I wanted to try a new salon that was near my place. But next time, Ill make the trip elsewhere. Its a cute salon. But, you can tell they dont get many people with my type of hair (curly or just otherwise) and are used to clients with straight or wavy hair. The stylist ironed my hair and put no product on it. It frizzed within minutes of walking out of the door. It just wasnt worth the price AT ALL.

Eye lashes - HORRRIBLE! it was ugly and dirty on the rooms, dont waste our money here

Dont even waste your time, money or hair.They have one of the worst customer service I saw in the city, the vibe was very off, they dont respect their customers and its very expensive.They dont even acknowledge you when you come in and when you leave.The hairstylist (who was a guy) was complaining while working on my friends hair. The lady at the entrance just left while we were talking to her asking politely a question about their services.Another issue is the hygiene, its dirty and it smells like cigarets.Stay away

The worst experience I’ve had in a hair dresser. The staff was not wearing mask, even one of the sneezed twice and was whistling and speaking loud. UNACCEPTABLE. First and last time! Hope it helps.

On January 28, 2020, I went to Studio 50 on Biscayne Blvd to get a procedure done on my hair. Prior to arriving at the salon, I spoke to the receptionist asking her if she could recommend me a hairstylist she told me that Dennis was one of the best ones at the salon. When I arrived at Studio 50 I spoke to the hairstylist Dennis, I told him that I wanted a balayage with a caramel tone to contrast with my natural hair tone instead of that he did another procedure he just dyed my hair from top to bottom blonde and didnt provide the balayage technique that I initially wanted. The results that I saw after the procedure was done was that he bleached my hair blonde and orangish. Before doing the procedure I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I told him that I didn’t want my hair to be blonde I was very specific with him before doing my hair i dont understand why he didn’t do what i asked. I left the salon unhappy, disappointed and dissatisfied with the results of my hair. I feel extremely disgusted with the service I received I spoke to the owner Allison about this whole situation and politely request her to refund me the money she seems not to care at all about the experience I received and how I was treated at her salon. Not only do I feel disgusted at this salon because they didnt provide me the service I requested I had to pay again for a balayage service at another salon because Dennis wasnt capable enough to provide the procedure that i wanted and honestly its ridiculous not to receive the actual service that i requested. this is unacceptable and unbelievable to go through because all of this shows me that they dont know what they are doing and they are not professional at all. I will never return to this place again and i dont recommend it to anyone. Attached you will see the results of the procedure that this horrible salon provided to me I requested a balayage procedure and this is the service I received this is a service not as described and all I want is my MONEY BACK!!
