I set up an appointment with Dani from Glam House being my first time coming to this salon, I was nervous. My hair had not been done in over 7 months. Thanks to Covid-19. But as soon as I walked in I was greeted very professionally, everyone was kind and attentive, was offered something to drink as soon as they sat me down on my chair and they even provided an extra mask when dying my hair so my personal wouldn’t get dirty. I thought was was great! Finally, when my hair was done, Dani took pictures of the end result and let me tell you I could not believe that was my hair!!! It looked like it was out of a movie. I fell in love with it. I even asked her “oh my goodness, it that what my hair looks like from the back!” Amazing!! Definitely will be booking another appointment very soon!

This was my 3rd time getting a balayage at this salon and I have to say Im in love with the way my hair came out. The salon is under new management and it shows as they are super professional and want the best for their customers. I had my hair colored and styled by Kathy and absolutely loved it. She is an amazing stylist and I would highly recommend her and glam house as a beauty salon.

So I made an appt with them for a balayage and had to cancel due to a family emergency. I canceled 3 days before my appt and called the same day to make them aware so I can get my $50 deposit back and nobody answered the phone that day. I emailed them that same day then they canceled my appt. I’ve been calling for a whole week now regarding my $50 deposit and they keep telling me they’re going to speak to the owners and “ I don’t know why it hasn’t been Reimbursed”. I don’t see what’s the hassle of getting back my deposit. It feels like they don’t want to give it back. Just be careful when canceling an appt with these people cause they give you a hard time regarding the deposit.

I love coming here! Lisi is the best. I’m super picky with my hair and with her I always feel at ease. I recommend you try this salon out !

I want to start by saying that you will not be disappointed by the service at glam house. From the first call I received to confirm the appointment to the end of my appointment everything was great. I’m always apprehensive when doing my hair because I’m scared that I will not like or get what I ask for. At glam house that is not the case they are realistic and will tell you what can and cannot be done to your hair with the goal of keeping your hair looking great and healthy. I did my hair with Kathy she was super sweet and walked me through the process. She understood exactly what I wanted and explained everything that could be done. My color was amazing, my cut amazing, my styling amazing! That’s all I can say amazing! You won’t regret going to Glam House for all your hair needs they are true professionals and love what they do.

I’ve been coming here for a while and I honestly love this place! All the girls know how to do hair. They’re also super sweet and ask a lot of questions on how you do your hair and what stuff do you use at home. They even gave me tips how to take care of my platinum hair at home with purple shampoo and what deep conditioners to use! The owners are also amazing, everything is so clean and nice. They keep their glam house looking amazing and make sure anyone that walks into their salon look even more amazing. I don’t think I can trust anyone else with my hair now!

Glam House is under new management and I have to say that the new managers are amazing. They are great with customers and their number one concern is the customers happiness which is extremely important. If you message them they respond quickly . I always do my hair with Kathy and she is knowledgeable with her suggestions . She also is friendly and welcoming which is important when you go to a hair salon because it makes me feel better extremely comfortable. She is the best , I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you previously visited the same salon and left unhappy : give it another chance. We do this for movies , ex boyfriends , best friends when they do us wrong why not for good hair. I really can’t say enough good things about this salon. The staff is so friendly and very talented. My hair was an absolute mess before Kathy got a hold of it. I have been a cosmetologist for over 15 years and I am so picky when it comes to my hair. My hair literally came out incredible. I got baby lights and bayalage on extra long hair the results are unbelievable. (I left a review on yelp if you want to see before and afters) The salon is now under new management (reading the reviews this was obviously the issue in the past). The managers Cesar and Robert came to talk to every client to ensure they were completely happy.

I absolutely loved my hair! I was attended on time. Lisi did a completely transformation on me. I came in with terrible blotchy, yellow/orange hair and she preformed a color correction that was outstanding. I love my hair! If you want a balayage done correctly, this is definitely the place!

