The hairdresser has great skills! I loved my haircut. I went to this beauty shop yesterday and wanted a new look. The hairdresser gave me her opinions on what best for me. And all of her suggestions were the best! I had a hard time choosing what to choose because I loved all of it! The service was absolutely fantastic.

And the result was absolutely stunning and gorgeous! Krissy is the best! Her service is great, and other employees and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They always gave me the best of pampering and good hair cuts. Try them now! I highly recommend them.

Ulta is a store for every make up artist, fan or user. In other words: its Disney world if you are women. Hell if youre their men.The store carries many brands, some known and others not that much but one can easily find names like Lancome, Naked or Benefit or TarteIf youre not looking for brands they carry whatever you may need to make you pretty.The only cons are prices on the market average, a lot of products like Ordinary even though its said to be in store there arent. Another problem is light: its VERY dark here. And the beepings. Maybe some security device but they beep every now and then whenever they want.

This beauty salon goes above and beyond for you to have a wonderful experience! They have professionals and insured workers who work for them. The price is also very good and the quality of service is very great. My face was so perfect and flawless. I think this is the best beauty shop Ive got for a very long time.

Margo did a magnificent job for my hair today. She is also very knowledgeable and helped me to make a long term plan for my hair. Now my hair has a beautiful color and dimension. She made me feel confident even before my appointment, she made sure I walked away happy and even followed up to see how was I feeling with my hair afterward. Overall, the experience and results were way better than I expected. Thank you!

This beauty shop offers a great relaxing atmosphere and the best service in the area. The hairstylist did a great job on my hair. She made sure that I look stunning with my new hairstyle, which I love it. All the staves were so friendly and accommodating. The place was spacious as well. Truly an outstanding performance! Very worth it!

Let me start off by saying this is my favorite go-to makeup store. Right now, due to Covid, you cannot color match any makeup but let me say Melani helped me pick a foundation and concealer and they matched my skin tone perfectly. She is great at picking a color for you and my skin is very hard to match. She helped me pick an affordable foundation and concealer which was full coverage and for oily skin meaning she knows which brands to chose from. Also, she is very friendly and sweet. Love coming here !!

My favorite Ulta in all Miami! They have a very jovial staff and an excellent manager, Genesis. This Ulta is always fully stocked and I always leave with buying more then I planned! (In a good way). So thankful for their help! Outstanding customer service can go a long way.

I was happy to buy the kind of beauty product that Ive been looking for in this shop. They carry the latest beauty products at market level prices. I was impressed by the selection and they have an approachable staff too.

Love ulta and I am a member. I’ve been here more than once with the same experience and always brushed it off but not today. You’re lucky if some greets you here (I usually am not) and NO ONE ever asks if you need help. I’ve been here either looking for help and no one is available or like today someone was walking the floor and passed by me several times and yes saw me because we made eye contact and did not offer any assistance. You’re on your own if you need help finding shades or pretty much anything that you might have a question on. I’m not going to chase a sales associate around the store knowing very well that you see me and are there to assist. Sadly although it’s out the way I rather go to the one in N Miami Beach.

Felix the cosmetologist did and awesome job on my double process making sure it was nice and ashy and no yellow. My daughter also had her makeup done by Jessy on a separate occasion and he was so nice to her and did an amazing job on her makeup for NYE. The only thing was that her foundation was a tad too dark but I dont think that was his fault, she is extremely pale and she always has a hard time finding a shade light enough for her, so he probably didnt have on available to do make up. They need to give the makeup artists a more inclusive rang of found colors for every skin tone. Will definitely be back to see them both.

DO NOT schedule a makeup session at the MAC counter here...I got my appointment cancelled THE SAME DAY! I was a bridesmaid at a wedding and had to scramble to find somebody to do my makeup last minute...totally ruined what should have been a fun experience (getting ready for the wedding) and needless to say I didn’t end up looking as I had wished for the wedding.

Booked a last minute appointment with Jennifer for my daughters prom and we are so happy with the service she provided for us. She was very professional and so sweet, my daughter loved her hair and makeup. Everything we asked for she delivered and made my beautiful daughter so happy I cant thank her enough! We will definitely be recommending our family and friends in the near future.

