Emilie styled my wedding updo. I recommend Emilie. I asked for a complicated updo that combined two different inspiration pictures. She spent time during the trial trying different techniques that worked with my hair to complete my vision. She is a perfectionist. When I returned for my day of appointment she said “I’ve been thinking about your hair and I know how I want to perfect it”. In between appointments I asked a question about extensions and she was quick to respond. She cares about her clients. She also provided guidance on makeup application. She is knowledgeable.Rachael styled my mom’s wedding updo. I recommend Rachael. My mom said “do your thing”. Rachael was able to style her thin hair in an elegant way that made my 50+ mom look younger and lasted all day (11 hours).

I have to admit this was quite an experience!! I have always been uncomfortable going to do my feet and hands, but the ambience really helped me settle in and feel taken care of. They had top of the line equipment and the staff was very professional. I cannot wait to try the state of the art laser hair machine they have also. Definitely worth the price in every way.

I have been a customer of Margarita for the past 10 years. I do my facials, full body massages, and all kind of treatments with her and she is the BEST. Super professional and knowledgeable of the kind of treatment that is best for your skin and your specific needs. She is also up to date with all the new treatments and best skin products. She will never do a treatment that you want if you don’t need it, she will be completely honest about it. I highly recommend her! Also, they have gift cards, which I find a great gift for any occasion.

Bellezza is amazing! Weve been customers for years from when my children would go for their haircuts, to when they attended proms, and now when they return for visits. Both Jack And Lynne offer friendly, professional and excellent service from color to cuts.

I have had only good experiences at Bellezza. I have my hair colored and cut by Tish, who I followed to the Salon about 2 years ago. The atmosphere is both relaxing and organized to handle various busy stylists. Tish is an outstanding stylist and colorist. She is the reason my hair is beautiful with gorgeous red highlights that I always receive compliments on. The Salon is easy to get to and the valet parking is definitely a plus, making it more convenient to get in and out of the Salon easily.

Let me start off by saying that I never, and I mean NEVER write or even read Google reviews. But Roy and Juanita need their props shouted from the rooftops! Im pretty sure I have met my hair soul mate. Roy is encouraging, thorough and an absolute delight to deal with! Juanita (the make-up artist extraordinaire!) is also very sweet and supportive. I have appointments coming up with them, and I cant wait!

Made an appointment to have a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. So, I arrived and first impression was great with the greeting from the lady behind the counter. Everything plummeted after that!!! Lady starts water for pedicure and I sit..she gives me a bowl to soak my nails in and then gives me a towel and tells me to keep scrubbing to the gel off??!! I’ve NEVER worked so hard to have my nails done! I could go on and on here but I’ll just sum it up. Calluses on feet remain AND gel was added to the old gel that I couldn’t scrub off! The last straw...two of my gel nails BROKE within four days!! Oh and the charge for this nonsense...$136.00😡I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

I have used Jack as my hair colorist for over 25 years. Hes the best there is, plain and simple. On my most recent visit I had a haircut with Nancy, who is new to the salon. I have curly hair and I got a Ouidad haircut, which requires a specifically trained stylist. Nancy is the only stylist at this salon who is trained to perform it. It was honestly the best haircut Ive ever had! She not only understood what I wanted, she cut my hair perfectly.

OK this is it, buckle up cowboys and cowgirls I just found the best stylist in So Fla! yea you heard right and no I did not know her before the day I walked in without knowing her and sat down only to have flat out the BEST color and cut in my life and Im 50. Trisha Reed is amazing, I cannot help you with anyone else in there but this stylist is so talented it is crazy. I have so many compliments I stopped counting. Hey my hair wasnt terrible before but she took me to a new level of polished and beautiful hair that actually I am able to style and make look just as good. I cannot even believe it. Usually when you leave a salon your hair looks great and you can never make that happen again. She told me all the ways I could make it look good on my own and it really works! Here I am back in SC so far from her but she was right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dark and Dank new location. Reception is rude, makes mistakes in booking and confronts the client making the experience miserable. Employee turnover. High priced for no hot towels or upgrades. Won’t be coming back. Nail polish is old and needs replacing

I always thought it was too fancy and expensive but I was totally wrong. I got the best facials at a very affordable price. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You really get pampered and this is what makes you keep coming back. I recommend this place to anyone.

I have been here so many times to have my hair cut and coloured, manicures and pedicures and a massage and it has been just wonderful each and every time. I have had my hair cut by Bruce and by Lynn and both are truly amazing and my hair is coloured by Jack who is fabulous. My nails are done by Ivonne who is great and I have had my feet done by several different ladies all wonderul. They truly have a relaxing atmosphere

Did not personally reap any of the wonderful treatments as I booked and set everything up for a friend, but the results were quite amazing. The massage, albeit being a bit expensive, was the best ever experienced as they were very intricate and focused on tackling every part of the body. They also do an amazing job with their manicures and pedicures, as their attention to detail is so precise. The facilities are pristine, with a waiting area with snacks and couches. Additionally, there is valet parking available with your appointment - very nice. A few weeks after, we received an introductory gift card that was very generous as well. Top-notch service as youd hope to expect from an expensive, but great European spa. No long waits and courteous service.

If you want to pay a lot for a terrible service by all means go here. They do not hire professionals and they surely do not know how to color or cut hair. Save yourself the agony and search for a different hair salon!!!

I have come here for many years. The nail techs are excellent. The cleanliness is perfect. The hair colorists and the cutters are all excellent. They can get busy so I make appts well in advance . I am very comfortable recommending Bellezza to my clients and friends.

I am a long-time customer of Jack, who does wonderful color. Hes always on time, has a smile on his face, is attentive to my comfort, and best of all, does great color. The salon is busy but in a nice way. The reasonable valet parking is professional and another plus.Other services, such as facials and mani/pedis, are expensive but very high end and professional.

I was here yesterday and has been the worst with customer care. The person asked me what I needed and I said I wanted to know the place, gave me a brochure and never explain. I told her that I have a gift card and asks me who gave me the gift card with bad attitude, which seemed odd. Decided not to talk more with that person and ask the other person if I could help was friendly. My advice should be more kind to people without bad attitude.The Worst customer service!!February 29 / 2916

Its always a pleasure to sneak away for a spa treatment at Bellezza. I always leave looking better , feeling refreshed and relaxed. I love all of the facials, all of the aestheticians are extremely professional and well trained . After a series of the microdermabrasion treatments my skin looked incredible.Also, the gentle yag skin tightening treatment is a great way to avoid the plastic surgeon. If I have a special event, I will often go in for an oxygenating facial to give my skin a smooth. fresh look. All of the nail techs and hair stylists are terrific too and my daughter loves the straightening treatments. Cant wait to go back!
