It the best salon in Miami

Took my wife to get her hair done and the way she was treated was horrible. First she wasnt greeted when she walked in ,seem like no one spoke English or wanted to earn her business. Then someone came and said no open appointments slots avalible ....... my wife said what about tommorow or the day after they responded no and they are close Monday she proclaimed, when the sign on the front door showed they were and that they had a special.... SHE EVEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL MY WIFE YOU CAN DEFINITELY GO TO ANOTHER SALON DOWN THE STREET ....... THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS LOST THE MAIN OBJECTIVE WHICH IS MAKING CLIENTS FEEL AT HOME. WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER THERE IS NO BUSINESS VERY DISTURBING ...... IF YOU DONT SPEAK SPANISH PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ONLY CATER TO SPANISH SPEAKERS EVEN IF THAT!!!

I was there for the first time yesterday for a wash n blow i had n appointment, i was taken right way, a very pleasant atmosphere not a noisy place which i liked, the young gentlemen that did my hair i was VERY pleased w the result. i would definitely go back again, prices are reasonable

It was not clean they chopped a piece of my nail Im in pain

I am a college student just trying to get a hair wash and conditioner and they hung up on me twice stating because I didn’t speak Spanish.

Went to get acrylic nails done and unfortunately I never got the name of the lady who did my nails but I will never go back. From the moment she started filing my nails she was very grotesque and rough so much so that she ended up cutting all of my fingers and my pinky was so bad it was bleeding. She never asked me to wash my hands (I don’t think they have a restroom). She kept spraying a mixture of alcohol and water on my nails which of course caused all my cuts to sting badly! She placed so much acrylic gel on my nails and didn’t distribute and file it properly so some areas of my nails are lumpy and uneven. She never bothered to clean the inside of my nails after applying the acrylic so it was all left stuck and clumpy with white powder.

Excellence and professionalism, I recommend them, thanks to my hairdressers, I adore my hair!🤗💆💇🏼

The girl who does her nails on the left hand when you enter the salon, a mulatto woman is unpleasant and very unprofessional, I dont know the name but my wife did her nails with her and she is no longer very rude and dirty with clients
