. I wish them the best.

I don’t recommend this place I went in because recently I’m having really bad acne. I got to my appointment on time and I had to wait more than a hour then when I was finally able to see the doctor she rushed through the appointment basically told me three different types of medication and asked me which one did I wanted. Which I found very inappropriate because she should’ve been the one telling me the medication I needed to use depending on how my face was that’s why I went.. so I had to pick one... I felt like she was in a rush she didn’t explain what could’ve been why am I suffering from acne now, none of that. Then when I was leaving they told me I should get my medication the same day delivered to my house. Monday comes around (after my appointment was on a Thursday morning) I called and I texted them asking about my medication it was not delivered they first told me that a nurse would let me know the status. 6 hours later I had to text them again to see what is going on, apparently the nurse was still busy and she was gonna let me know... 3 hours later they sent me the phone number of the pharmacy for me to ask about my medication (when that is their job) I called the pharmacy on Tuesday and I wasn’t able to get in contact, called again in the afternoon and they never sent the medication as the nurse apparently said.. in conclusion I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DERMATOLOGY don’t waste your time and money.

It would be hard to imagine a more professional, competent, ethical office or doctors.Every person is attentive and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this office or these doctors more highly.

Terrible customer service and a waste of time. First, I made an appointment at 10:30 with Dr. Haushalter, only to arrive at 10:30 and be told that my appointment was at 10:00 with Dr. Joy.In addition, I cannot wear a mask due to a severe psychological condition, and I made this clear when I was booking the appointment. The person on the phone told me this would be fine, but when I got there, they said I would have to do telehealth and wouldnt let me inside. I understand if a business has a mask policy, but then why would you tell me I can come in only to change it up at the last minute?Its a shame because Ive heard the doctors are fantastic, but this is not the way to treat a patient.

The time is terrible to wait.But the staff is excellent.

Impressive attention to detail and professionalism

Dr. Waibel and her team are amazing! My son began seeing Dr. Waibel three months after being in an explosion that burned 80% of his body. What she has done for him has been a miracle. If you want the best, this is the place to go.

I am very thankful to Dr. Waibel and her staff, especially Melissa, for their professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness. They explained the whole procedure and post treatment care in detail. Melissa even offered to hold my hands throughout the procedure so I could feel more comfortable.

Ive been going to Dr. Waibel since she took over the practice from when Dr. Cosmides passed ..She and Dr. Haushalter are fabulous. Waibel and Haushalter are, Im continuously amazed at how well trained their assistants are.Its assuring to witness the smooth teamwork that takes place.
