This person who is in charge of answering phones in this office is extremely nasty. I called early in the morning to schedule two appointments and after I give her all the info and pick the times she tells me she will call me back in 30 mins. I have to call her back three hours later to find she gave my appointments away. She treated me horribly and I am disgusted by the ignorance and the stupidity of the personnel at this office. I was also planning on using a groupon at this office and I called before buying it and got the thumbs up from the woman only to be informed when I call back that I cannot use it anymore, and that I would have to upgrade to the more expensive deal. I even told the woman that I would go see her in person and when I got to the office it was closed and no one was in it (it was 12:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday). I cant rate their actual spa seeing as I didnt even get to go but the first impression I got was unbelievably disturbing and I wouldnt want to go even if they paid me.
