I set up an appointment with Amanda after seeing her post a promotion on social media. Amanda was very clear on the instructions and setting up my appointment on what I needed for my first visit. My first visit consist of a cleaning and X-RAY , which went fantastic. I then went back to have ALL four wisdom teeth removed. I was highly anxious but luckily was blessed with an amazing team of people that kept me comfortable and calm (Amanda, the dentist, and his assistant). The Dentist Mr. Chaviano was great through out the whole extraction making sure I was comfortable and felt no pain. I am so happy I found this dentist office and I will continue going back and getting my cleaning and dental checks up with them. I highly recommend. Great staff. Great service. Great people. I’ve been a customer for over a year already, I absolutely love this office. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff. I’ve gotten my cleanings with Beth! I’ve also gotten all my wisdom teeth removed with Dr Chaviano and his amazing Assistant Karina who kept me super calm the whole time and let me squeeze her hand in case something hurt. Booking my appointments has always been easy with the help of Amanda! Love this office and all the staff !

I had my wisdom teeth removed at coral gables dental arts with Dr.chaviano and his assistant Karina. Great experience and booking my appointment with Amanda was an easy and smooth process .

Do not use this dentist or dental office. Things started out great, but went south very quickly after a change in management. I started my Invisalign treatment with them over 3 years ago. There was always a story about the trays not being ready. This has now been going on for over 3 years and the stories keep coming. They mismanaged their practice and money and now the patients are the ones paying for it because Invisalign will not release trays without payment from the doctor. Whatever you do STAY AWAY!

Very impressed. My appointment was at 7:00PM (they are open late on Wednesdays which is a plus). I ended up having to fill a cavity so the dentist said he would be happy to take care of it that day. We were there until 9:00PM and I was amazed that no one seemed annoyed that they were working that late. Krysten was also extremely helpful with completing all the required documents I needed for going abroad. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Chaviano is one of the best dentists Ive had and Lord knows Ive had way too many. He has the best bedside manner is knowledgeable and gifted. Mayra, VP Administration, has done an impeccable job at training/managing her staff. They are most professional, hospitable & efficient. GOING TO THE DENTIST IS NO LONGER A PAIN!!!

There are three things that upset me about the visit. 1. The doctor was visibly annoyed that I wanted to provide my own (recent) X-rays. I had a FULL set taken 4 months earlier and Im not keen on radiation. Sorry youre not getting paid, its my health! 2. The doctor pushed hard for me to get a crown and Im fairly certain, based on another dentists opinion, that a crown is unnecessary. Crowns destroy teeth, so there better be a good explanation, not your filling looks dark underneath, you need a crown. The filling was always dark and I havent had any pain or irritation since. 3. This is the worst one - the doctor drilled a tooth that she never mentioned had an issue. She went through all of the problem teeth and never mentioned the tooth she ended up drilling. Not only that, she took a huge chunk out of the tooth. Ive never had an issue with that tooth! No pain, no visible dark spots, nothing. When she prodded it there was no sticking of the instrument. Even if there was a tiny pit, she drilled out a quarter of the tooth! Reminds me of another dentist I went to that fixed a white spot on the front of my tooth for NO REASON and didnt tell me he was going fix it...just started drilling without my permission. Then took 20 pictures of his handiwork because he did a great job. What ever happened to careful dentistry and trying to protect the tooth?

John Cook is the best dentist in Miami and his business (Illustradent) reflects that. The staff is professional and nice (qualties you wont often find in Miami) and his work is second to none. Also, they give you free whitening treatment if you keep your regularly scheduled checkups (every 6 months), which is pretty cool since other places can charge upwards of $200 extra for professional whitening.

Dr.Chaviano is the kindest and all of the staff are extremely polite.They call an half an hour ahead of your appointment to make sure you’re still coming and see you right when your scheduled to be seen.The offices are super modern,comfortable,and quiet.I’ve gotten chips in my front teeth fixed and they look like they were never broken and I plan on getting a broken back tooth fixed next week. I’m glad I switched here.Blue Cross and Blue Shield cover about 90% of my appointments which is great.

The most caring, friendly, clean, thorough and highly qualified doctors and staff in the most high tech, beautiful dental office in Miami. Dont waste your time anywhere else. Dr. Cook is second to none.

I recently made the switch to Illustradent South Miami after growing tired of sub-par service at my previous dentist. This office is within walking distance from my office and the staff there are so pleasant and efficient. Ive had cleanings, wisdom tooth removal, and Invisalign done with Dr. Cook and his team, and all have been great experiences. Im so glad I made the switch. I highly recommend them!

From the very first phone call the service was nothing short of amazing.