I had placed an appointment online for my daughter and within a few minutes I received a call from the owner to confirm the appointment. He was very nice and answered all my questions.I was on the hunt for a place to fix what another stylist had done to my daughters hair. Thank god I found Glam House and the beautiful sweet Daniela, she is slowly making my daughters hair dreams come true. She’s absolutely the best!!!!! This salon has really upped its game, in terms of what I expect from the beauty industry. From the management and the staff, to the decor and ambiance. I typically don’t do much to my hair and salon services and far and few. I’m typically quite skeptical of places I visit. Especially now during these covid times. My stylist, Lisi was so professional and sweet. She made me feel so comfortable with my hair transformation. She had an assistant that day, 08/01. Her name was Noel, and she was just as lovely. Very accommodating and friendly. Noel offered me water and coffee while my service was being completed. They both recommended products for my hair after I asked them what would be best for me. The owners and managers, Robert and Cesar were both in the shop and checked on me, making sure all was well. They were both so polite and kind! The music was fun and lively and the furnishing was modern and sleek. I will definitely come back and recommend this salon to my friends and family.

After 8 hours of hair color correction they left my hair looking so healthy and with the ash blonde color I have been looking for. Honestly, I was nervous to get my hair done at first because of the COVID but everyone there was extremely professional and they made me feel safe. Kathy and Noel were amazing. I had gotten my hair done a while back when a lady was the owner and had not been back since! However, I came in to get my hair done with Kathy- baby lights, balayage and a Botox- and left happier with my hair and service than I’ve gotten elsewhere in a long time! Good conversation, cleanliness, and excellent at maintaining social distancing during this time! Also while there, the new owners were making new plans with the place and letting their stylists know of anything new! I was told some awesome changes were coming, and from what I’ve seen there already have been! I’m excited to make this place my regular spot!

I recently got my hair done in this salon and I rarely leave reviews, but this salon is worth commenting on! Not only was the hairstylist able to correct my “at home bleach job”, which yes, it was as bad as it sounds, but she left my hair feeling healthy again! She truly outdid herself. I was stunned. My hairstylist followed my wishes as best as she possibly could, all while making her own calculated decisions, which resulted in a beautiful outcome, if I could submit photos I would.In the midst of this Covid crisis, this salons professionalism/dedication to the publics safety definitely shined through, from having you wait in your car until it’s your turn, to social distancing within the salon it’s self, wearing masks and assuring all customers wash their hands. It’s so refreshing to see a business really take this situation we are in seriously.I can HONESTLY say that I don’t know what’s up with these reviews, but I can assure you that along with the new management and the wonderful hair stylists (p.s “Kathy” is AMAZING) there is no going wrong! I will forever be coming to this salon!

I had virgin, dirty blonde hair & was sooo nervous to dye it. i’ve been dying to change it up & i finally came across Danielas page. i loved her work & thought it was about time that i do it. she had a last minute cancellation for today (saturday) at 10 am. she was quick with her hands & did an AMAZING job. she was the sweetest person ever, we talked the entire time. i was asked if i needed water or anything, great customer service. i’m super happy with how my hair turned out & will definitely be going regularly!

I went in yesterday for a regular acrylic full-set. While the technician did a god job on my nails, she did not greet me or communicate and I was surprised to hear the price after she had finished. After asking why the price was so much higher than the price listed online, she said that there is an additional $20 charge for long nails (?) and coffin shape and this is clearly stated online. After leaving the salon, I referred back to their website and it DOES NOT say anything about additional charges, only to let them know if youre doing designs, which I did not receive. The entire experience felt unprofessional.

Overall the environment was weird. Oddly quite and no was friendly or approachable. Stylist were all to themselves. I just got a simple cut and blow. I saw another girl getting a balayage done and I wasn’t impressed. Sadly I wouldn’t come here again or recommend anyone here. The place is small and it’s cute but it actually needs some TLC, and a nicer staff.

Heather did my hair and I must say I am obsessed with not only the hair but also her! Her service was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and talked to me as if I was a friend. Well let me start by saying that I am giving this place a star because there is no choice for none. I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone gives me a 6:30pm slot she had supposedly open. I arrived on time and of course was not greeted or anything (what can you expect, right?) anyway, I tell the young lady that I have my appointment and she just nodded, well ok I guess thats how they treat customers. I sat down and after 30 minutes waiting Vivian comes to me to let me know that some relative from the lady she was doing her nails had just passed away this morning and she was talking to her to make her feel better and taking a lit longer while working on her manicure. After another 30 minutes (now is a full hour waiting) I asked because I see the customer rolling her pants for a pedicure and all she said is I had two options, wait or come back tomorrow. Very neat right? Great choices both. Obviously I took none and told her they should have let me know so I dont waist my time driving over there or simply waiting for so long. To me this lack of communication and the fact that they left a customer unattended for an entire hour is completely unacceptable. I was recommended to a place that lacks professionalism and I feel I have to let people know whats going on here and be prepare for anything if you decide to come get the worst service ever in town.