First off i should say that the service and brow beauty bar is amazing! the staff is kind and helpful but the salon is another story. i had an appointment at 3 to cut my hair but no one touched my hair till 3:40 and there was only one other person there getting their hair done. not to mention they cut my hair about 2 inches shorter than i asked. i love ulta but i wont recommend going there for a hair cut.

I’m a customer of this store for a lot of years and never had a complaint about anything but I had to say that Camila the cashier was really rude and with a lot of attitude bad, customer service, If you really want to have a nice customer service while you are buying your faves makeup brands don’t even go there!

I wanted to be left alone to shop uninfluenced by someone else’s opinions but a service person kept bothering me. I appreciate the effort to make a sale but it was incredibly off putting for me. That kind of service only helpful when I actually ask for help. I left feeling like I don’t want to revisit this store.

I received a bottle of $130.00 Joy Dior intense as a gift for Christmas it should have been the regular Joy Dior. My boyfriend used a 20% coupon when he purchased the perfume. When I went to exchange the intense for the regular the extremely disheveled, dirty in appearance manager Jillette or something made it out to be a great inconvenience for her to do the exchange, there was no price difference. She was rude and just not a good representative for a beauty store. She actually appeared to have just rolled out of bed. Extremely unattractive to say the least. Nasty manager.

We booked an appointment for May 19 my daughter was going to prom and her make up and hair we’re getting done. My daughter came out of there crying her hair was hideous it was nothing but glued with hairspray. When I told Jennifer her hair did not look good she said I could not nit pick everything as she had another appointment waiting. The makeup was also an issue. My daughter went to a “professional” and came out with something she could have done at home and a much better job at that. Needles to say my daughters prom was ruined. She cried on the way home and once arrived her face had to be washed and she herself redid her makeup. Next we attempted to try and fix the damaged of her supposedly “professional hair stylist”. Worst of all, the terrible services was paid for and it was a great deal of money. This was by far the worst experience ever!!! There is definitely nothing professional in what was done.!

Went to the salon before a really important event and asked for big, curly hair (I have naturally curly hair) and left with FLAT STRAIGHT HAIR WITH LITTLE CURLS ON THE BOTTOM. The stylist tried to tell me that the curls would open up once I got outside but it only got flatter. Im sure she saw the concern on my face and said please dont tell me you want more curls. I paid $70 just to wash out what she did and be an hour late to the event because of it. Also, they say they offer make up services but there was no one there to do it on a Friday night. Seriously?

The store is fine and stocked but the service is awful. There was only one person to be seen today (behind the register), when I asked her about a product that they had according to the website she told me they didn’t event carry the brand. I kept looking and found it eventually to which she said nothing, and as I was checking out she just didn’t take one of the three products I was getting out of the bag so she never charged me for it or gave me the product. I saw her looking at it inside the bag and didn’t let me know she had messed up again and I wasn’t getting everything I thought I was buying. I didn’t say anything either because I just wanted to get out of there.

I love this place. It has all the brands you can imagine. I came for shampoo and found products for everything else.

Manager was on point. I asked about the notes in a new fragrance he said he didnt know. While I stood in line he came over and told me what they were. He took time to find what they were online.

I absolutely LOVE this Ulta store! The girls who work there are so sweet and nice and helpful! They have an incredible staff! This has become one of my favorite stores. Friends & family from out of town always have me take them their as well. The store is very nice, they have wonderful products. I will continue to be a regular at ULTA Beauty! Never go to the salon. They shampooed me with cold water. I said the water is too cold, the cutter, Elizabeth, said dont blame me Im not the owner of the building I cant make it hot. What the hell is that? And she cut my hair into pieces. The front and the back do not even match. What a horrible experience. I shouldnt have tipped her!

I came in looking for a specific palette. After asking a lady she told me it was sold out in store and online. She went to the back and came back saying it was in stock online to wait in line and buy it here to avoid shipping cost. I waited in line. Finally got to the front for the lady to complete dismiss me as I asked for the palette. I told her I was just told by another associate that it is indeed in stock and she quickly told me no it’s not.. and if I wanted her to show me after I kept insisting I had been waiting because I was told it was in stock. Little to say I left went online and bought the palette 2 mins later but had to pay the shipping. Customer service sucks here.

