Went to Miami Dental Care for a deep cleaning and some cavity fillings after not going to a dentist for 6 years. Dr. Rita is excellent. She took her time with the cleaning and did a very good job. No longer have bleeding gums and they’ve healed up very well. Very nice and professional staff. Would highly recommend visiting this dental facility.

***BEWARE***My grandmother had her dentures just made with this Dr. My grandmother is 87 years old. When she went to pick up her dentures they told her how nice she looked and stated she left happy with her new teeth. My grandmother couldnt even close her mouth. When she got home she said her mouth hurt. She was advised by the dentist to wait and see where the sores arise and then they will take it from there. Well she has her soars and was advised to gargle with salt and water. Now she cannot chew. Her teeth were on the table. As you can see per the pictures, there is a significant difference in the gum area. We called the dentist and they said she left happy and signed her signature stating everything was fine. They refused to correct the situation, since they got their money form MEDICAID/MEDICARE. They told my mom my grandmother would have to wait another 5 years. Please do not take you grandparents or parents to this dentist they are rude and they are milking the MEDICAID/MEDICARE. I cannot believe that they did not see that her teeth were messed up. Please view the pictures attached. The left are her original teeth and the right are the new ones. I have already contacted the Elderly affairs office and reported to MEDICAID/MEDICARE. After analyzing the new dentures, they dont even belong to her, even the inside curves are all wrong nothing like the mold of her mouth.

Clean office, friendly atmosphere, you go in on time. Plenty of staff to assist. Financially they work with your budget.They do great dentenstry and the results are fenomenous. Its not about the money, is about you looking your best.

The dentist and her staff are remarkably the best especially front office Chalia, Dr. Maria ucruz and Graciela the hygienist I have been going to see them for a few years now and I dont see myself going anywhere else. The office is always spotless and especially now during this COVID pandemic, everything is extremely sanitized between patient visits. I definitely recommend everyone to go here. The service they provide and the attention they give is top notch.

Super expensive. This place is ripping off money from Dental Insurances. She charged 40$ at entrance for a procedure without even knowing what needed to be done. Please avoid this place at all costs. Do your research. She charges 2,000 dollars for a root canal WITH insurance. Horrible experience. Waste of time. Thank God I never left her a penny, just ripped me off of 40$, but I will never be back to this dump.

I was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure for my invisiling, but the staff was very patient with me and spend the time explaining all the process, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Is a very professional clinic, The doctor takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , Its not easy to find a good dentist in Miami Dade, I highly recommend this clinic for kids and adults.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!I got seen at the office on 57th ave Nw 7 StMy story: Being new to Miami I had to find a new dentist so I decided to try Dr. at Miami Dental Care. I went in for a routine x ray and cleaning but the doctor informed me I would need 3 crowns and 6 cavity fillings. I thought it was excessive but what do I know I’m just the patient. My first visit they performed a cleaning and started to build up my crown alone with 2 cavities. With insurance I still had to pay $900+ just for that. According to my insurance their anestesia isn’t covered so beware yours probably won’t be either. Anyhow I decided to go get a 2nd opinion from another dentist shortly after and thank god I did. To no surprise the new dentist said I did not need those crowns and I only have 2 small cavities. Bottom line the new dentist only charged me $500 whereas the Miami dental care wanted to charge me $4k for everything. I would highly highly recommend staying away from this crooked office. They have one also in Kendall not sure about that office but I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re also in business to rip off it’s customers. Oh and did I mention they couldn’t even get my name entered in their system correctly? They wanted to charge me for work they hadn’t done yet and I had to battle on the phone to convince them otherwise even threaten to bring in a lawyer!! Simply a nightmare.

They were extremely professional and gentle. It’s an amazing staff. I was completely satisfied with their work. I had a few months of treatment done and I am 100 percent happy with my final results. I would recommend them to anyone for all your dental needs.

Its interesting that all of these great reviews happened in the exact same month. No, not suspicious at all.This is a real review. Im a past patient of the office and would NOT recommend them. The office is very cliquey, you can tell the people working there are talking about you as you walk by. Their officer manager/biller Chalia is very aggressive and rude in her sales technique. She tries to make you feel bad and belittle you if you cant pay for or dont want their credit for the extra services theyre trying to sell you on. Lastly, in all my visits, I only think I saw Dr. Rita once for five minutes - she wanted me to have complicated work, but took zero time to explain it. There are plenty of better options in Miami.

