Nurse Marie from the family medicine department has been absolutely amaizing. Very professional and so very kind. She was so gentle to my elderly mother that it made an impact on me. I havent seen this sweet treatment in years. Glad to see someone so nice.

Avoid CHI if you can. The entire CHI system is terrible. The website lists a phone number and extension for a patient advocate but no one answers (after on hold for half hour to be put through just to get no answer).

This is a full-fledged clinic that has everything from dentist to pharmacy. If youre looking for a quality medical observation then go here. If you want a posh waiting room with The View playing in the background, go elsewhere.

The worker were so rude and I was having an anxiety meltdown and I needed to talk to someone I was close too, and they had to grab me for my phone and they were so aggressive and they lady kept telling me calm down first then you can talk to someone. They so unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. I also had to wait two hours just to get a transfer.

$35 just so the doctor can tell me that I need to reschedule for an ultrasound after I waited for 4 hours. Worst clinic ever. The doctor was so rude, couldn’t wait for me to find some papers on my phone, she decided to leave because she had another patient. This is the worst... Don’t come here.

Awesome place the black lady at the front desk (Linda Williams, I think that’s her name)was very vice and helpful.

Worst medical service Ive ever gotten.. the only thing helpful about the whole visit was the nurse, Valerie. Other than that, the doctor, Pena, was rude and didnt even let me explain what was wrong. He immediately diagnosed me with something completely ridiculous without even checking me thoroughly. I felt rushed throughout seeing him after a two hour wait. Then I had to go to the lab and was asked to pay a ridiculous amount for tests I can get for free in any other clinic. Never going back there again.

On 12/28/16 my daughter went into urgent care at 3:00pm when they opened and it is now 7:37pm and no one has been in to see her. The only reason she was sent to urgent care was to get a refill filled on an anti seizure prescription. When I arrived I asked why she was still waiting and I was told that they only had one doctor on the floor. So I then asked so that one doctor has not seen patients from 3:00pm yet? Then what has he been doing all this time. They claimed he had 1 minor emergency. This is absolutely absurd and although this hospital is for low income there is no reason someone should wait for a refill of a prescription for over 4 hours. It only takes the doctor 5 minutes to review her file and see that she is on anti seizure meds for life. Im very disturbed by the lack of attention and the lack of common sense In getting the patient out of a room that can be used for a real emergency.

Fraudulent billI scheduled an appointment for a general doctor visit but ended up canceling. 45 days later I received a $178 bill in the mail for a visit. After I had my health insurance company investigate this bill it became known that CHI charged me for this visit that never happened. Im wondering how many others they are sending these fake medical bills to. Ive put in a complaint to my health insurance and they are investigating further.

I would honestly drop dead before I go to any of these locations. I hate it
