I decided to treat my daughter for a spa day, because…why not. She’s always been amazing, but that’s not why. I have a VERY last minute call to this establishment and got in contact with Melissa. She immediately notified me of availability and within an hour we were in! KudosUsually (from what I understand), they host spa parties for groups of girls, so for Diva’s to squeeze us in, was outstanding on their part!My little one got a mani, pedi, facial and got her hair done too. She was all smiles! The staff was great and very welcoming, and also put everyone at ease. Definitely thinking about bringing her and her friends here for her bday. She had an absolute blast and I’d definitely recommend this place for your daughters/nieces/granddaughters etc

My daughters birthday party was amazing, the service was great, the girls and the owner were awesome, the decoration was outstanding, my only complaint was that they forgot at the end of the party to give my daughter and her friends the goody bags which were included in the very expensive package Ive paid.My daughter just realized it when we arrived home and she was very sad and dissapointed. I hope I can get them somehow to give them to her friends at her school.

What an amazing experience I must say the staff was so nice from the moment you walk in and the owner explained everything on the phone. We got to chose between two packages 50 and 75 and I wanted everything so we chose the 75 the girl that did my daughters hair is amazing 😉 the hair style was something from a magazine. My daughter has the best time. The place is super clean and sterile and everything was spot on. I booked a party for my daughter next month for her birthday.

It was awesome ! we went for my little sisters birthday to glam her up and she loved it and my hair was did and i got a pedicure it was really cute and definitely recommend it for little girls!

OMG! IMPRESSIVE! Its very hard to impress me but I must say that this place is amazing. The staff, the owner, the manager - absolutely amazing. From the moment I called this girl spa they were so helpful and amazing. They walked me through everything and treated me like they knew me forever. I called the owner at 11:00 at night and she was so amazing and took time to help me with some last minute details that I could not do. My daughters friends are still talking about this experience. Everything is so detailed, clean, high class, just breath taking and spectacular. Very classy classy place and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone that is planning a spa party. You will not regret or be disappointed. And let me tell you I visited like 6 spas for girls in Miami and this was by far the BEST! Do your research before you book your next event. Good luck!

We had had our party at the 8th street location and we really enjoyed the party to the fullest. The girls have dance and partied and had so much fun. The place is so beautiful and the staff really got my daughter to speak and dance, she is very shy. The owner did such a nice job decorating and attention to detail. I will have my other daughters party here as well

I LOVE THIS SPA AND MY DAUGHTER LOVED IT MORE! I will recommend this place because my daughter had the best experience. Just the look on her face when she walked in and the smile on her face when she left was enough for me. The service was amazing and the owner is so sweet.

This place is amazing. I love the staff and my daughter had the best experience. Everything is actually good quality and the place is beautiful. I do reccomend this place to anyone with my eyes closed. this is the 3rd birthday party that I throw for my daughters there.

I called over the phone and made an appointment for the princess spa package. I was told it was $50, it’s even on their website. When I went to pay after the services had been completed the price was higher $75. I told the lady what I was told over the phone and she said that wasnt the price, all I could think to myself was the old bait and switch game. Also, they brought out lemonade in a champagne flute at the very end because they forgot and the glass was dirty. You could see the lipstick mark from whoever drank out of it and if you looked at the bottom portion of the flute, it was yellow and moldy. I immediately took it away from my daughter and did not allow her to drink out of it. All in all, I was very disappointed.

Its good and fun for the girls spa section. You have to bring your own entertainment because this is only for the spa part of the party.

SOOOOOOOO CUTE! My goodness what a night. We had such an amazing experience at this spa. Everything that was promised to us was delivered. I highly recommend this spa 100% The girls/staff were always smiling and ready to help all 3 hours. They really interacted with my daughters and all their friend. The hairs and make up were outstanding, this girls work like professionals and the uniforms are so cute. The owner was so humble and kind. She received my phone calls at any time and guided my husband and I. She even helped up buy the food and cake, which were the best to save money. I can go on and on about this amazing experience but you need to experience for yourself. xoxo

I never really take my time and add reviews but i had to with Divas Girls Spa , i have to say my daughter was beyond happy to be here Priscilla attended my girl and her best friend so well with patients , care & love , the owner is extremely caring & sweet she even follows up after you leave just to make sure everything went as expected from the minute we came inside my girls were treated with extra care & like princesses it was worth every single penny , i highly recommend this place !!! there will definitely be a next time !!! impressed and satisfied !!! love it :)

I usually never write a review but I must say that this place is so cool. My daughter had a great time and even the guys had fun. Very hospitable staff members and the girls were treated like princesses. Both locations are nice and clean and very girly which is what I wanted for my daughter, some other spas I went to see were run down and tacky. This place was beautiful. I defiantly recommend this spa for parties or any type of service. THANK YOU GIRLS FOR MAKING LETTYS PARTY AMAZING!

