Went in for a foot procedure. Previously office and doctor have been great. I blocked off most of my day to accommodate said procedure. I get there, and Dr Nagy whos usually very helpful and in a good mood clearly was not. Therefore instead of getting the procedure I needed that greatly improved my quality of life for my other foot, I was instead told my feet were dirty and I needed to get my sugar under control. The condescension attempts continued after I repeatedly told him my sugars are in control. I also explained to him - after he criticized my dirty feet (because I wore sandals to accommodate the procedure) I wore sandals for the procedure. So I walked away with a foot that will have the same problem. Now, if I had been told before hand to make sure my sugars are X or Y, then Id have no gripe. But it was clear to me the Dr was not in a good mood or did not have time or want to perform the procedure.

I have never, ever been to a more comfortable doctors office than Dr. Nagy and staff. Cordial office and they really know their business. I was apprehensive at first, but was so relaxing and I sure know a lot more about my feet, nails and Dr. Nagy even did a series of testing and said things about my back and how he knew I was hurting there too. I am truly amazed and I have found a wonderful place with comfort care. Thank you, Dr. Nagy, Jean, and the bright and cheery face in the reception area. You made this lady very happy today. I shall return...... :)

Im impressed with the excellent care and treatment! Focus is on prevention and education. What a refreshing Doctor experience.

Dr. Nagy, Jean, and all the office staff were so kind and friendly. I came in with an infected ingrown toenail I foolishly tried to fix myself. I was so worried that it would be painful (especially as it was so tender and painful already), but Dr. Nagy checked in with me every step of the way and the procedure was completely painless after the anesthetic. I really can’t recommend them enough.

BEST Podiatrist in US!! Great Doc and friendly staff. I highly recommend Dr Nagy if you need a Podiatrist. I just wish he was also in General Practice, he would be my go to!

Dr Nagy is a good Dr, the Staff not so much, Jean in billing tries to bill your insurance after a yr, she will bill the insurance claim twice, then argues with you about ( yells at you in the office), claims she sent you a bill - you never received a bill, then she will give you an EOB ( the same thing the Insurance sends you) & tells you thats a bill, no Social distancing in the office, they cram the Dr, the assistant, the patient & the patients guest into the small office & tell you they are practicing social distancing, your not six feet apart either,. they forget to bill your secondary insurance & expect you to pay the bill after there mistake. You have not tried working with me you yell & lie about not receiving any emails from me when you sent me the email about how you made a mistake on billing. You cant bill the Insurance company a yr later which is what you are trying to do this was overlooked on your end. I have tried talking to someone in the office, no one listens.

Outstanding Doctor! Very thorough, took the time and explained everything to me. Dr. Nagy is friendly and polite, and his staff reflects his demeanor. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Nagy and his amazing staff are the best around. He is definitely the best foot Dr. in the valley, maybe even the Western United States. I’ve had planter fasciitis in both feet over the past several years due to my constant standing and huge amounts of walking at work I do and Dr. Nagy was very knowledgeable on precisely what was going on and exactly what I needed to do to get it to heal without the need of surgery for my case. Highly recommended for any of your foot needs and issues. If him and his wonderful staff can’t fix it, no one can!!

UPDATE reply to owners response:You were definitely aware of the ongoing pain problem. In fact, you are so aware that you advised me to go see my primary care doctor because you couldnt figure out what was wrong with my feet. So my concerns were definitely voiced, of course my last visit was over a year ago because there was nothing else you could do for me.The reason Im writing this review is in case you have visited this podiatrist and have not received help for chronic pain or any other thing as you needed. I want to tell you that there is hope and that there are other good podiatrists out there, so dont give up.I visited this podiatrist at least 3-5 times, because of unbearable chronic feet pain and he did not help me or diagnose the actual condition.I almost gave up until I visited another podiatrist that actually diagnosed my problem on the first visit. This was actually a diagnostic I had mentioned (all the symptoms pointed to it) to this podiatrist, but it was dismissed. Now all of this being said, this podiatrist gave good customer service. All receptionists were kind at first. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my records to get a second opinion, there was a redhead lady that was EXTREMELY and Shockingly condescending to me. I was calm and collected because there was no need for me to have an argument over something I had called ahead for. After this situation, I felt completely Insulted and Disrepected and I would NEVER recommend anyone going for this type of Unprofessional service.Id like to thank the doctor for taking the time to review my case and for the service... however, please be attentive of what your patients say they are feeling and make sure you give them the time and TRUE diagnosis they deserve. Please listen to them. I wish I would have been helped when I was there, but unfortunately I had to look somewhere else and now Im getting back to having a normal life...which I havent had in YEARS.

Went in for ingrown nail. Dr. Nagy is fantastic and his staff are very kind. He did a much better job than the last Dr. I went to (numbing was barely painful at all, previous doc was super painful) and was friendly and making jokes the whole time, always asking how I was doing and if I wanted something changed to be more comfortable. Definitely one of those Dr.s that you know loves their job. Im definitely back coming here in the future.

I had an amazing experience. I went in for toe fungus Ive had since I was little. He did an exam and was very thorough and very friendly! He answered all my questions with so much care and I just felt so comfortable and well taken care of. I was pretty nervous but that all went away with the great service. I highly recommend coming to this office

I LOVE Dr. Nagy! I have two children with very flat feet!!! He is conservative in his methods. Which Im grateful for! He is able to do surgery but tries everything else first! He is so kind and knows his stuff. Great combo!

This is the most honest, friendly and knowledgeable Doctors office I have been in since moving to Arizona 3 years ago. The doctor is a straight shooter and he truly cares about the patient. They do in house billing which is a huge plus when it comes to insurance. Love this down to earth office from the friendly staff when you walk in to the feet path leading you out!

My first visit with Dr. Nagy was great! He and his staff are very professional and so kind, which makes for an easy visit. Dr. Nagy knows his stuff and I will definitely be returning if I have any other problems in the future. I would definitely recommend his office to others!

Dr. Nagy was very friendly and very thorough in his exam. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to listen to your concerns and give you all the different options available to you. I was able to pick a plan that fit my needs. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone!

Great experience! Since child I suffer ingrown toe nail. Dr. Nagy did an amazing job fixing that problem. I never had an ingrown toe nail again. Went with him 3 and 2 years ago. Receptionist & nurses are very friendly! It’s a plus to pay there instead of getting bills or anything relationated with insurance.

I have a horrible recurring problem with ingrown toenails. I am new to the area and found Dr. Nagy through health grades ans yelp. I called yesterday morning and requested an appointment. They were able to fit me in today (the next day). The staff were all so kind and Dr. Nagy was amazing about explaining what he was going to do. Not only did he correct my problem toe, he also took steps to prevent it from happening again. I really was fortunate to find his name in my search ans would totally recommend him to someone else.

After debating on whether or not I should see a podiatrist, I decided I would not admit defeet. Our car made it safely to the office (luckily we didnt need a toe), and I was greeted by friendly receptionists who were shoe-ins for their jobs. Dr. Nagy was friendly, professional, and excitedly explained my x-rays to me, taking care to point out key feetures of my bone structure. He even took the time to count and make sure I had all my toes - toe-tally awesome!If youre thinking of visiting Dr. Nagy, stop digging in your heels, and get on the ball. Best of all, your insurance will likely foot the bill.One footnote: his office is just down the street from the golden arches.

Dr Nagy was so kind and his exam was excellent Dr Nagys entire office staff was very welcoming as this was my first time seen as a patient.
