Best salon in miami, best customer service, I use their services for about 9 years and I never had a complaint about that place 👏👏👏🎁

Called to Make an appointment and I couldn’t speak Spanish so they hung up on me.

They are amazing. They are fun and work super clean and detailed. The always make sure to have the latest color collections. I love that is by appointment and I don’t have to wait.

The staff is friendly. It was my first visit there and got dip nails. I really enjoyed the techs attention to detail to ensure my nails werent damaged. Though the dip has not lasted as expected, I will go back and try gel.

Poor customer service, dirty and the lady butchered my fingers repeatedly. I asked to fix it and it got worse! The type of service that should not be paid for. We can all start in a new place, but admit that it was not done correct and request help makes us human and I would have appreciate it be treated with respect.

If there were a way to leave a 0.1 star for treatment and etiquette that would be my option. The most and I repeat, most rudest establishment and staff of people I’ve ever encountered. As a walk in as new customer which is “welcome” And printed on the door I was completely ignored and when a nail technician finally asked me what I would be doing today, when I advised I needed a full set I was completely brushed off and told “Oh no sorry we have no one for that.” Leaving a first time new client in complete Aw as to what they actually do here if not the list of services they have listed and printed on the front door. Online it advises they close at 4 pm but on the door of the establishment it states open till 7pm. This place is a joke. Do not recommend, to anyone. Ever.

They make the effort! Polish lasts for weeks and they take their time getting each cuticle and rough spot. Okay, this is not your trendy modern nail spot, but they are far better than a Pinkies nail salon. I get shuffled through in a hurry at pinkies and the polish flakes off in a day. My most recent pedi is from Wonder Nails and it still looks great after 2 weeks!

I have been going to wonder nails salon for almost 2 years now and I could honestly say I would not go anywhere else. The prices are amazing too! The staff is welcoming and makes you feel extremely comfortable. You should make appointments in advance if you want to be guaranteed service but they do accept walk ins. Gracias Dunia y todas en wonder nails salon por ser tan buenas con nosotras.