Even though I love Ulta stores I felt the need to leave a review on this particular store. I have been to the store at least 3 times and employees never ask if I need assistance. They dont seem to care, even the one on the register. I have gone to this store twice looking for different products and they never have anything! I dont understand how such a big store does not have a wide variety of brands and products. But my main issue is the employees and their consistent lack of customer service.

Very disappointing. Selection on product I was looking for very limited, if that. It wasnt anything out of the ordinary, it was a staple item for make up. And then I asked for help, I was pointed to where theremight be two. There were 2 people behind the counter and only one person paying. Lack of initiative.

I had my hair done by Takara, I actually did like how she styled my hair, unlike many other times that I have gone to other places to have my hair done. She genuinely listened to how I wanted it done, and did it. She is very professional, sweet and a talented hairstylist. Thanks Takara for making it a nice experience at the salon.

Im a platinum card holder so I shop way to often in Ulta. I just happened to need something while in Miami and this one was kinda the closest to South Beach. Needless to say they dont clean anything here. Several shelving was broken and just laying. A guy came from the back yelling anothers name bc she left her charger yet she had left herself. Pretty rude when youre an employee. Shell be back or shell buy another one but yelling all through the store is so horrible. I got what I needed and got out this isnt an Ulta if want to have to frequent.

Horrible customer service. I called to make an appointment at the Brow Bar and was put on hold. After 10 minutes on hold, the girl at the front just hung up on me. No one called me back. I called 5 more times and no one answered the phone in the store. So I figured I would stop by and see if I could make an appointment in person...Turns out that the girl was booked for the rest of the day but was no where to be found at her station or in the store. When I asked, the front girls where she was if she was supposedly booked for the rest of the day, they told me she went on a lunch break at 4:15 PM...Real believable... So then I asked when I could make an appointment for any day during the week after a certain time and she tells me ohhh none of the girls work past that time, which is a lie because I have gone there at the time I was asking for multiple times before. Bottom line is they should treat their customers better...and should start by simply answering the phone or idk maybe not hanging up on someone who they put on hold for 10 minutes...Wont be going here again.

Ulta is a big store with a lot of items. I came in confused looking for a vapor iron as a gift. The cashier Mits double tasked as she guided me to the area they were in. When I got there I still couldnt find the iron I was looking for but luckily I met the salon manager Dańa and she helped me not only find the iron but also gave me advice on the product, using it, And other options. Along with an invitation to the hair salon which I will highly consider because her hair looked awesome! Thank you for my first pleasant experience at ulta, Im sure I will be returning.

My only complaint with this store its that i dont understand why the dont let you in the store between 8:30 and 9pm ur store closed at 9 not 8:30 every time i get there to do some shopping the doors are lock and they tell u its closed, come one 30 minutes before closing? not cool this store need to get it together soon.

