First time here and will not be my last. I had a great experience with Valerie. She was very professional and sweet. My hair came out fantastic. She took the time to tell me about the products shes using and different options of hairstyles. The hair products smell amazing! I will most certainly book again with her and bring my daughters. I truly recommend her.

This spot is amazing for a high-quality quick blowout. They have a great assortment of special treatments and styling specials at an affordable price. I got a blowout with a Dream Coat. Val did an excellent job with my hair. This place is super fun and quick! Definitely recommend this spot. :)

I have never written a review before but here I go. I booked their first appt at 9am. The woman came late a few minutes because I guess she got coffee and the coffee shop took a long time. I was fine with her being a few minutes late, it happens to all of us, but she came in with a bad mood. The woman was not pleasant the entire time. She wasn’t warm or welcoming. This mood continued throughout the service. Not only that, but the service lacked any care whatsoever. It wasn’t enjoyable. She was abrasive with my hair and multiple times I felt my hair being pulled to an extent that I was not happy with. I have fine hair, anyone in hair are knows you have to be more gentle with fine hair and yet, she was not. People not only go and get blowouts for the actual service, but also for the experience and to feel pampered. That is not what I felt during this service.

Visiting from out of town and Kathryn did an absolutely perfect job washing and blowing out my long hair, and I am a perfectionist!😉 Thank you, Kathryn!!!🙏🏻😊

An order lady with short hair had such a terrible attitude! I asked ONE thing, she misunderstood the question and responded something completely irrelevant but I thought ok maybe there is a little bit of a language barrier but theeeen she kept talking in a pretty rude and even sarcastic way for absolutely no reason. Why am I bending backwards again? Last time I checked we have a dozen other optins in the area. Noooo way Ill let that woman touch me. Karen byeeee

This is the worst Blo location. I am a long term Blo client. I travel a lot so I have been to many locations. I went there to try and get an appointment and they were not open. No one was there and it was within their business hours, so I called. No one answered the phone. Shortly after I hung up I received a text message from what appeared to be a robot, who wasn’t able to help me with what I needed. Therefore, I kept going and forward from my hotel to the location to see if I can catch someone there because all of this was happening well within the hours that they advertise. Then when I finally caught someone there she was about to get started on her first client of the day and told me that they were fully booked. What type of business are you running?

This is based on the Brickell location. From reading the reviews, I must have been assigned the new and inexperienced Hairstylist. To start the hair wash was NOT thorough. The blow dry was done too quick and the bottom of my hair was left damp. I ended up having to redo it all again at home.

My first time using them did not go well an older gentleman Marcelino was absolutely terrible, yanked and pulled at my hair, did not give me the color I wanted, or the hair cut I wanted. All he did was talk about himself and his old salon. He put hair color all over my mask, the color was absolutely terrible (I didn’t have to hide) but it was not what was asked. DO NOT recommend him at all. HOWEVER I did say something to another stylist - Jackie who got in touch with the owner. Within a few hours they had come to me to advise they would take care of the corrections and apologized for the inconvenience.Second time around, AMAZING!! Jackie did my hair exactly how I wanted, listened to everything I had to say in regards to my hair. She explained the process, which I knew would take a few times and told me what to expect in each step of the process. Mega gentle, applied the color perfectly, listened to how I wanted my hair styled. I seriously have no complaints and wish o would have gotten her the first time around!!! If you go here ask for Jackie!! Absolutely phenomenal. I met the owner and she was extremely nice, very professional & honestly they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Elizabeth was amazing! Kind and also conversational! She recommended some great places to checkout. Really happy with my blow out and service she provided - I’d recommend anyone to check this location out and ask for her.

I found this super cute Salon online and was very impressed with the easy booking feature. The salon was beautifully appointed and extremely clean and bright. The music was nice and soft which made the whole setting super relaxing. Jessica was amazing and did a terrific job with my hair. I got a shampoo, deep conditioning treatment and blowout and my hair is gleaming and bouncy days later! I would highly recommend this Salon. Its a super cute intimate experience and all staff are extremely professional!

