Best services ever! Customer service is seriously the best I have ever encountered. The owner is usually present and so accommodating. I have received massages, facials, microdermabrasion, and even purchased the skin products provided. I became a member and it has been the best decision ever. Honestly, I recommend you try this place at least once, I guarantee you will return. Oh, and dont miss out on the Moroccan Scalp Massage, an extra 30 min of pure bliss, its a must. If you like deep tissue, ask for Magda.

I went for a birthday massage at Massage Rituals with three relatives, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Although we booked as a group, each of us had an individual massage in a private room. The spa was clean, very welcoming and tranquil. The staff were friendly and professional, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have already booked for another massage and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I have been going to Massage Rituals since it opened. The staff are professional and try their best to accommodate last minute appointments. The masseuse are FANTASTIC and always try to please. One afternoon, while shopping at BJs in Kendall, I stumbled upon Massage Rituals. Massage Rituals is a hidden gem in the busy section of 117th off of Sunset. I had originally gone in to Massage Rituals to purchase a gift certificate for a friend’s birthday. My friend was so happy with her services that I then had to try it for myself. I was instantly at ease with the staff. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. The spa had a soothing appeal and was spotless. Karen, my therapist, was super pleasant and very professional! Along with my massage, it was suggested that I try hot stones. I had never experienced this treatment before. Wow. Outstanding. Karens acute ability to work on my problem areas was a first in all my years of getting massages. The lavender aromatherapy just added to the whole overall experience. I will definitely become a regular. Great job.

NEVER book your apt with JAMES. This guy not only draped me very unprofessionally, towards the end of the massage he took advantage and touched me inappropriately! I was in shock and i froze. When the session was over he left me undrapped and I confessed to the receptionist because i was terrified. I wouldn’t believe what had happened. The manager called me the next day and was very UNHELPFUL. Now it’s his word against mine. Im ONLY writing this review so women are well aware that this stuff does happen!!! And i pray it doesn’t happen to you so I’m writing this so it’s known! It will always be his word against ours because there are no cameras. Please don’t ever book with that guy.

Rolando and Allison are both excellent therapists. Traffic in the area is often severe, so the location is a little inconvenient for me, but the facility is clean and lovely. I would definitely recommend this business.

My experience here wasnt as wonderful as expected. Compared to other places Ive been, the atmosphere here was a bit cheap and not relaxing at all. I did a couples massage, the bed my boyfriend was in , the head rest fell as soon as he laid his head. The bed I was in squeaked the entire time. While getting the massage, I asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, she had not done so. So the relief I was looking for had not been achieved.
