Dr. Raul was extremely informative and did not hesitate to provide me with detailed answers to my questions. I recently had two wisdom teeth removed at this office and Dr. Raul was extremely gentle and did not cause any unnecessary pain or discomfort while performing the procedure. I do not know where to begin. The dentists and staff at Designer Smiles have literally changed my life. I have been a patient for over a year. I was a victim of bad dentistry for many years after the only dentist I trusted (my grandfather) passed away. I ended up in the Garcias’ office on a recommendation from a friend who had beautiful work done. They are geniuses at reconstructive surgery and neuromuscular dentistry. I had a severe case of TMJ and Dr. Conchi Garcia miraculously cured it through what I can only call a technological marvel. She corrected my bite and I no longer click like a castanette. Dr. Raul Garcia has performed bone grafts and has reconstructed my smile from the ground up. I now smile for the first time in 20 years. They are both amazing professionals and so caring. I had a root canal done yesterday and it was an amazing experience. When I was a child I had a very traumatic experience with a dentist and did not go for years until I met Dr. Raul and Dr. Conchi Garcia. The whole practice treats you like family. They take into consideration your past experience and really make going to the dentist a joy. For the last 15 years they have been our family dentists and now they see my 5 year old daughter as well. Brenda the hygenist is amazing not only does she do the best cleaning but they give you good explanations and teach you how to take care of your teeth. With my root canal they knew how scared I was and they took me by the hand, sat me in a comfortable chair Stephanie covered me with a blanket, gave a little massage, mercy put on headphones with zen music 🎶 and Dr. Garcia held my hand and when I fell asleep she began to work - didnt feel a thing. Later my husband took me home and slept all night. Took the different meds she gave me to prevent swelling and pain. The office environment is very relaxing 😎, immaculately clean. Front desk staff Stephanie, Jennifer and now Nicole are all very sweet and caring. The Pru Family gives them two thumbs up and a big hug for always taking good care of us.

Okay , let me start by saying i always had bad experiences at the dentist ! I always wait until there is no option and i have to go because i end up having an infection . Since i started going to doc Conchi and doc Raul i been so calm and happy about going through a procedure . I recently went for a root canal and was the best experience i ever had . There are so patience and understanding and explain step by step all they were doing . They got the best staff out there!!! Front desk girls are so nice and easy to talk to. They make you feel comfy like home( felt like a 5 year old with my blanket so I wouldnt feel cold) . I left happy and am planing on coming back to continue my journey .
