I havent always been able to say that it was a pleasant experience going to a dentist. However, the friendliness and professionalism at FDA is second to none. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate and please its customers.

All the staff is super friendly and professional! They make a point to make you feel comfortable and at home! Dr. Kiem and Dr. Folks are excellent! Dr. Kiem takes care of my autistic daughter and I couldn’t be happier with the way he treats her. And Dr. Folks treats my husband and is gentle enough when he needs teeth pulled! Very good practice can’t imagine anywhere else! Thank You all!

Absolutely loved my experience at Family Dental Associates. Its good to know I have good dentists who care about my oral health. Family Dental Associates has the best, friendliest and most professional staff in my opinion. Having moved around frequently since childhood I’ve visited many dental clinics and never has there been a dentist with all the great qualities we find with Dr. Keim from chair side manners to excellence in the minutest of details in setting implants. Julie, has been our hygienist for many years. She is is a great professional and always so cordial, friendly and smiling. Even with a mask on you can see her smiling eyes. As for the front desk staff, we cannot say enough good things. They make us feel special when we arrive and depart from our appointments and the recognition we receive on our special occasion like a birthday, well, that is quite outstanding.

Very warm, friendly, and welcoming staff! They want me over on the phone call to set up my appointment. I was looking for a place to fix a filling I had before the weekend. I called on Thursday and they got me in Friday at noon. The staff was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I live in Joplin and will be driving to Miami for my dental appointments from now on. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an exceptional dentist.

I recently had to have one of my back teeth removed and was not looking forward to this removal, but I knew it needed to be done. While seated in the dentist chair, Dr Mark Folks with assistance by Kelsey Blevins, worked tediously to remove the tooth, making sure that I was comfortable, and that the experience was a good one.The day before I was taken care of by one of the dental hygienist, and at that time I saw my X-rays and the need to have my tooth extracted. I think I have been to all of Family Dentals hygienist now. They are all professionals and do a thorough job, making sure my mouth stays healthy.The office staff is great too, working around my busy schedule and finding a time that works for me.About a month ago, My 93 year old Dad needed teeth extracted and lower dentures made. He saw Dr. Keim and is now in the process of having the dentures adjusted so that they fit properly! Dr Keim let me stay in there with Dad, because he has a hearing problem, and they were good to make sure he understood what was going on during the time of the adjustment…Thank you, Family Dental, for being outstanding in the field of dentistry!

Ive been seeing Dr. Folks since I was a kid- that says something right there! Erin was very gentle with my sensitive teeth and gums during my cleaning and educated me on what I can do to prevent further issues. The whole team is so nice and helpful with explaining treatment plans and insurance.

I love this facility! Julie, my dental hygienist, is AMAZING and thorough. Both dentists are very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff go out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. When I’ve gone in for a cleaning on my birthday, they’ve arranged for a card and birthday goodies to be given to me. Their equipment is state of the art, and the dentists always go to conferences to learn new and improved techniques while giving back to the community and society in general, so you can be assured you’re getting the best care!!

Awesome experience...I enjoyed the professionalism of the Dr. and assistants...The entire process from start to finish is rather seamless... Went here for the first time and the staff was super friendly. Once inside I was taken on a short tour of the location showing me all the different areas and introducing me to some of the staff. Once in the examination chair was asked about my concerns and about some of my life. It seems to be a very Famliy oriented office I look forward to future visits and getting the rest of my family in to see them.

I had to have 8 crowns on my top front teeth due to erosion from 3 years of stomach issues. It was all done in one 5 hour visit then back later for the permanent crowns. I was scared to death but between the sedation and the great team with Dr Keim, I’d do it over again if I had to.I am so comfortable when I go there, you are treated like family by every person working there.