Nail tech was not great and was answering her phone while doing my nails. HORRIBLE customer service. As a licensed cosmetologist I am disappointed. Tech did not know how to Properly apply Acrylic nails. She did not build the apex. After they were done of course they looked nice but after a day they all broke. A complete waste of money.

Please save your money and do not go here!!! The owner had the worse customer service in Miami! The stylist Liz has no clue how to color hair especially blonde. She made my hair dark brown roots with orange highlights and called it dirty blonde, that was the complete opposite of what I asked for. I have used many different stylists in miami but decided to try them out since their instagram page looked like they did good work well was I wrong! Please don’t damage your hair by going to this salon!! Unless you want dark brown with orange highlights

I had a lash lift and tint, and I had a wonderful experience with Kristin. They look amazing, and she was really friendly and sweet. The place inside is also decorated beautifully, it really made me feel glamorous!

Hair and makeup up came out amazing I loved it. Only problem was how my acrylics came out, they had a new nail technician (I believe her name was crystal) and I asked for coffin and was no where near coffin. Other than that service was great

I went few times before my last time the week of my wedding. I didnt have a good experience and I usually dont complain for things but they knew it was my wedding and the person doing my nails didnt want to do the toes polish change which is a quick service and sent me with other person that didnt applied the same color, it was totally off and I was wearing open toes shoes for my wedding and wanted things to look right. When I begged the other lady to please help me to get the same nail color for the other person to apply the right one, she practically ignored me.. it hurt me BC I went to her like 3 times before and would tip her very well and she knew it was my wedding like the rest of the staff. I left without being helped and went to a Sally close by where the cashier was king enough to find me a close enough color for me to apply on my toes. The glam house wont see my face again.

I had booked the incorrect service and with Solina and after my visit Solina just did not have the time to do my hair considering the work i needed, but she fit me in and started the process in fixing my hair. Glam House text line is always responsive at almost all hours and very helpful, despite the negative reviews I will be going back. Prices are very reasonable.

Horrible experience. Made an appt with one stylist, confirmed it, and they even asked me to come in early. Get there and find out my stylist wasnt there as she suddenly was sick. (Mind you all within 30 min) They suggested I get my hair done with a stylist, that they assured me was experienced. She herself mentioned she was new to this as a licensed professional and was in her late teens, early 20s....AFTER she put the bleach in my hair. While toning, she asked if I would be cutting my hair....I asked the total thus far, and it was not the $150 special I booked under.

They were going to charge me $250 for balayage and baby lights with Cheap hair dye products. customer service was poor. left fast as hell!!!

Had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 pm and called at 4:30 advising I was running on time but may be a few minutes late because there was abnormal congestion around my job. The girl at the front desk says thats fine, its okay if its within 10 minutes and said nothing else. Sure enough, i was about 15 minutes late stepping my foot in the door. They had already cancelled my appointment. The girl did not think to elaborate over the phone saying they would cancel my appointment if I pass the 10 minutes. She also mentions that my technician had to leave at 6:00. Why would they schedule a supposed 45 minute appointment (according to their website) at 5:30 if their technician had to leave at 6:00. Total waste of time. She didnt even offer a solution or a way to make the situation right. Horrible customer service and lack of common sense.

I was a little doubtful about changing my hair color. I booked a consultation with Antonia Isabella and she was so excited I got excited and when she finally colored my hair pink yes pink it was amazing. She is super marvelous and proffesional. I am so satisfied with the glam house and Antoinette. I definetly give it 5 stars for service, atmosphere and proffesional work and will recommend to everyone. Youll be as happy as I am .