I recently moved to Miami and needed to find a new dentist and I was a little nervous because I have had bad experiences with other dentists in the past and this office turned out to be fantastic. Dr Ucros and Chalia answered every question I had and have been very accommodating and easy to work with. Unlike other places Ive been, Ive always felt welcome at her office by the whole team. And I have to say, the results of my treatment have been fantastic so far - I finally feel like I can smile without being embarrassed again! If you need a dentist, I wouldnt hesitate to call - Shes awesome!

Too pushy. $40 just to say what was wrong and pass the dental scraper. I payed $120 for a regular cleaning at another dentist and was pleased. They wanted to charge me $1,600 for a deep cleaning.

Amazing staff and service. Going to the dentist has always made me very nervous but they explained everything before they started and made me feel very comfortable.

Scam Alert: Most unprofessional people and liars ever! Yesterday I went to a 5PM appointment. During the appointment call, I explained that the cause of the visit was mainly a tooth cleaning and a check out. I clearly asked if the check-out was free and they agreed. Once there, at 5 on the dot, I filled my paperwork and they walked me in and started taking dozens of dozens of X-rays and dental pictures. After the results, they tried to persuade me verbally and with videos on why this fix or that fix was good for me. Several videos, on computer and tablets, were played like if you were in a movie theater. Several technicians, more than 4, ran into me explaining the importance of this or that. Dr. Claro wanted to convince me to buy an Invisalign; she took plenty of time to show me the device and describe its importance and other fixes. Obviously, she takes a good part of the incomes if the patients bite. When I stated that I was not interested at the moment, she replied: “Don’t you have a job? Don’t you work?” How “professional”… Also, an uncomfortable and painful test is made by an hygienist which according to them it’s a mandatory procedure to be done before a tooth cleaning. Then after 1 hour and a half, apparently an accountant, went to me to break down the numbers. Her job is to persuade the client as if she were selling a car but being the client herself. They even included on the bill almost $400 for antibiotics supposedly necessary after a cleaning. They also tried to coax me on opening a credit account with banks that they work with. When I refused to open a credit account, the accountant repeatedly said: “Why not? This is for your own health, dont you see? What’s the problem?” Again, how “professional”… Finally, after they took some inflated prices off the bill proposal, I was advised that there was not time for a tooth cleaning but on the next visit and that there were people awaiting outside. That was not my problem, I was there on time, exclusively for the cleaning. Please keep in mind that they charge per visit. So, on top of all, the cleaning was not done and I wasted my time and it seems that money too: they are charging $430 on X-rays now without my consent and without doing the whole purpose of the visit: the cleaning. I finally walked out reasonably upset. This is literally the worst experience as a client that I have received. As a cherry on top, Im getting a bill from a different place named Dr. Maria Ucros instead of Dr. Rita Claro. While Dr. Maria Ucros is not even on my insurance network. False people!

Now, as for the person who is in charge of charging you...I get it, you have to sell..but to have the audacity to tell me to my face that everyone has at least $100 to spend every month that we just go ahead and waste in shoes or things that we don’t really need and that it’s a lie if someone says they don’t have that money..please..no. I do not have $100 to spend on things that don’t matter, unlike you, I do not live alone, I actually have a family I have to take care of and would rather spend that money on things that benefit all of us rather than wasting it on shoes or in this case Invisalign. Yes, I did ask how much Invisalign cost, but whenever I kept asking pricing for braces so I can go ahead and compare she kept disregarding me saying that no, braces aren’t that great because they’ll give you cavities and such. Ok..I understand that..but can I please get pricing? After our 5-10 minute conversation, I still had no idea how much braces cost. When I was finally done trying to get through to her and decided to ask how much Invisalign was..she told me it was almost $5000 and that I should do it because again, we all have at least $100 extra to spend every month. And that’s only mentioning this particular incident.Leaving this office was honestly bittersweet because the staff really are amazing, but I just didn’t like how pushy this woman gets.

I’ve been going to this Dentist for years now, and they have been the upmost professional and results-driven team I’ve ever been to! I can call them for any little issue I have and they work with my schedule to see me immediately.

I am very please and happy with her profesional services.Funny story that i was very sfraid to go to the dentist, and when i use to go i would only go to the places when they could sedate me with gas. Go awere of this office because of my fiance mom, who also attends here. And not only was satisfy with the prices and the service but staid permanetly even they have never use the gas mask on me here.

Its a crap of a dental clinic, I got an implant and a crown for $ 3,500 and it turns out that the crown is not original and it looks very ugly and unsightly, its smaller than normal and I talked to a friend who is a dentist and he told me that they did not put me original pieces and I told them that I did not like them and they do not want to change it and they treat you a little bit badly, when you complain, they are liars and swindlers
