I have had two beautiful nail services at this awesome salon! I find the staff to be relatively friendly, but especially Celeste, who is so sweet, gentle and meticulous. Making sure your service is perfect and that you are happy. I’m going in again this week for highlights and looking forward to it! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately my keratin treatment only lasted me around 1 week. It is not cheap so I am a bit disappointed.Maybe my hair is not good for this kind of treatment but you should be advised.I have my sister and friends that have done this treatment in other places paying less and getting great results.Another point is that they dont offer you a glass of water , I dont know if I am picky but I am used to go places were the customer service is impeccable and you feel that you are important for them so you dont mind to pay for the service.

Stepping in this beauty shop was a magical experience. I mean theyve got it all from, expensive prices to affordable prices of beauty products. Also, theyve got organic and Korean products. The staff named Kim was so kind and friendly. She helped me all the way in choosing a perfect product that suits me.

I was here a few years ago and i came back last week and wow what a difference! The salon has been totally renovated under a new owner who was there and made sure I had a wonderful experience. They have full barbershop services now and i got a great haircut and shave at a great price, highly recommend!

Found this new place and needed a haircut last minute, they were able to squeeze me in and really loved the whole experience! They have created a really cool vibe, great music, beautiful chairs that are super comfy too. While I was there I also got a shave which was a real treat!

The hair treatment that I asked for this shop was ended right and amazing. Besides, I thanked the beautician, who did a great job of doing that for myself. I was trying to find a place to do eyelash extensions and I found Kelen Bekhlers Studio inside the Four Ambassadors in Brickell. They did an amazing job and it was also an unbelievable price. I am totally in love with my gorgeous eyelash extensions!

I made an appointment for the following day and thought it was confirmed. I arrived and was told they had tried to reach me to confirm the appointment. Since I hadn’t answered, they gave it to someone else. They never told me the un-reconfirmed appts are given to someone else and scolded me for being 3 minutes late. The receptionist treated me with arrogance. Never going back.

Went in for a quick trim, and man was it QUICK! Miguel gave me exactly what I was looking for in 15 minutes. This is the type of haircut Im looking for- quick, inexpensive, and done well. Ill definitely be booking my next appointment with Miguel!

You wont find a cheaper mani/pedi in Downtown or Brickell... believe me Ive looked. You definitely wont get a spa style experience since this place is stuck in a 70s/80s time warp as is the Four Ambassadors building its located inside of but if you want a bargain and a job well done on your nails I definitely recommend it. They dont really take very many walk-ins so I highly recommend making an appointment.Side note:I dont recommend the wash and blow dry service. I had asked previously what the cost was and was qouted one price one day then went back the following week and they charged me $20 over the originally qouted price. I didnt like the feeling of being tricked and also didnt love my blow dry as it was left looking dull and shapeless. I shouldve asked the price before her starting my blow dry to just reconfirm but you live and you learn. Dont get a service done without asking right before for them to confirm the price to you.
