Looooveeeee it in here!!!! All of the hair stylists are very very nice and super professional and knowledgeable. Ive been coming here for years and the quality of service just keeps improving, not that they need to! And they have amazing hair products and at a reasonable price.

I have never been able to use this salon because every time I try I could never get a straight answer. For example yesterday I asked if they could do my hair and the lady told me oh I leave at 1:30 I cant and everybody else is busy. I am under the impression that the stylist here dont want to work. Called to make an appointment and the woman did not speak english and could not make the appointment.

I decided to try a hair salon that was much closer to me than my usual one, but at least the previous hairstylist knew what she was doing.I honestly just wanted to chop off most of my hair into an asymmetrical short haircut because I didn’t do anything with my long hair, so I didnt care if it looked bad. I just wanted it off.Until my experience here.An older woman attended me and showed me the prices and what services they have, and I just wanted a SIMPLE wash and cut. She washes my hair and it goes well, because how could you mess that up? But when I got to the chair and she placed the black cape on me, she asked for the picture I showed her earlier and kept looking at it throughout my haircut as if she didn’t know what she was doing. As a matter of fact, as she was cutting the side part closest to my face, she stopped and squinted at the image and asked “Oh, it angles here?” and she literally moved her scissors down and cut less.And then she got to the register to charge me for the horrendous cut.It’s lopsided, she did not cut my hair following my straight hairline, and she did not trim my hair with her scissors vertically so my hair wouldn’t get too thick at the ends.It’s sad that I even I know you have to do that.I see all these positive reviews but it’s because they’re friends of the hairstylists and seem to be afraid of being honest.Sure, they’re nice but this is hair we’re talking about. You can sweet talk me all you want but I can’t grow back my lopsided hair now.Very inexperienced and I’m upset at how my hair looks. I always have it up in a short dorky ponytail rather than having it down because it looks horrible. I never realized how much my hair really was a factor of my self esteem.Do NOT go here unless you want to look atrocious.

Cant speak english at all. Described them something, they did something else. The advertised price is just for haircut with clippers only which is not mentioned anywhere. I paid more amount in comparison with great clips or any other franchise and got an unsatisfying haircut. Wont go back again. I have rather found a better place much more closer to me.

If you really want your hair well done just wait for the girls from 3pm! People from the morning shift are rude. I always go after 3 pm but I was short of time so I let somebody there to do my hair. BIG MISTAKE!!! She didn’t washed my hair properly and I had to de tangled myself. Another lady there pushed my son out of her chair and at the end, they overcharged me! Don’t bother to call customer service. The promise to return your call and its not true!

I go weekly for a wash and dry. Totally worth it.

20 minutes after the purchase I wanted to return the product I bought (shampoo and conditioner)Very expensive according to them due to the pandemic, all other stores including supermarkets receive refunds and they do not disown prices well above normal.

The worst place I have ever been made me wait 5 hours leaving me waiting to attend to other people who came after me. I asked for a cut and dried and in the end they did not make me neither one nor the other I arrived at my house with a frightful frizz the worst place I have ever been .......

They are being a bit careless when packing the takeout food, because the containers used are not being adequate and the food spills inside the bag, specifically on two occasions it was the chickpea with cod, I did know and the person who attended The telephone told me that other people had made the same complaint and had told the owner, however she apologized for the inconvenience expressing it in a good way.
