305 Dentistry came highly recommended to me, but I will not return. The office team was amazing and courteous. The dental assistant did not speak English, but they did have someone in the room to translate.My issue arose when Dr.Lopez came in. She did not introduce herself when she came into the room which I found odd because it was my first time at the office. She immediately picked up the tools and began examining my mouth.I literally had to ask her what was her name. She made a suggestion about my teeth that I didnt agree with, so in turn she said, Do what you want to do and exited the room. I thought that statement was rude to say the least. The dental hygienist wanted to clean my teeth and set up my teeth whitening consultation but after that comment, I did not feel comfortable getting any services done at that location.

Came all the way from Oregon! I was seen right away, and they started my procedure that day, I am so so happy with my results! I’ve been looking for about two years and 305 Dentistry did an amazing job! staff are truly amazing people, you won’t regret it!Thank you all again! Very happy customer

This place Changed my appointment multiple times when I got there I was 30 minutes early the lady told me I was next, waited 1 hour with multiple people going in front of me finally stood up to ask how much longer and nobody at the front desk. Was there for another 5-7 minutes with no one attending costumers until and decided to leave and went to another dentistry.

First of all, WOW! We all know no one likes the dentist, BUT I have to say everyone made this experience very pleasant considering the fact that it was a dentist. Teresa at front desk was delightful and so informative and very kind and helpful. The doctors assistant was a so sweet as well and made me feel right at home. THEN, the doctor came in and wow was I surprised. YOUNG, BEAUTIFUL and so FUN! She made me feel so awesome and made me want to become and returning patient. I have recently transferred to this place and let me tell you that I could not be any happier. I love the fact that they do not waste any time yet deliver excellent service in the friendliest of ways. It is incredible how pleasant they made my dental experience (which honestly isnt my favorite place to go). Starting from the receptionist named Gaby to the dentist, everyone was helpful. Gaby was extremely professional and nice to say the least. Her work ethic was impressive and her demeanor is unrivaled from any other dental office receptionist I have encountered. The dentist was fast and elaborate in explaining all the details and making sure all my doubts were cleared. I saw patience which is something that you need when dealing with someone like me who asks many questions! I usually do not write any reviews but I was so struck by this visit that I hope many more dental offices take example of the good work you guys are doing.

I dont normally write reviews but I really had to share this office only because i know most people are afraid of dentist and its not their favorite place to be. i have to say i felt the same way before I came to this office. From the moment I called and spoke to Gabby to when I got there and was greeted warmly by name and they smiled the whole time I was there made me feel like they really do care about their patients, They helped explain everything, let me see it with this cool close up camera on a tv screen all that was going on with my teeth and just took the time to really educate me I must say I was impressed, The assistant was very gentle worked together with the doctor and then they sat down with me to go over payment options explained my insurance benefits and when I left I felt I had a plan to get the years of neglect on track. They even had me fill out a more comprehensive questionnaire about my sleep pattern, they even care about your general health not just teeth. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family

Ive been going to Miami Oaks for a number of year never had a problem now all of a sudden I have this problem due to the fact this business not upholding there in-network / out of network service to patients.One day in mid February, I received a bill from Miami Oaks stated that I had a balance of $144.40 from a service that was provided to me in December 2017. I did not find out about a balance until February, before this point I was thinking I was done with that process of the bill. I ended up calling them on 2/15/2018 regarding the info I received, during that conversation I ask her to send me the account info showing the balance and that my in-network was still being honored. She sent me the requested information on the same day, please see the attached.Also, during this time I was moving from Miami to Boca Raton wasnt sure if i was going to continue with them but decided to do so because I had one thing left from my dental plan to take care of. I already had an appt set up all of a sudden I get this letter from yall so, I called Miami Oaks on that June 11 acquiring about the bill. I ask to speak with the lady who sent me my bill and whom Ive been talking to the whole entire time that when I found out that it was new staff. I was going back and forth with her about I never received any letter about the new balance, called, or wasnt even informed about it will be sent to collections. Please advise what I can do to resolve this bill. To be honest I fell blind sided and I dont think its right or ethical that this bill has been sent to collections when I know I am very tactful and have great rapport with paying my bills.Again, please advise I do acknowledge the balance of $144.40 but I do not acknowledge the balance of $948.02.I expected better from Dr. Adriana E.... she was one of the best ones out of the changes that offices made thus far in the past few years since I have been there.

I will be doing various reviews but this is my initial review. It has been 4 years since my last dental appt. and i found this practice online only using reviews. My first visit went excellent pre visit i filled out all documentations online and sent it to Teresa who is amazing, lively and very kind. Ck in was quick and painless (LOL) and The hygenist was gentle and sweet. The Dr. upon first impression tall and immediately asked me what my dental goals were. Even though i was terrified and expecting Dr. Doom he was very kind and had gentle non abrasive hands!! At for the first review. The reason why I do not give it 5 stars is because I had, among other procedures, teeth whitening and did not change the color of my teeth in the least. I was expecting at least another type of response from the clinic, and although they offered me a second syringe of the product, it turns out that that day they did not have it in the clinic and they did not contact me anymore. For that part, it seemed a little oriented to take the money first and then the client for his part as he can. Otherwise if I recommend it. Fast service and good attention. Financing is easy and fast, although I do not think they are the cheapest prices on the market and the doctors note that they know their work by heart and do it very well. In one way or another, the staff is very friendly, so I plan to continue with them and recommend them, although I hope they can focus their services a little more on total customer satisfaction. If something I have learned in this country is that it is better to lose some money to a client, but happy 100 percent because it will bring more clients. I leave you the before and after photos for you to judge for yourself.

My husband Noel Romero listened to the radio today for a promotion of $ 49.00 dollars dental cleaning and x-rays, when they examined him, he did not qualify for that promotion and he needs a deep cleaning, the cost $ 800.00 dollars, he explained that he was an employee with an average salary, They explained that they were below the market that charged up to $ 1200.00 dollars, FALSE the average in Miami for maximum deep cleaning $ 400.00 dollars, this is called in good Spanish SCAM, we must all fight and sanction this type of activity, you must earn money but be fair, beware of that promotion that becomes a big lie. The attention and service received was normal, nothing excellent for the price they charge. I publish it so that other people are forewarned.

It had been a while since I went to the dentist. This dentist was recommended to me. My appt was at 8 am and at 8:03 they entered me. It was a great service. The staff is very attentive and the prices are affordable. It deserves much more than 5 stars.

The reason I give them 1 star is because of the girl who did the cleaning, very kind and delicate. Contrary to the dentist, it seemed that she disliked him because it was very grotesque on both occasions, the whitening that according to they give for free says that it costs 100 and then I told them I will pay the difference of 150 to make me the one that costs 250 there that I consider is better, and they did not want to, because later I found that in amazon it costs only 25 dollars. They told me about making two zirconia crowns and what they did was 1 zirconia paste (onlay), a big difference to the zirconia crown. For $ 1824 a cleaning, 2 resin fillings and a zirconia onlay. I felt cheated but well here I leave you so that future clients have experience. So they dont trip over there.