The idea of having a spa party for a little girl is beautiful, like a dream come true, so my daughter asked me for a spa party so of course us mom do anything for our princess right.. well my daughter 6th birthday party was this weekend June 8, 2019, and i have to say i was upset, i should have took it as a heads up since the day i reserved it (mind you I reserved since March 16), well they have 2 location one in 8st and the other in Doral I picked the one in Doral and the staff member (she was very nice young lady) had to keep calling the owner to get prices because they don’t have a set price for the party, then I had to wait like a week for a call back for prices some balloon and for appetizers, so I outsource myself, also went in person to meet with the owner on May 9 to get the final touch and price well I asked for pink and black table covers since it was Barbie in Paris theme party well they put them white, and on the kids table they put purple (don’t match the theme) also asked for a Barbie head that they offer well the day of the party 30 mins before the party the owner was calling for them to bring it I told her never mind it, they are short staff and 2 of the girls working looked lost themselves, a week before the party I made payment on half and the staff was telling me my balance was more then what I was told, she had to contact owner to see price I was told and the day of the party owner was also telling me my balance was higher good thing am good with numbers and was on top of everything, I also had to tell staff to fill the food trays and she went to the owner to complain that I asked her to fill the trays… I was told when I reserved the party that the girls will help me bring everything from and to the car (no help at all) nail polish was peeling off by the time we got home…. Yes my daughter and her guess had a good time. but i am still upset. they are not organized and to have a business you have to be organized

Everything was perfect!!! We just celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday at Diva’s Girl Spa Party in Doral, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything came out. Melissa and her team are truly sweet, amazing and so professional. My daughter felt like a princess from the minute she walked in, to the last second at the spa. The birthday girl and all her friends were pampered with a facial, massage, manicure, pedicure, hair & make-up. As if that’s not enough, they did a fashion show, a toast to the birthday girl, and more dancing games on the beautiful runway! There is not one minute of boredom here, and everything is done around the birthday girl!! Most mothers are still talking about the party, how beautiful the spa is and what an amazing time their daughters had.From the mommy/party-planner point of view, I was so impressed at how the whole process couldn’t have gone smoother. The Diva’s team set up everything beautifully and took over the entire party. I didn’t have to worry about the music, setting up of the tables, or entertainment. I was able to talk to all of our guests, and most importantly, enjoyed seeing my princess getting pampered from hair to toe!! Even at the end of the party, the team took care of boxing all the left overs neatly for us to bring home. To say the service was exceptional, is an understatement.I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so great that this is was a must! Price is very fair for everything you get!! Everything about this place is amazing! I had gone here for a friends birthday and I must say that it was beautiful. My only concern are the employees and a bit of it’s product quality. Once you enter the spa they bring you to the back and give you a robe and sandals. I’m guessing this spa is mostly for ages 3 to maybe 13. The reason I say this is because there were mostly small sized sandals. It was pretty rough to find sandals that fit me, but when they did find one they did, it constantly broke and I had to keep getting it fixed over and over again. Another thing that I believe was not really that great was the nail polish quality. I had chosen a really light peache-ish colored nail polish... it’s already been a day and it’s already peeling off. My last concern about the Diva’s Girls Spa Party were how the employees had treated us (or mostly me). I was sitting down waiting to get my hair done and they had said that it was optional to get our nails done. One of the employees came and told me that I had to paint my nails, she then grabbed my arm and not too roughly pulled me up to lead me to the table. I had asked her if it was mandatory and she said no, then I told her that I didn’t want to get my nails done and she let me go. It happened about 2 to 3 times to me and to some other girls. If I were you, I would have everything planned and make sure you have everything set up. If you made it to the end I hope this helped you, thanks for reading.

Took my daughter for a birthday at doral location. Did not like it at all. All the girls working there are just with such i dont want to be here faces. Everything is so rushed. The nail painting looked like my daughter did it herself. Overall I do not recommend it . Quality is not how presented at this doral location. Oh and while painting my daughers nails the ladys were just talking about their own personal business . Horrible experience as aMom even though my daughter enjoyed.

I took my daughter here on her 3rd birthday for her first mani pedi. She loved every minute of it. Melissa worked on her mani while Samantha did her pedi. Professional, super friendly to my daughter. They made her feel welcome and pampered which is exactly what I wanted for her. They walked her though the entire process and were so sweet while doing it. Cookies and lemonade were served and the atmosphere and place was clean and so pretty. Thank you for your services! So glad my daughter came out with a smile on her face!

I made an appointment to take my girl and have a special time. My appointment was at 11:30 a.m., I arrived 15 min before, the site was closed, everything turned off, I called on the phone and they answered after several calls, when I told the person who answered me that I had an appointment, he told me I was going to check and I hung up the phone. They called me back 10 minutes later giving me an explanation that was not relevant and I had already left of course, I do not recommend this business. Sorry but they work poorly.

Be very careful to whom you trust your money !!!!!!!! These people are not honest !!!!!!!!!!!I wanted to give my daughter her 6th birthday at the Divas which is located on 8th. When I went to an appointment with the owner that day I was busy and she suggested that I do it in the one located in Doral (which if it was available) I excitedly gave her $ 200 deposit. When I left the place 2 of the mothers of my girls friends (who were going to be 2 of the 6 guests) told me that they could not go because it was very far (they live in Homestead). Being outside in the parking lot of the spa (Divas) 30 min after having given you the $ 200 deposit, call the owner and explain the situation; I needed to cancel because the two friends could not attend and, on second thought, it was very better to go from homestead to Doral for 2 hours of partying, I asked him please to give me my deposit back and that in the future I could plan a birthday in which It is located like this on 8 street, which is the one that is not so far away.Conclusion her answer was that she had taken her time to show me the place and explain the details of the party, which therefore was not going to return the $ 200.At my insistence, asking him please not to keep my money, he told me that he was going to return half of it because that was his policy.After that he did not return anything, he does not answer my calls and messages. He stole $ 200 from me.