I had an appointment at 3 pm. Didn’t receive any notice or call from the store about this issue. I got to the store at 2:50, the girl inside was extremely rude, said she had someone quitting and couldn’t take me in until 5:30 pm. I am busy and needed a quick wash and blow before work this evening. If I would’ve received notice in advance I wouldn’t have wasted time, money, and gas getting here. I was a first time customer and now a last time customer. Will not be returning ever. Hire better employees. Don’t put someone who doesn’t even need a blow out in front of me. Now my extensions are nappy and greasy from the humidity and I have work in a few hours. Thanks for ruining my day.

I came here last minute to treat myself for my birthday and Elizabeth was so nice and very gentle with my hair! She asked me how I like my blow dry done and she delivered. Will definitely be returning :)

This was my first time visiting this salon. All I wanted was a nice fresh sleek blow dry hair experience. When done my hair looked awful. No shine, no body or bounce. My hair was full of product and looked weighed down. The stylist was inexperienced. I went home and had to re-wash and restyle my hair. I definitely do not recommend this blow dry hair salon to anyone. Very disappointed and a complete waste of time.

I called for my appointment & I spoke with Jessica, front desk person, she provided poor customer service. She was not willing to accommodate. I wanted to make a slight change in my appointment and I recommended to Jessica could she reach out to the client for 2:45 to see if they were willing to swap with me for my 2 PM, but Jessica said that she cannot do it, because it was too much work for her and the Appts are what they are. So instead of trying to accommodate her customers, they lose business & gain a poor review. A simple phone call, but the only answer she had was no, no, no. The epitome of not caring at all, just a simple phone call. If they called me asking, I would say of course, no big deal. She made it seem like I was asking for so much, but it was a simple request. Had they tried, and weren’t so unfriendly, I would not be writing this review.

Had a positive experience at this location last week. The ladies working there were fun and offered a lot of knowledge about the area since I was visiting Miami on a trip. They gave me a great blowout that lasted for days and the wine was a plus; highly recommend!

Very happy with my experience. I have African textured hair. My hair is very fine with a loose curl and needs to be handled with care. It’s nice to know that the salon can handle multi-cultural hair types. Karen was great!

I knew them because a contest I won and was really lucky with the finding. The place is beautiful, all pink and white and clean, just what you look for when you want to feel pretty and fabulous. The attention, amazing! The girls were super welcoming and we talked a lot but with no pressure: we just clicked! And the good thing is that they also share with you what products theyre using, what it has and you have the possibility to take them home if you feel like thats what you were looking for. Also, but not less important, its really affordable. You have services starting at 45 and you leave with your hair done and your self-esteem up in the sky! Definitely will come back!

I come here often -- weekends, weddings, holidays, trips, work or just because. The stylists are friendly and so talented. The hours are great too. You can come in before or after work, even on Sundays. The app is wonderful. It lets you make an appointment in seconds and lets you book weeks ahead of time. Everything about Blo is convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Great quick service

My first ever experience at a Blo Dry Bar location and I was impressed. One thing that I love is details and everything was super organized and chic. The location is pretty spacious and the decorations are to die for. As soon as you walk in the employees are so welcoming. I loved the products they used to wash my hair, it has never felt this clean EVER in my life before. I went for some beach waves and it was the fastest thing ever without having to wait hours in a salon!I really recommend checking this location, and best of both worlds theres a nail salon right next door!

Small, convenient place for a nice blow out. I received a deep conditioning treatment and a blow out. My stylist was very talented and the hair wash was great as well. Would definitely recommend. Had a very positive experience.

Treat yourself! Fun environment, awesome staff and incredible styles! We enjoy Blo so much (at least 1x/week) that we recommend it to our customers as well. They do blow outs, cute simple hairstyles to beautiful updos. Walk out feeling like a brand new woman! They offer water and/or wine to customers, which is a nice touch.

Passed by for a blow before my company Xmas party and it was quite the experience. Staff was very friendly and didnt have to give too much instructions on what I wanted. It was also not a super long wait which was great since I was already short on time.Highly recommend!

