Ive been coming to this salon for 4 years and I use tell my friends to come here, and Ive never had to be with a specific hairstylist because theyre all fantastic.But, yesterday I literally got the worst haircut ever. My hair is so long and I had alot to work with. This lady cut my hair under 5 mins and gave me nothing i asked for. I did not say anything because i had to wait for my hair to dry first and i can say when i got home. I was deeply upset.Heres to wearing my hair in a bun for the next 3 months.

Me parare de muy mal gusto que haya hecho una cita para cortar el pelo de mi hijo y al llegar hayan hecho entrar a otro cliente adémate de mi y con muy buena cara me pidan que espere en la parte de afuera, por lo mismo pedí una cita, luego llame a pedir una explicación y muy claramente escuché a la señora que cuando le parece muestra buena cara, le escuche cuando claramente dijo que no quería hablar con migo, a veces hay que reconocer los errores y por lo menos dar una explicación, yo doy su cliente hace mucho tiempo, pero no más.

Of the worst the service, my appointment was at 2:30 and I was late for 5 minutes, however I had a person ahead of me for which I had to wait for my shift and ask how long I should wait, they tell me between 15 or 20 more minutes, so I walked to 3 more places to eat a little whim and I called them to let them know, and it turns out that I miraculously returned at the indicated time and they had already occupied my position with another client. Lack of total respect and the owner an irresponsible, also the place is a hole that there is no space for all the people who have, ridiculous and marginal 100%.

Thanks for such excellent service, I could not put my hair in better hands! Love this place.

Benign is the best

It is a very professional salon, the atmosphere is super nice, all the stylists are terrific, and its owners Thais and Benigno the best, I highly recommend it. If you want to get your feet done with a true professional, make an appointment with Benigno who will go out with wings on your feet

Depressing the site, nor do you attend on time, even though my appointment was a Saturday because during the week it was not required to make an appointment. The owner Thais of the worst but unprofessional and inefficient as her employees.