I have been to this beauty salon before and got great service (lash lift and tint). I booked an appointment on 3/11/2019 for balayage services to come in on 3/26/2019. The prices displayed are apparently changing as of March 19, which I saw announced on their IG page today 3/14/2019. I reached out to the salon and asked if the prices displayed when I made my appointment will be honored and they said no, which was a very unfortunate answer. I do not live in Miami anymore and was very excited to be able to visit and get my hair done. However, the information is misleading, as nowhere in squareup (booking website) it states their prices are changing, neither does it say it on the confirmation email.

They have bad reviews for a reason. I asked about the process for powder when booking my appt. And told receptionist I was going to be on my lunch break, she said that it was just like gel, it was not I spent two hours in the salon because the process for powder is very different. The process for taking off gel is them sitting you on the pedicure station with your hands in cold acetone, the salon was freezing and their solution was to give me a blanket that looked like it hadn’t been washed in a year. The receptionist we’re having juvenile conversations, the parking was a nightmare. The manicure came out terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do a very good job of marketing their Instagram but that’s about it.

AMAZING!!! Great attention, superb prices, and all of them are really up-to-date in the new hair tendencies. I was so glad to go there! Very happy with my new hair cut and color!

Really disappointed! I made an appointment on line with one week in advance and was confirmed by email and text. One day before the appointment, they canceled it. I was unable to find any other place available due to mothers day weekend. They have no respect for new clients and they didnt offer any solutions. They just called to let you know that was canceled and that they were unable to rescheduled for the same day. If this is the way they treat new clients, I cant imagine the way they treat existing clients. Besides, I had made the appointment with the owner, imagine the rest of the staff.

I wanted to try them out but didnt even get to go, I can tell their customer service sucks. I called around 10:30 AM to see if I can go in at sometime today, I was told to DM a picture of my hair along with another picture of what I would like done. Its past 12 and I have yet to hear anything. I called twice to tell them I sent a picture and was waiting to see if I could get seen today so I can coordinate, but twice I was told that they had to speak to the owner so she can see the picture before booking me?? Glad I didnt spend my money on them... try Mia Salon in PSN they are awesome (;

I was very happy with the service that glam house provided and they were very conscious of not damaging my hair, I was a customer for 2 years. Last time I went, I took one of the earliest appointments they have (10AM) and everything was good and about half of the balayage process where I was waiting to light my hair, I asked my boyfriend to go buy me something to eat because I was hungry and when he got back with my empanada, the girl that was doing my hair goes to the back room and comes back to tell me that I cant eat. In all the times that Ive been to several salons in Miami I was never told that I couldnt eat, I mean you normally spend a lot of time in a salon and at some point you get hungry. I asked the girl if they didnt eat lunch at all and what was the problem and she tells me the owner doesnt like it. I was really angry, but I decided to let it go. When I see one of the girls that does the eyebrows eating and then the owner ordering pizza. I dont think that is the way to treat clients that have been going there for 2 years and at least have a sign that says no food or drinks allowed. I will not go back even if the girl that does my hair is good, I dont think is the way to treat clients.

I never write reviews because I am known to be over forgiving but not this time. I was picked as a balayage model for their instagram and I was extremely excited because glam house is the only place where I get my balayage done because solina and Arielle are amazing. (They both have their own salons now) Trusting that my balayage appointment would be amazing since I’m always in good hands... I was introduced to Britney a traineee who would be doing my hair. Little did I not know she didn’t have any experience or prior knowledge to doing balayage. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she told me don’t worry I can get you as close to the picture. Being advised by the owner twice that I am in good hands I didn’t have any doubt.Long story short... she messed up my hair extremely bad. She had gone ahead and bleached my whole head with dye, telling her before that I didn’t want to go up to the roots and that I wanted balayage. I was at the sink for literally 30 minutes and when I sat back down in the chair I was shocked I started to panic because my whole head was orange/yellow with dark brown roots. I asked if she had put toner yet and she said yes, once I heard those words I started to panic and have a melt down. Never in my life has someone messed up my hair so bad that they were so oblivious that it was even that bad. They didn’t want to fix it at first and asked me if I wanted her to continue with my hair and see how the end result would turn out, I told them no and to fix my hair and put it back to my normal hair. If it wasn’t for the Angel ANTONIA That took over and fixed my hair I would of left the salon with piss yellow/orange hair.It’s been seven days and my scalp is still full of black dye with how many times they had to bleach my hair. My hair is extremely dry and feels like horse hair. I wash my hair and the whole water when I rinse is black/brown.I am no one to shame someone for their wrongs but my hair is ruined, they should of been supervising Britney especially knowing it was her first time on the floor. But instead they have her practice on my hair, without me knowing it was her first time. Just because I was a model does not mean I should of gotten any less of a professional hair experience.I hope this helps someone who wants to model for any hair salon. Just because you have the opportunity to receive a free balayage doesn’t mean you shouldn’t receive expert knowledge on hair. Always ask what classes and experience they have and that’s where I went wrong because I’m too trusting. Luckily they fixed it after they saw I was distraught but I will not be going again.

