Dr. Matt Schultz, our physical therapist, has been so helpful and professional! From the initial telephone consult, which he handled personally, to each of our multiple visits, Dr. Matt was careful to explain every step and the purpose behind every exercise. I have heartily recommended him to our primary doctor and she has been equally pleased with his approach to our physical therapy.

This love this place. The staff and Drs are amazing and kind. Dr Curtis is awesome. He doesnt just prescribe pain medication that only covers up the pain and sends you on your way. He really listens to you and works well with my other Drs and treatments for the best care for me, plus he truly understands and thats very hard to find! Before I came here I was seeing Pain Management doctors who only wanted to try and mask my pain... Rehab Arizona actually cares about the why and genuinely wants to help me get better. The staff here has always been second to none and I thank God everyday for blessing me with such an amazing group of people to care for my medical needs. Thank you Rehab Arizona!!!

I went for a wrist ultrasound. I loved the US tech and the PA I met that day. However, when it comes to getting a copy of the CD for my Doctor, it has been a nightmare. I personally went in and they told me it took several days to get the CD. I asked to have it mailed directly to my Dr., as I live 1 1/2 hours away from this office. They did not mail it, and my Dr. did not receive it. I called again today to request to pick one up by the 24th. The person on the phone made it sound like that might not even be possible (1 week from now). It does me no good to have them do an ultrasound if my Dr. cant see it. I am currently waiting on a call back from someone to see what is happening.

I worked with physical therapist Matt Schultz at the clinic on Ellsworth and Guadalupe for help with my sore neck. In only two visits I was feeling great with no pain. I highly recommend this place!

The PTs had a strange attitude despite the fact my wife was clearly nervous and uncomfortable. Many patients including my wife lay on their backs the first half yet theres blinding fluorescent lights everywhere I had to put my sweater over her eyes.The first time was good but every time after that was a joke. The PT assistant literally handed her the remote to this back shocking machine and let her handle it? She constantly texted in a corner and didnt assist my wife with any of the painful stretches she was pushing through. The only nice thing about this location was the people in the front office. With their positive attitude, I could only wish they were running the place instead.

More of a prison than a medical practice. Primary problem is with office staff errors, and their very bad attitude following if you try to correct their mistakes. I truly dont believe they should even get one star. Beware

If you want to go to a place that sneaks in extra services and doesnt tell you that you will be charged for it.. this is your spot! I was scheduled for an ultrasound on my wrist, given a piece of paper with some exercise on it and then billed $81.23 for the piece of paper!!! I have called several times to resolve this issue, have had the run around and was told theyd look into it and call me back. I never recieved a phone call back and when i called to check on it i was told that someone already explained this to me. I will never go back to this office. EVER.

Im switching to a different pain center, I was told recently that they changed policies and now I am to pay $250.00 for the urine test on top of the doctor visit. I had to cancel an appt due to work schedule and it seemed like they were punishing me for doing that. They told me either I keep the appt or I wont be seen for at least a month or more, and I was scheduled in July 4th and she argued with me that no way I had an appt that day. Then she looked and said oh I guess you did. The doctors their are wonderful but I cant handle being treated this way by your staff.I have been trying to get a release and no one will call me back, this is the problem there the staff is horrible and rude. I would never recommend this place and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how bad it is. Updated July 25, 2017

I was referred to them by a dr in my family practice (not my actual PCP) the first day I went in was to get an ultrasound of my shoulder.... Turns out I tore my rotator cuff and ac joint. Very painful. I had to wait 2 weeks to get in again and I was supposed to start physical therapy, when I got there they told me I had to sign a meds contract and I said no that if I wanted pain meds Id go to my regular dr for them... They kept pushing me to sign their contact and I still refused, they werent very happy about that. When I went into the room the lady said we have tons of questions to go over.... They were questions that didnt pertain to my injury or why I was there. I asked the lady about it and said that I was supposed to be there for PT and she stated well you have to go through a medical eval and answer these questions than it will go to the Drs here and they will decide on your treatment. I have been through PT many times before and I have never had this happen to me before. I told the lady that I was not going to answer the questions and do a medical eval as they already knew why I was there and what was wrong. Im not sure why the dr sent me there in the first place (honestly Im not very fond of him and I will only be seeing my PCP for now on) that place is more of a pain management than PT.

My wife had appointment for 845am for a 20 minute procedure. Was told that 845am is just check in time but the appointment would not be until 1030 am. Actual time she got in was 1140am and did not get out until after 12noon. A complete lack of respect for other people and their valuable time...

I got a referral from my GP to Rehab AZ. GP diagnosed me with my radiologists x-rays & MRIs (slipped disc in lumbar spine). 1st visit@Rehab Arizona, I get assessed AGAIN (??) by a physician. No PT given. 2nd visit I get reassessed by Todd (their director) & given a few exercises. 3rd visit I was fitted with a dual straight jacket, 1 part above my waist, 2nd below. To stretch my lumbar spine, Todd put 60 lbs pressure on it for either 5 or 10 mins. It left me in pain (same as a policeman I know who had the same treatment elsewhere-he barely made it to his car). That pain lasted for 24 hrs. I called Todd who said they didn t do anything improperly. I said I was sure he didnt,(but I sure wont have him do THAT again!) but at $30 a visit, I wanted 3 PT visits, but got only one. Why was I re-evaluated twice, wasting $60 and 2 visits?So I called Contact Phys Therapy, where Id gone 2 yrs ago for neck pain they took care of. They said they dont do all that evaluating, they just do the phys therapy. I am applying to transfer to Contact. I just want to add that my last of the 20 allowed visits would be another re-evaluation yet again by the Rehab Arizona physician. I cant say I dont recommend Rehab AZ., yet I cant recommend them. I am giving them a neutral rating. I understand that medicine is not an exact science and it might well have been ME rather than what was done at Rehab AZ....I dont like their wanting to do evaluations, since thats what I see my family doc & orthopedic specialist for. Confused and hopeful in Mesa.

I lost my son not from a overdose but from this incompetent place where they dont look at the persons medical records for prescribing them medication !!!
