Dr. Burak and his staff are amazing. I suffered an accident on my bike and severely injured my shoulder. Dr. B and his staff quickly did everything necessary to evaluate me and see what my injuries were. With the in-house MRI and X-Ray machines we were able to discuss current and next step treatments. I was extremely stressed out about my injury until my first appointment at Affiliated Healthcare(South Miami location). The entire staff was kind and put me at ease. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and explained my injury and treatment plan in a why that I could understand. I really feel like I am in the right hands and would confidently refer my friends and family to them in the future.

I want to start with saying that this was my first chiropractor visit and I really enjoyed it. I was scared to crack my neck and back but the doctor Mike was so professional and it felt amazing. I really enjoyed the massage, the back alignment and the staff. Karra was also very sweet and informative as well. I really enjoyed my visit, I found the place very clean and professional. I definitely will be going again.

I was the passenger in a car and we took a really bad hit. I went to the ER and they x-rayed me and get a CT. They found a broken rib. I went to Affiliated Healthcare to try and relieve some of my soft tissue pain oh, and they were the ones that found my broken vertebrae. What is spectacular team, to do whats right rather than just follow along. They gave me the proper treatment and recovered me back to good health. I cant say enough good things about having your pain resolved without drugs. Thank you Affiliated Healthcare!

I had a clumsy stumble which resulted in a painful, swollen left pinky toe. Dr Thomas Riley was able to see me quickly and have it x-rayed just to confirm if it was fractured or not. I’m happy to report that it wasn’t and will just require the good old rest, ice, elevation treatment. Needless to say, Dr Riley was very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The office provides an array of services such as chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management and soon their very own surgical center. Highly recommend to see him and his specialized staff at this location. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable chiropractor has helped me out tremendously all the specialist are really professional. I Love to bring them some pastelitos and snacks they work. Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable doctors. I suffered from hip pain for years until I went to Affiliated. The therapists knew exactly how to get to the pressure points to relieve the pain and the doctor knew how to fix the problem within 2 minutes of evaluation. I havent felt this good in years. The front desk staff is so friendly and extremely accommodating. If Im running late or early for an appointment, they never get upset. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes in their beautifully decorated waiting area. Art work everywhere instead of dull office walls. The place has charm and character so you dont feel like youre in a doctors office. Overall, I love this place!!

Cant say enough about the level of treatment and care at Affiliated. Im in my second time as a patient, the first after a car accident and serious injury to my shoulder. With PT and then PRP injections, I went from constant pain and greatly limited use, to full range of motion and pain free. Dr. Burak walked me though each step to PRP and could not have been more pleased. Now back again, painful knees from age and abuse, and not only was I well remembered and welcomed by his awesome office staff, but great relief and help from my PT and scheduled again for PRP, excited to know I have such a great option available to help my pain. If youre looking for help, look no further. Dr. Buraks team is awesome and I recommend them highly! Tell them I sent you! Really.

I had a slip and fall a month ago give or take. Affiliated in South Miami has been amazing . Thank god for the doctors and the staff . They work with you and your schedule . They never say no if you feel bad and need to come in and dont have an appointment. They are very accommodating to you and the needs you have . Dr. Burak is the owner of the facility and he has created a one stop shop . Any doctor you need to see for your injuries he most likely has that doctor on the payroll . Dr. Goodrich from day one I have adored him , he is very caring and attentive and listens to your problems and treats them . I can go on and on about the doctors as well as the staff . The staff is just one big family . I love everyone and you will feel at home.

I suffer from chronic migraines and sciatica symptoms since an accident I was in a year and a half ago. I went to other treatment centers but Affiliated Health is hands down the best by far at temporarily relieving my pain.They are clean, friendly, and professional. I had PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections to my shoulder at Affiliated Healthcare and Im so glad I did! I had a torn rotator cuff injury that was preventing me from swimming. My shoulder was hurting so much that it was keeping me up at night. My blood was drawn and put it in a special centrifuge that separates the platelets from the plasma – the concentrated platelets were injected as a bolus to stimulate the healing cascade. The PRP procedure was done under local anesthesia using fluoroscopy guidance. Everything was done so professionally and the staff made me feel so comfortable. I felt a little tightness for a couple days then it started loosening up with gentle stretching. Now, 3 days later, my shoulder already feels more stable when I stretch it out and feels more comfortable at night, but not yet ready for action. I am scheduled for my second set of injections in six weeks. The healing after PRP takes time, but if you’re willing to be patient, it’s worth the wait. If you are thinking about getting PRP, I highly recommend Affiliated Healthcare.