What a great experience. I had my hair dyed and cut by Pam and she did such a great job. I really enjoyed the service. I get my mani and pedi with Cindy and its the best, she is very detailed. Very nice salon would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get pampered with great service.

The receptionist Estefania was very professional and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. good customer service is very hard to come by and she provided excellent customer service.

I’ve been following their page on instagram for quite some time now. And I was WOW’D by how nice their worked seemed. Today I finally decided to come in and check them out. After spending a god 15 minutes trying to find a parking space I was able to park. It’s wednesday and it’s 12:45pm. I walk into the salon and there is no one waiting. There’s one tech who’s actually working on a girls hands. I felt such relief! I was next! I told the young lady in the front I wanted a gel manicure and a pedicure. Her response? “It can only be a manicure because the she doesn’t have time for a pedicure. She’s waiting for someone.”... yea, because I’m gonna do my hands and leave my feet undone? I said thank you and walked out. Needles to day I will not be returning to this place. Not to mention I live in midtown so I basically took the drive for nothing.

I think its funny the owner or whoever only responds to positive feed back I own a barber shop and I would never treat my customers this way I have done my Hair with Solina It went well , I see her this weekend for something else I hope it goes my way. I must agree for being in the ghetto there prices are steep !

So disappointed and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ! NOT WORTH A DIME ! I went 2 days ago to do my refill plus pedi. It was 90 something dollars plus tip !!! I thought it was very expensive. My nails didnt last a day ! The next day I made an appointment for fixing my nails and send my confirmation and everything and when I got there they told me to come an other day because they couldnt see my appointment... They were all super rude and couldnt fix my problem. I wish I could have my money back.

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. They dont respect appointments. The staff is extremely rude as is the owner and thats why the staff behaves that way. As a fellow business owner that unexceptable. This salon is a waste of time and money. They are charging coral gables prices for poor service. Not waste your time go somewhere else.

Yesterday I visited this establishment for a dip powder manicure. I messaged the business on instagram first to make sure they provided the dip powder and after confirming, I used their online booking system to schedule my appointment. Below is the finished product of my dip powder manicure with Saidy. Her demeanor was not friendly at all, she barely looked at me the whole time, didnt say hi. It was obvious she wasnt in a good mood. I dont think she knew how to properly apply or do dip powder. I showed the receptionist her work and she asked Saidy what could be done to fix it and she said nothing, thats just how it looks. Ive been getting dip powder done for about 8 months now and no matter what brand was used, it has never looked like that. You can see the unevenness, the streaks, the chalkiness, the hard dried powder bumps. She didnt even bother to get all the powder off my fingers. And she didnt even care at all that it looked awful. Absolutely no sense of customer service. Her one solution was to throw a shiny top coat on it. All that was going to do was magnify the horrible job underneath it. The receptionist was very kind and did give me a refund after messaging the owner for permission. I had an event last night so I did have to scramble to find time to go somewhere else to fix the mess Saidy made. I would definitely avoid this place if you are wanting a dip powder manicure. They dont know what theyre doing.

Went in for a scheduled balayage with Solina, after seeing the salon’s IG and liking their work, when I get there, they tell me that I need to do a color correction on my hair and that it would take too long, after driving with traffic for an hour to do my hair, and very well knowing that what my appointment was for. Ended up going to another hairstylist the next day, no color correction needed and she provided exactly what I wanted. Definitely a dissapointment, if what you’re going to do is a consultation on my hair then you should have that option when booking an appointment, don’t just make people drive over there for no reason.
