I always have a great experience at this site. The dentists are warm and welcoming and they definitely comfort me through my appointments. Ive had my wisdom teeth removed here and I get my routine cleanings done here. In the past Ive had very negative experiences in other places, which have caused me great anxiety when getting my teeth looked at. Thankfully the Dental American Group of West Dade has made me feel comfortable and safe. Osniel is absolutely wonderful and very hospitable. This place is worth the visit.

Based on my experience this is a great dentist office. I have been going here for more than 3 years and always been treated in a polity and professional way by all members of staff. I have received many different kinds of services from regular cleanings, to having my wisdom teeth removed. The location is very clean and organized. Making appointments is very easy and fast, and every time I have had a question regarding procedures, rates and insurance coverage they have always taken their time to explain things to me. When the office is busy it takes a little to be seen, but the majority of the times they see you right away. If you don’t have a dentist, I definitely recommend this place.

Let me start by saying that I have no complaints of the dentist and the hygenists that have treated me at this location. The front desk staff, however, is a different story. The day of my most recent visit, there were 2 receptionists at the window. Neither one of them greeted me, they simply looked at me and turned to the computer for several minutes before acknowledging my arrival. When they finally acknowledged me, one of the receptionists pointed out that my appointment was scheduled 2 days before the 6-month time point since my last visit. She told me that because exactly 6 months had not passed yet, my insurance would not cover my cleaning and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I asked why I hadnt been notified of this prior to my visit and she just shrugged and said it must have slipped their attention. I was not satisfied with that answer considering that I did not request that date myself, they assigned that appointment date to me based on the 6-month visit schedule (or so I thought). The receptionist told me that I could either pay out of pocket or reschedule the appointment. I was annoyed because she did not seem to realize or care that their mistake led to my time being wasted. If this was the first time that this had happened, I would have let it go and brushed it off as a mistake that can happen once in a while. However, this office messed up my appointment last summer as well by scheduling me for a Saturday, confirming my appointment that week, and then canceling it the day before. I would not recommend this office unless they improve the customer service skills of their front desk staff.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been in the customer service field for a massive amount of years and the heart warming, hard working team that there is here is high impressive! I came in looking for another place that I was going to get checked out at and I ended up staying as soon as I interacted with Madeleine and the office manager Odielys. The assistants Norma and Katia, are a true team. I came in as an emergency due to unexpected pain and they already had two patients! They treated me as if I had been going there for years and it was my first visit!! Along with doctor Duarte as well, I asked millions of question because Im very frightened of the dentist and she didnt even seem bothered! She answered all my questions very smoothly! They worked extra hard and fast to help me fill everything out carefully and to get all my questions answered as quickly as possible so I could get in there quickly. I didnt take not even an hour here and I didnt even feel rushed! Thank you so much ladies.. I accidentally found my forever dentist haha! 100 percent recommended.

Hey guys, I dont recommend this Group to anyone, They charge you more than it should be. Their General Doctors are unprofessional. I spend almost $3000 with this group but I still have problems. Even two of teeth with small cavity are painful since their general doctor worked on it. I contacted them and the doctor told me take some Advil!!!I did a root canal over there but my crown felt down less than a few months. I went there to fix it but they said it wasnt our fault. They told me I need to do crown lengthening which cost $800. I didnt accept and went to another dentist. The new dentist fixed it for me and said previous work was unprofessional.

I have been coming here regularly for my teeth cleaning and my hygienist Osniel Santamarina is the best. He takes his time and spends a whole hour just on cleaning and makes sure he also educates you on dental hygiene. They also give you a little gift bag everytime you come. Highly reccomend this place

I have been going to this office for many years and multiple dentists and hygienist have come and gone. The team they have now is the best one yet. Our hygienist, Osniel Santamarina, is the best I have ever experienced. Due to his thorough education he provides each and every visit, I have been compliant with all of his recommendations. I was on a plan to have cleaning every 4 months due to my troubled gums but using all the techniques Osniel has taught me, I am back to cleaning every 6 months and gums looking healthy. Healthcare isnt just giving a service, its building a relationship with patients that translate to trust and compliance with their plan of care. If the health care system had more people like Osniel that have true passion for their career and compassion for their patients, the healthcare system would be in much better shape. He is part of our family now and I hope and pray he never leaves!