Needed an emergency hair appointment for a picture day. I’m mixed and have curly hair. Went there and They blow dried my hair THEN straightened it at 450 degrees. Later I lean hair melts at 451 degrees. Needless to say my hair is fried and now I’m going to my normal salon to cut 6 inches off my hair. The manager / owner , Genesis, could only apologize and said there is nothing that can be done. I do NOT recommend going here. I confused this blow dry bar with the other salon Dry Bar ( in brick elk city centre)

Shampoo smells great. They were very careful not to burn my scalp which I appreciate. My stylist kept making sure that it wasn’t too hot. Wasn’t going to make my appointment in time and they were very helpful over the phone and accommodated me with different time options. Will be going back.

It’s absolutely disgusting that these people are charging so much for sloppy work. I had a 6:15 appointment to be done by 7:15, and they didn’t START until 7:10. It’s 8:32pm and I just walked out of the salon. I have tape in extensions and I asked a million times if they knew what they were doing with tape ins- they assured me yes and they charged $60 for a blow out with tape ins. I added on the dreamcoat for $20. IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE $20 FOR DREAM COAT MAKE SURE YOUR STAFF KNOWS HOW TO IT. This girl put 2 sprays on her hands and ran it through my hair. I wanted sleek hair and she used dream coat curly on me.She kept pulling on my extensions during the blow out which I know you’re not supposed to do and she was blowing heat directly on it. I spoke up and she kept telling me she knew what she was doing.I asked for a middle part and the whole thing was crooked. I looked absolutely ridiculous! I literally got up and left and I can’t believe they charged me $80 for this. I’m livid. Everyone’s hair in there looked bad and I recommend staying away from this place! No one knows what they’re doing!

Got my hair washed & styled last week at “Blo.” Such a great experience! They were quick & I was very happy with how my hair looked. What a treat! Sweetest owner & stylists ever!!

I made an appointment for a special service and was not told that the stylist available was not skilled at the requested service. The work was not good at all and even when I contacted the owner she didn’t seem to care at all and just gave excuses. There are some talented stylists there but definitely not consistency and this new owner is really just rude. Take your business to the blow dry bar in the Brickell city center instead!

Why Buy a blow dryer? for all my fellow Brickelistas when you have the Blow bar right around the corner. Love this city living! I have become a regular. It is awesome to walk two blocks and get my hair shampooed and blow dried in under 35 minutes for about $40. I find their online booking system convenient and they usually have a slot. I have done my hair with most of their staff members and my hair has always come out GREAT! Thank you Blow Brickell. You are convenient, Fast and my go to place. See you again soon.

Sadly the new ownership is not in touch with the concept of ensuring customer safety or satisfaction. The girl who was scheduled to blow out my hair today was sick; I was surprised that she was allowed to work in that condition. I rescheduled my appointment for tomorrow. I received a call from the receptionist as I was driving home, telling me my credit card information needed to be updated to secure my appointment. I told her I would update it tomorrow when I went in for my appointment. She told me the owner would not allow it because of company policy. I asked her to have the owner call me, but instead the owner had her tell me that company policy is company policy. The owner did not take into account the fact that I have been a long time customer and that I have referred numerous people. I will no longer go there or refer anyone else. Important to note as well is that the elevators are not operational so plan to use the stairs or find street parking.

When I first came in I notice everything was pink my favorite color and didn’t have to wait at all they hair stylists was on time to wash me and have me out ahead of time very good service loved the beach waves lasted me a couple of days even after the raining days and the heat the curls still stayed ok due to there amazing products they use thank you I will definitely be coming back...

The girls at the salon, especially Genesis who had to deal with her were extremely patient and professional, even though they were being treated horribly by this person.I was the appointment after her and Genesis was incredibly professional, nice and respectful. I had a great experience. Do not be fooled by this insane person, this place is great and the girls are awesome. I will gladly be back.Shame on you, Yasmine Kerdoudi. As I told you at the salon because I simply had to get involved after you were acting crazy and treating the girls horribly, you have to be respectful of people. I hope they never let you back in there.