It took me a long time to write this review because I have given this location several chances and truly because I love going to ulta, just not this one. I had been going to this ulta probably for about 6 years until I had enough and would rather inconveniently drive to a farther location. First and foremost theres a combination of issues with this location. Some brach management, some store management and some employee related. This location does not carry all the lines and items an ulta is supposed to carry. No one realistically expects EVERY SINGLE ITEM ONLINE to be in the store as there are online only specific things. Who may be responsible for that? Im not sure. I have taken to visiting a different ulta location. There are other ulta locations with their MAC, NARS & KYLIE sections well put together.The product testers are disgusting, most of the merch is usually out of stock in this location also. Not sure if the employees are just keeping it hidden so they may purchase at the end of the day. The drugstore section is really gross. Half of the foundations if not all in that section have been opened by customers, the product is smudged on the tops and the bottles. How much does it really cost to open ONE drugstore product for tester VS having people contaminating 80% of them that theyll probably have to dispose of anyway. There is ample space to add more fixtures and rearrange the existing ones in a more functional way to include the brands they dont carry. Most of the stations throughout the prestige brand section where theyre supposed to have mirrors with disposable mascara wands, lip gloss wands, sponges, makeup remover, tissues, etc. are empty, dirty and have missing mirrors as to discourage customers from using the testers companies send out in the first place.They have 2 sets of doors to walk through, one set closer to the hallway escalators and the other a couple feet down closer to the register. Towards the closing time I have noticed MULTIPLE TIMES that they purposely lock the door closest to the hallway where customers are more likely to enter and less likely to walk farther to check the other door which is actually open so they can probably leave on time at the end of shift. I have been the customer walking away because of that locked door 15 minutes to 9pm several times, until i thought to finally check the other set of doors. For some reason I usually end up always interacting with the shift supervisors which are very helpful, outside of them the employees are rude. They look as miserable as possible and have taken habit to give attitude in their body language. I have also noticed they usually walk the other way when they notice a customer. At the cash register its like no one ever taught them manners. No one expects a full blown conversation but a simple hello would suffice. I get it, I work in customer service also and working with the public is challenging but that IS what youre there for. No one chose that for you. Lastly, this location does look understaffed. I have noted one supervisor and maybe 1-2 other employees on the floor at most.Given the overall experience when visiting this location, unless youre looking for something specific like shape tape or a Lanza product you cant find in the drug store or sephora, theres no other reason why anyone would prefer to come here VS the 2 sephoras in the area (brickell city center + merrick park) or CVS which does give up 30-40% discounts in coupons for drugstore makeup.This review is solely based on the store itself, I have never tried the brow bar nor the salon services therefore I cannot review that area of the business.

The store itself is actually very big so if you want a bigger selection of stuff, this is a good option. Thd only reason I rated 4/5 was that one of the workers was a bit unhelpful or unwanting to help however, I talked to somekne else and had a lovelt experience with them.

If i could put 0 stars i would. The store is awesome but horrible costumer service . The other day i went there and some employee there named Bianca, thats her name on my receipt gave me a hard time and didnt let me use my coupon i got in the mail. Not only that , but made me wait 15 minutes while she was returning and re buying everything i had slready bought -_______- she was playing with my receipt. Never going back there again. Oh and that wasnt the first time i get treated badly by employees at this ulta. I think my dog would do a better job than them, And my dog would also be more polite!!!!!

I went to the salon to tone down the red in my hair. Maria was so nice and friendly but I felt so rushed. The store was closing at 9:00 and the manager was rushing her to finish so he could close the registers. It is understandable that they needed to close but customer service should be his number one concern. Obviously that was not the case. I will not be going back to this store for anything. I spent 120$ of my hard earned money and left upset and unhappy. Now I will have to go spend more money elsewere when I could have avoided this by not being rushed out of the building.

Extremely upset. Isac was the Manager in charge horrible Customer Service is not up to other Ulta stores that I have been. Went in the store after work to get the Ulta Brown tint. I saw 5 already opened and not removed from the shelve.I went all over the store looking for someone to help me and they had 2 cashier only. When aproaching the cashier a Manager appeard as he was called to help a problem that the cashier needed his code to override for another customer. He heard when I asked the cashier I needed help on the floor. The cashier told me to hold on for her but yhe line was really long the Manager standing right there was listening and walked way and ignored me and the line that the people were waiting to pay.I aproach him asking if he had more of the product I needed not opened abd he without even looking said that is all we have. I asked him how he would have products opened on the shelves and he said that was not allowef and took the product away from my hands. After that I took like five more of the same product that were opened on the shelve and gave it to him asking for his name then he gave me his first name only I had to asked hom for his last name and I will definitely will write a letter to corporate about how awful and mistreated the customer is handle at that store.I do not recomend at all!!!!!

There is not enough variety of perfumes. It seems that the security cameras are useless because the employees watch the customers for every turn they make. I went to buy a perfume that I couldnt find. I left the store disappointed and I will not return.

Good variety of products and the mall has other stores that you can visit, perfumes are sometimes a little higher in price than online but if you go you can check in the same store and smell the testers they have, not all of them are always available and in Sometimes she doesnt even have a request ..... for women they have enough products and my wife always gets what she wants here ..... even more when it is an emergency.
